Clean and Convenient location. The current owner has put money time and effort into this location and it shows. He had a challenge with some guests overstaying their welcome and solved that issue in a thoughtful and respectful manner. Food is consistent and service good. I entered the drive-thru at 9:29 on a Thursday. At 9:38, I was the third car from the ordering mic, and the man ordering put his car in park and began his conversation. At 9:44, I rolled down the window to hear the end of that same conversation, which confirmed that his complete order was a McChicken Sandwich and a small order of fries. If I could give zero stars I would. A good friend and I stopped here tonight to get food in the lobbey. The person working the window was cold and lifeless. A fellow customer came up to get ketchup packets. She said excuse me to the lifeless employee and manager three times and was ignored. When she leaned over to grab the packages within reach then the manager leaned over and scolded her. When we finally got our food the order was wrong. When I held up the receipt to show the mistake THE MANAGER told me to get the receipt out of his face and that I was rude. THE MANAGER?! who put our food together. Went through the drive threw. Lady taking our order was very nice. It was all going well until a older woman started wondering around our car asking for change. She started to come up to the passenger side, so my friend rolled down the window and gave her some. As soon as the man (who looked like some sort of manager) came to the 2nd window he immediately yelled at her to get out of here and she scattered away. They have a walk thru window from 11pm-5am. We went there last night. We were standing in the cold for about 15 minutes as they clearly saw us. Note that they weren't even that busy. And when we rang the bell again a lady came and my friend hadn't been looking at the menu, which yes annoying, but still so he was stuttering and the lady left and he was ready we waited another 15 mins and then we pushed it again and the manager was SO rude. Literally the worst quality McDonalds food I've ever had. Fries were cold and soggy, my order was completely wrong- I was missing an entire sandwich. I would go as far as to say this food was actually disgusting and basically inedible. Not to mention the entire store smelled completely of weed. I'll never go back here. read more

I went to this McDonald's at 2 AM two nights ago on lunch break. I ordered a McChicken and a small fry. I paid and when I got to the window to get my food I had a McChicken and a medium fry. I began to eat the fries on my way out of the parking lot and it was clear that they were very old. I believe I was given the medium fry to get rid of what was left in the bin. When I went back around the issue was fixed, but I believe if I hadn't complained the employees there would have been OK with being lazy and irresponsible. In 2010 I was a manager at McDonald's and in training I learned the importance of the amount of time food should be in the bin before it is thrown out. As an employee of McDonald's The health of your customers should be your concern when it comes to what food you are serving them. read more

The good: Nothing. The bad: Having to ask the manager that wears (or wore) too much lipstick for ketchup in the drive-thru three times gets old. The ugly: Waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Finally was able to pay and was handed my change with a smile. Ok cool. Then pulled up to pick up my food. Some kid wearing his company-issued visor upside down and backwards, his back facing me, shoved my food out the window and declared, "here's yo shit." Whoa. No no no. I see that I am now listed as a regular at this McDonald's, and I suppose that blows any credibility I might have as a Yelp reviewer. But I might as well admit it--I have breakfast and/or lunch here several times a week. My fondness for MickeyD has survived the need to switch from Coke to Diet Coke, from Sausage Biscuits to Hash Browns, from Double Cheeseburgers to McNuggets. This particular place differs from my old place in Kenosha, with more eccentric elderly replacing the former auto workers I was used to as an early morning crowd. Since I tend to tumble out of bed, hit the fitness center for a bit of treadmill action, and then go out to breakfast, all without remembering to shave or comb my hair, I may fit in better here. I do get hit up for money occasionally, but that's part of city life, though I'm sometimes too cheap to spare a buck. One reason I like McDonalds, of course, is that it is cheap, especially when I slug down multiple refills of Diet Coke. I like to eat out a couple of times a day, and cheap meals here and there help reduce the guilt of doing so. At this place, I've found the servers particularly friendly. If they aren't busy in the morning, they often have my standard order on a tray and ready for me even before I get to the register to order it. In general, they seem to know their regulars--and now I am outed as being one. read more

I placed my order and i asked for my large drink while i waited. the person who took my order ignored me , walked away to use bathroom then made random food orders. So here is the deal. I have been to this mickeys a few times now. I do want to say their early b-fast crew and lunch crew are spot on but if you are a service industry worker and are looking for somewhere to go at 330 am look elsewhere. Ive been handed food that clearly looked and tasted like it was on the heater for hours...down to the bun...which there should be no shortage of at a fast food burger joint.
