This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. 40 minute orders people just cancelling their orders because it's miss managed. I can't believe I'm writing a review for McDonald's, but the food was SO GOOD that I felt like I had to write a review. My double cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly on the inside with a little crisp on the outside. They seasoned it perfectly with salt and pepper, I didn't even know McDonald's did that. Honestly I'd eat the burger I just had over about any restaurants burger. Their fries were also perfectly cooked and salted. My girlfriend said that's the best Big Mac she's had in years and she might be a bit of a Big Mac connoisseur. 100% the Best McDonald's I've ever had!! Ordered two sausage McMuffins, they both came out ice cold, and I could hardly stomach any of it. Had to go to the counter to adjust the order twice, and overall one of the most unusual McDonald's I've ever visited. They only have one arch, maybe they are working on getting that second golden arch. read more

Not sure what is going on in this location. In the winter they keep it way too warm inside. When the weather warms up outside they still keep it way too warm inside. Floors are usually messy with spilled soda here and there. Staff is always friendly. Drive thru takes way too long. They sell bags of ice (best deal in town) but wont hand you a bag of ice in the drive thru, you have to go inside to get it. read more

Skip this ghetto location and go to the other side of town. Since Manny left this one has gone to hell in a hand basket. It's supposed to be "fast food". If I have to wait for egg McMuffins on a Sunday morning; you might need to get some adult management in the building people. read more

Ordered two #1 substitute coffee with orange juice. Says no coffee three times, the still asked how we wanted our coffee, when we went to pay window they had two#1 plus two coffees. Ugh! Then it was $20, had to refresh then we did not get coffee. I think I'm done with expensive fast food from McDonald's! read more

Ordered a simple egg McMuffin. Restaurant was full of people waiting. Employees were goofing off in the back. Took 20 min. Drove off, opened wrapper and all that was in there was the muffin. NOTHING else. No egg. No sausage. Just the English muffin. read more

I usually use this location when I eat McD's but this last time the service was subpar I know that working in fast food isn't as easy as some people may think I worked in fast food for 6 years so I tend to cut them some slack. it kinda gets my goat that they no longer read your order back it's on a promter and you are lucky anymore to b waited on by a person that speaks American. well tonight when I went I used the drive-thru I placed my order 1st off out of drpepper strike one so I ordered a icetea get to the window which took almost 20 mins I was the third vehicle back. well I don't like straws so I tell the young lady to keep the straw which seemed to confuse her then I asked for lemon and SUGAR for my icetea she gave me equal wtf I am not a small person but is this skinny thing trying to tell me she thinks I need to lose wieght well if she is she needs to keep to herself. then the food was all cold. in conclusion I believe that burgerking will be getting my business from now on it may cost more but it is werth it. read more

We only do mcd's on trips, and on a hot day, long drive it seemed like a good idea. I asked staff tidying up for a nutrition chart--she slipped right over to the counter with a smile. previous try, the counter person did not even know there is a chart! oK, I see Mango drink is way over calorie budget. How about the new chicken sandwich? well,the print is tiny and there are about 4 entries. To my relief, the counter staff young lady whirls the chart around to spot "the lowest calorie choice" I get it with lettuce, no bun and it was beautifully grilled and tasted great. The diet Coke was so delicious here, their recipe should be mandatory --I am sure I pressed diet today and hope the excellent taste was not a mix up with full sugar! We loved the separate, closed door kid room and the sophisticated decor on adult side. The great staff here, really clean place, and new healthy food choices will trigger another trip to McDonald's read more

Other people are lying. Someone said something about roaches in their food and the most you did was review it, get a life. It took 20 minutes to get your food? Learn to tell time. People are so damn picky and the kinds of people who eat McDonalds and complain about "slow" service are low class. I've eaten here at least a couple hundred times, average time 2 minutes. Please make a burger with condiments and a toasted bun in 2 minutes and then come cry. Don't like the prompter that tells you your order, I can bet you don't know how to read. Yes my family and I have been to McDonald twice in a week and service was so bad .On Sunday Sept. 9th 20012 one person to wait on everyone about 15 to 18 people in line and the rest of the employes running around with there heads cut off!!
