Convenient location just off the I-5 that is open early (5 A.M.), very clean, and has great customer service. There is ample, roomy space in the dining and ordering areas so that patrons can space themselves out. Employees are wearing masks and are attentive to customers' orders and questions. Ordering and getting our food was a breeze and only took a few minutes - we arrived around 7:20 A.M. and we were in our car and eating less than 10 minutes later. Our breakfast was great - nice and hot and totally what we needed to continue on our long drive. Couple that with a nice mountain view (if you are eating in the parking lot) and you've got yourself an excellent, quiet little morning, which you might not expect being so close to a busy freeway. At the hour we were there, the bathrooms were immaculate. The cleanest bathrooms around, that's for sure. We've tried out various bathrooms in this shopping center over the past few months of us driving back and forth through the Riddle area, and this McDonald's by far has the best one. I usually don't make the effort to write a bad review, however, I advise people who are traveling on the five near Riddle Oregon. Stay away from this McDonald's. The service is horrible. The restaurant itself is dirty. The bathroom is disgusting. I feel like I'm doing a public service warning you not to stop at this McDonald's. It's a McDonald's like any other but the manager here had everything under control. It was lunch rush but she was friendly and helpful to everyone. My entire order was correct, hot, and fresh (tasted like everything had just been cooked when ordered) and she didn't bat an eye when I asked for glasses of water or extra cups/spoons so my kids wouldn't make a huge mess with their ice cream cones. They have a nice little shaded patio in addition to standard indoor dining. It was such a pleasant surprise to dine here. read more

Well I guess I have to give this place a star ...No stars for this place, and I don't know where to start because neither the food or customer service was right.... we stopped by there in the morning and got some breakfast sandwiches and there was a hair mix in the eggs on my son's sandwich (it wasn't on top it was mixed with the egg) ..... went inside and the guy there started to give me an attitude and been rude after I told him about the hair so any way he gives me an other sandwich and guess what there was and other hair In the egg of the sandwich and i went b inside for the second time and the guy face was like "this PS again " and I told him there is an other hair in the egg.. so I look in the back and nobody is wearing a hairnet and everyone had long hair and they are making/preparing the food .....so people be aware of what you and your family (kids) eat and i hope this corporation make them workers wear the proper equipment/ tools and train them better because they have cero skills on customer service, they think people can't go spend money somewhere else, they need to understand that if they keep doing that people will not stop any more and that's not a good business, so use common sense and wear a hairnet when you are working with food. *my son'a hair is black and wasn't mixed with the egg and the hair mixed with the egg was yellow * read more

Was so hungry that even was ready to eat at McDonalds. Everything was surprisingly good include McSundae ice cream. For everything we payed around $12. It was really busy that day so we waited a bit. On our long drive home to California we stopped for lunch at McDonald's. It's slim pickings out in the middle of Oregon. I just need some type of food and a bathroom. We went through the drive through but then parked in the lot to eat. On a nice day and a not so busy parking lot it best to let kids just eat outside. The food was fine. It's McDonald's. If your not going to have any salads then maybe you should put a sigh up so that people don't wait through a line, to then be told that there's no salads! I truly enjoy the customer service at this McDonald's. Today while out for a ride, my wife and I stopped for lunch, always trying to save a buck my wife opened the McDonald's ap on her phone which if you don't know isn't the most dependable ap. She tends to get a little excited when electronics don't go her way and went to speak to the manager as she had in other McDonald's, Lorraine the manager on duty during a very busy lunch hour took the time to explain the ap to her and offered for her to bring the phone to the counter and Lorraine would walk her through it. Many other managers just looked at her like she was crazy and said sry as they walked away. Than the young lady at the cash register missed part of our order and Lorraine added it to our tray without charging us. That's how any business should be ran. It didn't cost the restaurant anything and dam sure earned a loyal customer. read more

I always have an excellent experience every time i come to this mc donalds. My order is correct always, even my fries which i request to be hot right out of the fryer. This is the only mc donalds ive been to that my fries are exactly the way i requested. The young woman alyssa who usually takes my order in drive through is always so cheerful and very patient. I always have lots of special orders and im always having to change something. She has never been rude nor has her voice sounded frustrated ect. read more

DON'T EAT AT THE MYRTLE CREEK, OR MCDONALD'S.....................EVER!!!! Unless you request it made fresh, but even then it's risky. When the timer goes off on a product they rarely throw it away. Usually the product is left until it's sold or until it looks unsalable. I've mention to supervisor's and management that a product has expired, receive the same response time and time again.... "Does it still look good?" Eventually I gave up asking and began to throw away expired products. To then receive criticism from multiple managers stating that i'm wasting too much product.... in some circumstances their having us cook to much and the managers should readjust holding amounts... in other cases i.e. the Folded Egg we'll hold their minimum of 1 fold per tray equaling 3 fold's and I've seen them over looked til the point the egg goes from bright yellow to a dark yellow with a then rubbery texture and the quarter pounder meat i've seen held and used up until the point the meat looks extremely dry, and dark almost resembling a hockey puck... crispy chicken has a 1 hour timer... when timer is up, it then sits there until sold 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the chicken is dry and dark looking. EGGS!!! DONT EAT EVER!!! The Round egg i.e. the only real egg used there most common on the sausage egg and cheese muffin and the egg mcmuffin have a sickening cooking procedure where they use mini tongs to pop the egg yolk then place those tongs back above the grill to be used again and again and again all breakfast without being WASHED OR WIPED between each run of eggs they cook. It suggested to clean them and was then told by management "It's a good idea, but it's not required." ....WHAT THE FUKC!! Anyway moving on, manager/supervisor's will also jump on line to help make sandwiches without gloves or only wearing one glove..... WHY BITCH!! I just saw you handle money.... not wash your hands ... then proceed to make someone's food..... and last but definitely not least "Graffiti Remover" a spray product used to remove sharpie from the bathroom walls. I myself have been handed it and seen multiple kitchen employee's handed it by every morning manager including the store's GM...... not to remove writing from the bathroom but to remove the dates off expired products including shredded lettuce, tomatoes, slivered onions, salad mix, and any expired product from the refrigerator including products served in your kids happy meals. Not such a happy thought..... and who knows if that just this McDonald's. Let me preface this review by saying that I've worked in food service in the past, so I understand that it can be harder than most people may think. I can excuse a mistake on an order once or twice. But NOT EVERY TIME. The last time I went to this McDonalds, I ordered some crispy chicken snack wraps. What do I get? Grilled. Bummer. What's more? The next time I order the same item from this McDonalds, I get grilled chicken. Again. Really? Not to mention, when I go to get them exchanged, my husband gets attitude from the workers? Please don't roll your eyes at us when it is YOUR mistake. Now, against my own good judgement, I visit this sorry excuse for a restaurant. For ONCE they get my snack wrap right (I have learned to check the items in the parking lot before I go home as a precaution).
