Terrible service!!! Waited at the drive through speaker for 2 minutes with no service. Pulled up to see if the speaker was broken. Toothless guy came to window and refused to take our order. We explained the issue and still refused. Some white trash lady accused of us line jumping which was not true! Check your cameras. Both people could have cared less and told us to get back in line which was now 8 cars deep and a bus load of kids showed up. TERRIBLE!!! read more

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Noticed the flavor of the sandwiches change location to location but pattys used here are never dry, and it makes a world of difference. Not to mention the mcchickens and mcnuggets don't taste like they've been sitting too long either. Every menu item is consistently made great. I've been here a few times and it's McPretty good. Today I McOrdered an standard Big Mac meal (truth be told I had some one bring it to me because I was busy). I expect the McWorst since my food had quite the McJourney (15 min drive). I was very McImpressed by the fidelity of the food, the way it held together, and I largely enjoyed it. All the previous visits to this location have yielded a positive experience with McClean facilities and very polite employees. Okay, I get it. A cheeseburger from mcdonalds isn't a "quality" burger. Getting a special order can make them a scant better. I mean, I just wanted a quick snack. Like "extra, extra, extra pickles" can make them palatable. Last time they didn't put extra pickles on my order, I took it in and was told 3 pickles is extra pickles... whatevs. Since then I ask for extra, extra, extra pickle, then when I'm paying I ask them to "make sure they are heavy on pickles, I really like a lot of pickles." As I open them, guess what? 3 pickles. FAIL! They even print special sticky receipts to put on special items that clearly say "XTRA PICKLES." Why go through the bother to deceive the customer and send them on their way? ANSWER: so you get your S@!? and get out. We have two hungry babies in the back and we were getting them some breakfast and we ordered a #7 two sausage burritos, 2 sausage patties, 2 hash browns, and a couple other things. They misheard and only charged us for one burrito but that was whatever and they assured us everything was in the bag. This was at 9:38 and we realized on our way to the store that they forgot the 2 sausages we ordered for the kids. We went back to get those and also ordered a #7 with orange juice at 9:49 so we can actually have our burritos and shortly after leaving we realized they forgot our orange juice. We went back AGAIN to get our orange juice and when we got to Walmart for groceries we went to grab our 3 burritos we ordered and only had 1 from the second order. I called them talking about the issue and a young lady there was saying that I was in the wrong because "I forgot the bag" even though they assured us everything was in the bag multiple times etc etc so I had to drive all the way back AGAINNN wasting even more gas and time with kids in the back for them to finally give us what we ordered. Moral of the story they're shit employees and they need to restaff cause that was RIDICULOUS!!! We didn't end up getting all of our food until 10:21!!! read more

The worst place in Mountain Home. There is no sense of what fast food is. Even during renovation they cannot deliver on time. They have one costumer at a time and can't handle that. They still make you pull up and wait.The French fries tasted horrible and over cooked. Why would McDonalds spend money on renovating such a place? The people who work there do care about customer service. They don't even deserve a negative 10 score. Why should the workers care if management doesn't care. This place is usually great but this morning I arrive to get some breakfast and they put me on hold. Another person pulls up after me in the other line and does a whole order and starts taking the persons order behind them as well. I say hello because that did annoy me she says, yes i ask her why she took someone else's order first she said that was someone else so I just say my order and she says nothing just sitting there and that second vehicle is inching forward like they are almost done ordering so I say yah thats it just the two mc muffins, still nothing, so I drive forward and get to the window, she never put my order in. I ask the guy at the window why that happened he told me he just got on shift i said ok fair enough you must not have seen me pull up first but why wouldn't she put my order in? He said idk but did help me out even though at this point I'm pretty upset and could have been more nice (sorry guy) but yah Kaitlyn needs some serious training on customer service. I've come to expect the ice cream machine to be broken nearly EVERY time I visit this McDonalds, because it usually is. A cousin owns 4 McDonald's in Salem, Oregon and learned to have redundant ice cream machines so one usually is working and he doesn't lose business. He also knows to replace them when they breakdown frequently. This one IS broken 2/3rds of the time. As much money as they bilch out of this poor town the owners OWE better service to the community and military families that live there. They DO work fast, but they burn-out their younger employees on even wanting to work by the way they're treated. I had 2 grandsons TRY to work there. I think last nights no ice cream machine will be my last trip there, EVER. Hats off, Cousin Mike, at least you take care of people! I went to Wendy's instead. Their Frosty machine usually works and their food doesn't taste as processed as McDonald's does. With what I DO know about McDonald's food, I'm foolish to eat there at all anymore. Wow you know I did not mind the wait or the missing hash brown no biggie crap happens what bothers me most is Beth the cashier that was kind helpful and could tell she was doing what she could to help make the customer fill important. but her manager wow ! want to know why employees leave? cus of management like her she was rude to the customers even worse to the employees me and my wife only had to listen to her for 30 min but her crew has prolly an 8 hour shift with her what a terrible thought she most definitely needs more training to do her job I hope that the other customers in the lobby report this as well so maybe those crew members can get a break from her attitude and please some one tell Beth she is valued the only reason you get 2 stars is Beth she was almost in tears getting yelled at for ringing up waiting customers telling her to not ring them up and this was all in front of customers! This is the worst Mcdonald's I've been to in my life. They get my order wrong every time I come in no matter how many times I specify my exact order. The last time it happened, I spoke to both managers: Amanda and Sarah, and they were both very very rude and insensitive. I asked for no bacon on my mcgriddle and they put bacon on it, even though I specified at least THREE TIMES that I did not want bacon! They did not give me a refund on my sandwich or even apologize. They just asked if i wanted it remade which I did not. Maybe I would have it remade it they weren't so rude about it!! I also was dressed in uniform (I am in the military) and I found it very very rude how unprofessional they were to me. I contacted their manager and all she did was apologize, the least I could've gotten was some kind of compensation, but i received nothing but a pathetic apology. Will not bring my business here again. They need better customer service and better employees. went through the drive thru and order iced coffees and was using the app punch card for the free mcafe. the worker Xavier was working the window and taking orders and couldn't figure out why it wasn't taking the deal, nbd, probably never dealt with that problem before. the manager Brittney comes up and says to him "you need to figure out why it's not working" and pushed him out of the way so she can see what the issue was. she rudely asked us what we were using for the deal and she could see that i had my phone in my hand with the code for the coffee. when the transaction was through, the window is still open & she turns to Xavier and rudely says "next time you need to figure out how to ask for help faster" long story short, the way she treated Xavier in front of a customer was HIGHLY unnecessary. he clearly didn't know what to do and to embarrass him like that in front of a customer, shame on you and the lack of professionalism you're showing not only to the worker, but the customer. the only time the managers are "decent" is when the owner is doing a check through the drive thru. Xavier, HUGE kudos to you for staying calm and remaining your professionalism while your manager was acting that way toowards you. this isn't the only time i've seen the manager treat the workers terribly. i won't be back at this location. read more
