I hate to ever leave a negative review about a business, but this McDonald's has the slowest drive-through that I've ever experienced. I can't imagine what takes them so long, they seem to be fully staffed. But the wait times are atrocious. I first started coming to this location about a year ago and things were great then, but they've taken a serious nosedive in recent months. When I got to the 2nd window, the worker asked me if I had the 6 count large meal. I said no and that I had a 10 count, she said okay and made the meal. When I received my food and asked for extra sauce the manager came and told me I'd have to pay. I didn't mind that but when I looked in the bag I didn't have any sauce in the first place. Why are you making me pay extra when I didn't have any of the sauce I ordered anyway? Afterwards I looked into the bag to see they'd given me a 6 count nugget. Like I literally had just confirmed with the worker I had a 10 count and not a 6 count. All of my food was cold and the fries were all spilled out into the bottom of the bag. I came through at about 9:30pm. I made the order on the app for curbside to find out curbside was closed so I had to go in (my vehicle does not fit in the drive through). A group of several employees were sitting around the corner at a table chatting were shocked that I was inside the store. I had to make my order again verbally.(they had all the monitors turned off). Then they went to looking at a car outside. Then cars honked in the drive through and 2 drivers came in complaining that they have been waiting for over 45 minutes. Then two of the girls started yelling at the one girl behind the line that was actually working on making burgers, the same girls that were out front admiring cars. read more

This store looks ok at a glance, but only at a glance. Instead of bringing the order to the table it was dropped on the counter and our order number yelled out. No real deal there, just not good service. Then my son pointed out what looked like someone had dribbled some oreo flurry down the window, that's when I noticed the flys. The window sills were covered in dead flies and there were a few bugs on the floor I couldn't identify. I was going to use the restroom but there was what looked like a piece of toilet paper across the threshold to where the restroom doors are. I took that as a sign that as far as I was concerned the restrooms were closed. Definitely won't be back. read more

The drive through is so slow. They also get the order wrong for most of my orders. We stopped to get my granddaughter a cheeseburger with ketchup. They gave us a plain hamburger. We told them we ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup so they handed us a cheeseburger with everything on it. We said no, we want a cheeseburger with ketchup. They handed us a plain cheeseburger. They then ignored us while we waited at the drive through window. Finally we were able to get a couple packs of ketchup. Getting the order wrong happens too often at this McDonald's. We won't be going back. read more

Service is terrible, the person that took my order and payment this morning was mumbling and very rude. The person that gave me my food was fantastic! This is the worst McDonalds I've experienced in over 49 years. Terrible service, food quality, and unsanitary. It needs to be shut down, cleaned by, and restaffed. It's located in a very nice part of town. However, this restaurant reflects the worst part of town and humanity. read more

I don't have a lot to say that is different from others. I don't normally eat at McDonald's but my wife was sick and I had to go out and get something quick. Order was rung up wrong, but that got corrected fortunately. I ordered a Large meal, but they only had enough tea made to partially fill a medium cup. As I was in a hurry to get back home I took it even though I ad paid for a large drink. Really, I put most restaurant issues down to the management. First pulled up in the drive thru lady sounded super friendly took my order then drove to first window. When I got to that window there are two girls that say nothing one girl holds her hand out but hasn't told me what I owe so I ask get the money together and hand her cash. She drops my change and the proceeds to say GD. I was in shock! I gave her another 11 cents and she handed me my receipt. I said thank you but she just closed the window. Also we pulled around for me to look and see if there was a number to call and inform the manager of what happened but there was no number and the doors were locked. This was at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. No note or anything! I will definitely NOT come here again! read more

Ran by children with 0 work ethic. Literally the worst McDonald in the area. It's close to my house so I've tried to give the place chance after chance but my order has NEVER been right. The last time I went I was given a small bag and the kid shut the window, as I waited on the rest of my order he opened the window back up, never said a word, but gave me the dramatic "what are u waiting for" face. The one where he opens his eyes as wide as he could, shakes his head, and throws his wrist out.... One person over the age of 15 may help. read more

The second time I've had an order messed up at this location recently. This time my 10 piece Mcnuggets turned out to be a single chicken sandwich patty crammed into the McNugget box. This was obviously done on purpose. It was a drive thru order, so I didn't notice until I got home. I tried calling the manager but the phone just rang until a message said, "please enter your access code." It's the correct number too. I'll be stopping by in person to discuss this in the near future. read more

The people working could care less, they just stand around and talk, wrong items given out.. quit using covid as an excuse to keep your lobby's closed because management is to lazy to hold crew members accountable, you would think just a drive thru being open order accuracy would happen but no. Everytime i order breakfast the food is cold, and it taste as if it was laying out all night. The service is nice, but I just wish I didn't have to specifically ask for a hot meal and then wait 10 minutes. The food should be hot and fresh already. read more

Absolute trash, don't come to this location unless you want to wait in drive thru for 20 plus minutes. On top of the awful wait they are either out of everything or it's broken. Don't bother adding anything to your sandwich like bacon it's going to get left off every time. Go across the parking lot to what a burger. Their food is pretty fresh, as fresh as McDonalds gets. They also do a really good job on their McFlurrys.

They mess up our orders every single time and sometimes don't even put everything in the bag. 95% of the time the fries are cold and soggy. Most of the employees are rude. Just overall are horrible place to get something quick to eat. read more
