The London Fog was decent, hot and flavorful. I also got a pistachio scone. They don't have the ability to heat pastries, so it was served cold. On a chilly morning, that made it feel especially cold. Service: The person taking orders and making drinks was super nice, personable, and willing to have a casual chat. Atmosphere: There's not much to look at inside. It has a somewhat industrial feel, with tables and high-tops but not much in the way of comfortable seating. It seems set up more for people looking to do some work. A decent place if you're looking for a beverage to go, but not one I'm likely to return to.

My go-to is usually the half rocket fuel which I believe is their concoction of cold brew and their homemade milk/creamer mix. The original is very sweet so if you're like me and don't like it overly sweet, i recommend their half. I also really enjoy their homemade vanilla syrup that they use in lattes. I stick to basics or their signature drinks and I've never had something I didn't like. For price and a decent-sized working space (cant confirm how good their wifi is), I love this place.

If they are wondering why their coffee sales are low. It's because nobody works there. Today I had to ask two employees if anybody was working. After waiting seven minutes, then asking someone, five minutes later two employees appeared, one was training the other. There was a lot of confusion and then they overcharged me by five dollars. Again, if you're going to put a coffee shop in your store, please make sure that your employees aren't just messing around out on the floor and that they know how to do their job.

As with other Colectivo locations, the menu rotates with seasonal coffees and food items. The cold brew with cold foam is my latest go-to and the vanilla cold foam here was just right, not too sweet or overwhelming with vanilla flavor. I'm not sure what it was--if the coffee itself was over-roasted, or the milk went bad, or the machine (God forbid) was not clean--but the drink tasted burnt, bitter, highly acidic, and just "off," giving a weird unpleasant sourness at the back of my tongue. It's a good thing Collectivo serves flat whites in their smallest size, because if it had been any larger, I could not/would not have finished it. I'm by no means a coffee connoisseur, but I *am* a bit of a coffee snob. I love a good coffee. I love a well-made coffee. I know good coffee. I typically buy local freshly roasted beans, and make myself a coffee at least 1-2 a day at home. NONE of the coffee I've ever made at home--or that I've had out and about at any other shop--has tasted as bad as what I had at this particular Collectivo. I'm not saying they're all like that, I'm not even saying any other drink at this Collectivo is bad, but I anticipated--and expected--much better. Me, I'm diabetic and bigot intolerant but there don't seem to be any bigots in here the times I've been. This mall does have some comfy seating not too far from the coffee shop and pretty good WiFi but none of the seats are set up in a way you would be able to get any work done with or without the coffee. One negative is that although they take credit and debit cards, you can't put the tip on the card, and they are chronically short on cash. They have some chocolates and pastries available as well. The eh: I didn't hear our drinks being called and when I went to up confirm it was my beverage they said they didn't know, they didn't make it, and walked away.
