On multiple Occasions I've bought food online only to get to the location and to be told that I have to take it up with the app, they don't have control of refunds. And again today o buy two holiday pies with food, I get up to the order speaker and find out it's a 12 minute wait for the pies. Ok, don't want to wait 12 minutes further pies, please take them off, "we can't do that it's on the app and it's rang through" ARGH! This can't be again. Overall it's generally a good Mcdonald's. I always place a mobile order and it's typically given to me fast at the second window. There have been a couple times where they messed up my order (put mayo on my sandwich when i asked for without) but I'll live. One time they lost my mobile order, but we problem solved and they took down my order and gave me what it would have been. Overall, 6/10. The worst fast food location I've ever seen. I have ordered from there on DoorDash numerous times, and not once has everything been correct. And since DoorDash automatically places your order at the closest McD's to you, this is my only option to get McD's delivered. They never put the straw in when I specifically ask for one. Almost never do I get the dipping sauces I order. My drink has been incorrect several times, and they've left out the fries a few times too. Sometimes they'll even forget major items like nuggets and sandwiches. Even when these items are delivered successfully, they are clearly sloppily handled. The box for my nuggets is often open when I receive them, causing nuggets to spill out into the bag. Once my drink lid was on too loose, causing soda to spill all over the bottom of the bag and get my nuggets and Big Mac soaked in Dr. Pepper. I never complain about things like this, as I understand mistakes happen and people have off days. But after enough orders, it's very clear this is a pattern of behavior. Employees are completely careless. I've also visited this location in-person as a DoorDash driver and a customer, and while a few employees are fine, most are rude and careless. They don't ask important questions like what drink you want with your meal or what sauces you want with your nuggets and will address you with disinterest at best and attitude at worst. This is an unacceptable standard, even for fast food. There's a million McDonald's locations. If you can help it, don't order from this one. read more

Tonight I paid $36 for 2 cold quarter pounders, 2 large sodas (wrong flavor and no ice or straws given), and 1 large lukewarm fry. Be sure to check your receipt at this particular location or you may get "ripped off". I brought it to their attention and literally 15 minutes later the manager says she corrected it (I will see when I get my statement) and then at the pick-up window they give me the wrong order and my order is actually terrible tasting. I ask for diet cokes and I get Dr. Pepper (and this was the mgr taking my corrected order) and the employees at the drive thru are just dancing around without a care. I'm changing my review to upgrade this East North Avenue location. I'm not a fast foodie however I do love McD's coffee and Latte' I swing through drive thru once every 3 weeks and have been seen this morning crew "rock it" in drive thru. I cannot speak for inside staff, however the crew is worthy of a two thumbs up in my book. There is no need to beat up this industry and all fast food restaurants because their pool of employees aren't the most dedicated. Give a little credit to the management teams who try's to be extraordinary and the team that smiles and greats you. Old McDonalds had a farm EIEIO. This McDonalds had a Remodel, EIEIO. It's on E North ave. It's been remodeled since my last visit many may years ago. The place looked over staffed but I believe they were about to change shift. The front counter took my order and I had a short wait for my meal I got the ten pack nugget meal. They were so fast I forgot to get my fries. They ended up finding me seated and eating. So no complaints here. This location has a drive through thats frequently backed up so I did a walk up. -1 star but that's expected. Don't be lazy. Most of the staff were busy cleaning. And the dining room looked straight. They have a strange parking lot and some of the entry doors. Require you to walk Right between cars to get in/out. And that's putting faith in your fellow wo/man. I really don't like risk. One of the best places to eat at in my opinion! They're burgers are made really well and their service is amazing as well. I usually go for the family deal since it allows us to eat more for a very well managed price! Definitely recommend going here. The ladies who work here in the morning are always very friendly and overall very efficient for the amount of business that comes through. Yea, sometimes there is drama and people asking for money around the parking lot but generally I see a manager go out and clear people like that away. The down part to this is it seems to have a lot if homeless people inside and outside They are even crowding the tables where you can sit. This is probably the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I always have an issue when I come here. The food is okay, but the employees don't seem to care at all. When they take your order, they don't ask basic questions like what sauce you want with nuggets or what drink you want with a meal. They will not always put what you actually order and don't repeat back what you ordered. With the 2 lanes open they don't verify what you ordered, so the person in front of me and I had our orders switched. It is guaranteed to have something missing or wrong about every order. read more

I do not like Mcdonald's. However this is an exceptional location. In my poor college days I ate here frequently. They never messed up an order. It was always hot and well made. The owner really cares about his franchise. You can see him out sweeping up the parking lot most days. He offers his personal contact info for patrons to reach out to him. One thing I would say is probably don't eat inside. I think they do their best, but it is pretty gross in there. Ok...here's the story: I was in a hurry to eat lunch, so I ran into McDonalds and ordered a chicken sandwich and a frappe. I ate in my car on the way to an appointment, and as I was biting into the chicken sandwich, I felt a sharp pain on my gums, and quickly spit out the sandwich. Still feeling the pain, I opened my mouth and pulled off a small spider that had latched on to my gum! I nearly puked! Yeah... the friendliness of the employees is just... just. It's not bad or good. They are just existing. For the food, I've been at this location 3 times and 2 of those times my fries were barely warm and were chewy like they'd been hanging out back there for a while. They are so stingy with the ketchup! They will hand you your bag out the window and close it shut and run away and not come back until they're sure you've driven away. Ok, definitely didn't set my expectations high with this being a McDonald's but I had the worst possible time, and continue to do so at this McDonald's. You will never get exactly what you ordered through uber eats or directly from the source. We had over 40$ worth of food ordered. Didn't receive much of that at all and what we did receive was not correct. They always ask if there is substitute I can get which is nice but what I ordered is what I want. If you cant deliver then don't have that as a choice. During the construction there was definitely big whigs or upper management there to help and it had gotten better but seems as if they are no longer there to help and service is back to being poor again. This is one of the silliest McDonald's that I have ever walked in. Just about every employee here works with a massive frown on their face as they ask you "What do you want" rather than "Welcome to McDonald's, thank you for joining us today, how many I serve you" like they do in North Carolina. The manager was extremely rude when I asked for my food, and they even messed up my order. I understand that working at a minimum wage job is painful at times, but we all have a choice, and if they choose to have a crappy attitude, I will choose to write an hoenst review on their terrible performance. I would deifnitely not recommend this McDonald's whatsoever. Not even to use the bathroom, as the bathrooms are absolutely atrocious and smell like Milwaukee horse manure.
