McDonald's can always get more sanitary. Coronavirus was a blessing in disguise for this fast food restaurant requiring them to wear latex gloves and hairnets. As far as their food, I have always gotten the two cheeseburger meal which is a staple, I would appreciate the push down ketchups mechanisms into those circular containers over the packets. Yikes, stopped in on my lunch break. Never doing that again. This location is losing weekly customers due to the amount of homeless people. At least 7 homeless people harassing you as you walk in, use the restroom and then stare as you leave. Management needs to get these people out of there and make sure they are not holding up the restroom or making rules while trying to use the rest room. They think they own the restroom. You're there all day long, let me have a 1 minute bathroom break FROM working all morning. Management sucks. She's rude. Loud & obnoxious. Don't even get me started about the hard buns. read more

Clean. Service - sometimes slow -ordering& pick up. Biggest complaint centers around fact that "customers" are not true customers. They buy from 7-11 bring in the food taking up space for buying customers. Often people are often harassed by marginal individuals who interrupt private conversations. I am only giving 5 stars for last night's late night visit. Our prior late night visit was so bad--snotty server (who said she was the manager) and the slowest service ever!!! Like 10-15 later where's our food? And then it was room temperature and fries were cold. Anyway last night we ordered with no incident, sat down and few minutes later our food was brought to us. It was hot!! Fries were right out of the fryer and the burgers were hot! I have never had a hot burger from any fast food joint! Guy and girl working were polite and nice. The manager at the McDonald's at US 41 & Bayshore in Naples, FL is horrible. The service there over the past few months has declined greatly. Very slow service, numerous wrong items received, out of coffee numerous times. The manager is consistently RUDE and has a terrible attitude. Almost always takes way too long for food, and that's when it's not even busy. When it's backed up even 2 cars deep just get ready to wait for at least 25 minutes and that's being hopeful and after waiting that long, I really hope you got ready to have some super shitty good.
