I've been here twice recently. Both times the food was fresh and hot. It came out quickly and tasted great.

Complete failure, every time! I've been to this McDonalds location probably a hundred times and have never had a great experience. This review is for today's visit. I roll up to the dual drive-thru setup and choose the outer lane, since there was a car at the inner lane already. About 30 seconds pass by and a pleasant voice informs me that they will be right with me. I then wait....and wait...and wait some more! Probably 5+ minutes. At least 3 cars order and move along from the inner lane. I say politely, "excuse me," and again I'm told, "I'll be right with you." No thanks! I drove on and went to Wendy's just down the road. Pro: Right next to MKE, 24 hours a day. Con: At 2:30 am, there is only one drive thru line. It's McD, it's the same around the world. Came here in our rental car before flying out in pouring right. The cover over the intercom and pickup windows were greatly appreciated. Noticed that there is a fully automated soda machine at the pickup window, something I have never seen in United States.... but Milwaukee got the new toy. read more

This is one of those places where the workers wear masks on their chins keeping their noses open and they touch their faces repeatedly. There are two lanes and customers here don't take turns so orders are always messed up. There are two pick up windows and it's never clear which one I'm supposed to go to after paying, but the real problem is how careless they are being at the height of COVID19, you just know they are never very clean or sanitary, pandemic or not. And something happened to the coffee. McDonald's coffee used to be godawful, then they decided to take on Starbucks drive through head on and for a while any McDonald's had fresh tasty hot coffee. I guess they gave up on it. Last two times I've been here my coffee was old and unpleasant. read more

We pulled over and made an order then it charged my card, we pull back up to the window and give my mobile order number and she tells me she can't make it when I've already paid for it. Service is getting worse. I used to like stopping in every morning for a coffee in my way into work. The lines are wrapped around the building and almost to the far east entrance. I'm starting to think it's better to go to the Speedway on Howell Ave and College Ave, the flow is better and so are the prices. Oh yea, and you don't lose your points like McDonalds does read more

Modern new look McDonald's. This is the future of the franchise! This place is like the senior meeting spot in the morning. It is really cute...like an old time diner. Most are hanging out here having some 55 cent senior coffee. I did get a few looks as I sat down with my kid. No students are allowed before or after school. The seniors must not like that. Now I understand the looks I got. There is a flat screen tv with two comfy chairs too. So you can sit back and watch the Today Show and catch up on the news. read more

Went here at around 2 am. They're were about two cars in line ahead of me. Waited at least 15 minutes to order. Got to the speaker and the lady said "give me a second". She proceeded to wait five minutes to come back and ask what I would like. I ordered two plain cheeseburgers. I then complete my order and see five cars now ahead of me in line for the window. This takes about 30 minutes to get to the window. I then get there and nobody comes to the window for 5 minutes yet I see three girls standing inside just talking. After about ten minutes at the window I get my food, the burgers are wrong, they forgot to give me my drink at first, and kept a dollar in extra change. Will never go here again read more

If I could put 0 stars I would, EVERY time I go here the staff is extremely rude. This time drove all the way there at 2 am waited in a LONG line just to be rudely told when it was my turn that they were closed with employees giggling in the background. I order the same exact thing every time I go here and I use the drive-thru. I have now been shorted French Fries the last 2 times I visited and randomly get the incorrect order even though my receipt I paid for 2 burgers and a fry. I have worked in the fast food industry in my teen years and well into my early twenties, I try to give employees the benefit of the doubt that they are trying to do their best but this is just a normal thing at this location. Do not expect or be surprised if you get the wrong or a incomplete order at this location. I'm done giving this place a chance(s). We went to this 24 hour McDonald's - placed an order on the app. Arrive and it says to go through the drive through since it's late. Cool - drive through is closed. Then go up to the first window that has a hand written sign to wait there and don't move forward even if someone isn't there - well, they not only weren't there, but walked by several times without acknowledging. A line of cars piled up so I called and someone VERY rudely spoke with me about how they aren't 24 hours and they have to clean etc and that my online order will be cancelled. In recent times, McDonald's has been undergoing something of a renaissance into trying to become some odd upscale Starbucks-a-like, and in doing so, as a parent, I've been disappointed to see a number of nice playlands disappear. McDonald's seems to have forgotten that they have the playland market cornered... so anyways, I've decided to review some and share some hints for other parents. This location used to sport a very nice playland that suited both small and large kids. They had two ball pits, one set aside for toddlers, and a bunch of really nice tubes that kids loved. Some bonehead decided that it would be better to demolish the place and replace it with one of those traditional/contemporary locations. Taking a mediocre fast food joint and stripping it of the one thing that made it really worthwhile is an idiotic move. There's a Hardee's two miles east. I suggest that instead. The Burger King next door has better quality food. Either way, we're not likely to be visiting this McD's again anytime soon. read more

Had a busy day, went out for a beer with my buddy, dropped his rental car off at the airport and decided I should get a quick after-bar bite before taking the long trip to get my buddy to his home in Pewaukee. I've always had this issue with this mcdonalds were they always forget something and I have to go back and ask for it. I mean I understand it's fast food and they are in a rush. But that's something that can be worked on. My uncle a month or two ago ordered 2 Mc'chicken's and they forgot to put it in the bag and he went it and they did not give him anything back. McDonalds are famous for being consistent and having systems. It is by my house so I have stopped here many time, driving up and going in. Always got fresh hot food and good service. They have 2 drive-ups and when they are packed and there are 2 long lines, no worries, they get people right through quickly.
