First off, they gave me the incorrect sauce. Not a big deal I walked in and received the correct one. Having said that please be careful eating here. Upon my last bite of fries where I did the usual thing of emptying out the carton I felt a loud crunch in my mouth. Removed it and the fry to find out that was it a metal spring. I mean, it's Chick-fil-A; how bad can it be? Stopped on our way into town. I was specifically looking for a CFA and used their app to locate. My spouse is not yet the disciple of app ordering like I am, and because I was the one driving I couldn't order before arriving. That one still likes to pull up and talk to someone--yes, one of the people who make the line a little slower. The parking lot and drive-thru are a hot mess, in my opinion. People are joining the line from two different directions. We (meaning I) decided to place the order in the app for inside pick up. Had to wait to actually be able to pull up enough in line to go through to the parking spaces. Entered the order and by the time the spouse walked in it was ready. FTR, I get a grilled chicken sandwich which I am able to easily customize on the app. I actually think that customizing orders via the app reduces any potential for having an order filled incorrectly. read more

The cashier was super pleasant and our order was actually brought out before we were even finished paying for it. Our drinks were brought to our table with a smile, along with ketchup and napkins. Everyone smiles. Everyone is happy. That makes me smile, and makes me happy too. It's contagious. Stopped by after the kids doc appointment. Service was fast and friendly. The bathrooms were clean as a whistle. 3 people running the counter and 2 at the drive through even though there was no one at the drive through! Now that's service. Staff was quick and friendly. My son dropped his biscuit about half way through. It hit the floor like a crumbly bomb went off. Butter flakes flew everywhere. I picked it up and headed for the counter. Yea, yea... I know this is a fast food restaurant, but this one is on top of their game. I go there often and typically order a salad. My favorites are the Spicy Southwest Salad and the Grilled Market Salad. One has corn and black beans and the other has strawberries, blueberries, chunks of apple and blue cheese. Both are restaurant quality, not fast food quality. They're both about $7 and you get what you'd pay $10-$15 for in a sit down establishment. The main reason I love this place is the service! It's always fast and friendly. The lines are wrapped around the building? No problem! They have employees in the parking lot with hand-held registers taking orders. I'm not a big fast food eater, but this place gets five stars. The staff is attentive and uber nice, and the food is really good. Had a delicious chicken salad sandwich on fresh whole-grain bread. Also loved the diet lemonade with real lemon pulp. Tastes as good as the lemonade I used to get from the street vendors in Chicago on a hot summer day. This is a great location with more than ample parking. Very convenient to I-65. They were also very busy when we came in, but got everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently. Let me start off by saying, there's nothing wrong with the food here or the attitudes mostly of all they employees. The problem for me personally is that I work for a food delivery service, and I count on the fine folks at Chick-fil-A to be prompt, and on time with my customers orders, whom I'm picking up for. I've noticed these last two or three weeks a difference in the food not coming out on time. Sometimes being up to 10 to 15 minutes past the time that it was supposed to be ready for the customer and myself. This is bad business for everyone! I'm not too sure what's been going on with this location, but they have been extremely slow. I work for a food delivery service and I should be treated like any other customer. I arrived at 9:23 this morning and my order didn't come out until after 9:32. The girl delivering started to pass our car up and then acted like she didn't notice our bag hanging out the window. I was more off and on in the years leading up to when they released the mobile app, but soon as they did, I became a weekly regular. And oh man, this location? They are ridiculously on top of their game. Working in fast food is no easy task, no matter how laid back or friendly the management and fellow staff are. And when you're located at a busy intersection off an interstate, that holds far more true, especially when you're a popular franchise geographically. So the fact that I can go into this particular Chick-fil-A, expect prompt, courteous service no matter if it's rush hour or that dead space between lunch and dinner, feel as if I'm being given specially tailored service by being asked the right questions (e.g. Would you like any sauce? Dessert? etc.), AND have all these expectations met consistently no matter the time of year? Suffice it to say, someone (probably several someones, meaning the entire staff) is doing something right. This was the absolute best service I have EVER had at a retail location! I was greeted when I entered. (A genuine greeting) They were busy yet we did not wait. Our food was being delivered as we were sitting at our table. The guy literally had to wait for us to pick a table. As we finished our food. Dorothy, the lady that greeted u as we entered came to ask if we would like her to take our tray. She noticed that we had a box of nuggets left so she offered to bring a bag. She was immediately back with it. Once back in the parking lot, we noticed an employee standing outside the drive thru window. Her job that day was to grab customers money and hand it to the cashier inside the window and pass the food back so tr he customer didn't have to lean out their window.
