Alex, the cashier has given me trouble two times when ordering at this location. He refused to accommodate a simple special request, that I was more than willing to pay for, because that's how my pregnant wife's enjoyed her Dairy Queen order. This is the second time he refused a simple request resulting in me, leaving, without any ice cream or paying. He let his personal ego and "rules" get in the way of a franchise generate revenue and/or profits. Why a franchisee would employ someone like this is beyond me. He is costing the company money and has terrible customer service skills. read more

I was skeptical after reading the reviews of this location. After visiting though, my wife and I had a wonderful experience! I don't know who the manager was but she was FANTASTIC! We had arrived a little late, about 30 minutes before close, and I really wanted a burger with the two blizzards we ordered. The cashier told me the kitchen was closed until the manager stepped in and said "just a burger? He can be the last kitchen order of the night." So amazing as I was quite hungry! The location was clean while we waited for our food and the best part was how speedy they got out food and blizzards. Excellent location! read more

The people here were so nice- they were closing in 5 minutes and didn't give us any attitude or anything. Everyone ordered their favorite ice cream or shake and it was given to us with a smile. We had ordered two small blizzard (1 scores and 1 mint oreo) and one small birthday cake (cup) and one small dip dip cone. Great DQ in downtown naples. Been coming here for years, I still miss there old location in the A frame building near by, but this one is good too. Great staff, friendly and been working there for years. Love the blizzards and especially how they come up with seasonal flavors. Nice assortment of food. Plenty of covered outdoor seating. Enough indoor seating to accommodate everyone. The line inside does get long to order, but it moves fast. No drive thru or window to order so you must go inside to order. read more

Stopped late on Friday evening with a group of 4 adults. The place was packed as everyone apparently wanted ice cream. The young man at the register was super polite and looked us in the eyes as we placed our orders. The young lady that brought our order out into the dining room - she had a smile that could light up a city block. She seemed happy doing her job and was also very courteous. In today's world, it's so refreshing to see younger employees doing such a great job in the owner's absence. These people were representing the DQ brand well. I appreciated them so much - I took the time to approach them before leaving to tell them. A smile, positive attitude, and manners sure goes a long way! The Dairy Queen on 41 south of Pine Ridge rd. in Naples Is very clean and spacious! They have a lot of nice soft serves, blizzards and great tasting slushes. We love the Lemon Lime and Cherry slushes and great after a hot playing in the sun. If your not in the mood for any desserts they do have hot menu items with burgers, hot dogs and chicken fingers. It's okay. Line was big. Teenagers were a plenty. The parking is very limited. We got our simple icecream orders in good time but this location felt very stressed like it did not have the capacity to handle a line of people being there. We don't really go to DQ but there was nothing in my experience that will be calling me back to this location. Went here last night for a blizzard with my family after a nice meal. Per usual they put a minuscule amount of Reese cup in all of our blizzards. My mother got up and politely asked to have a little more put in hers and the owner was immediately called over and on the defense. He stated, "all our blizzards are portioned out specifically" and he "could clearly see specks of chocolate in the blizzard." However, you don't pay to have specks of chocolate you pay to have Reese cups added in. The argument immediately escalated to him calling the cops on a family of 4 to ask us to leave. We remained seated to finish the embarrassingly weak blizzards and all walked out having left at least half our cups full as there was nothing but ice cream left. As we left he was waiting outside to further berate us until we reached our car. Thankfully the story ends there. Do not recommend to a friend. Also Karen...my family does not drink. Haven't since before I was even born. Your "acting owner" was an asshole and the profanities we chose for him were carefully thought out and deserved. I arrived here, because my daughter wanted a burger so I decided that this was the closest place from my destination. So I went inside and was greeted by a young lady with glasses that had attitude and looked as if she didn't even want to be there. Very unprofessional and very dull. The inside was clean so at least that's where they get their star. I waited about 5 mins and the older woman that handed me my order was actually very nice. So there goes another star for them. I usually take the first bite to make sure it's ok and when I tried the burger it had a weird taste. I did not like it. But unfortunately I was already home which was about 20 mins away and honestly was not worth the drive back. Money down the drain. Oh well. Do not really recommend this place. Not just Ice cream! My wife and I go to DQ all the time for a quick dinner. The food is always outstanding. They have really great burgers. Tonight I tried the 1/2 lb burger and my wife had the 4-piece chicken tenders. The burger was hot and made perfectly (no Mayo and tomato). I love their onion rings. Cooked perfect. The chicken tenders were a perfect golden brown. The store on 41 is always very clean (including the restroom) and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Example: my wife got a table outside while I got the food. The staff saw I wasn't going to be able to carry everything myself so he put the drinks in a tray and brought them out for me. I didn't ask for help, he just did it. Just little touches like that is why we keep coming back. If you go to DQ just for the treats, you're missing out. Try the food. Furthermore, the customer service I experienced from all of the employees was truly exceptional. The cashier was easily able to accommodate my requests and provide suggestions on the best way to transport my items while preserving the food. As for the actual food, the ice cream was good, but the brownie was a little tougher than I expected. (However, that may be because I took it to go.) Never going back! Not COVID-19 safe!!! With The pandemic very few places I will go inside but this Dairy Queen location is one because it's close to me and I go at least twice a week to pick up ice cream for whole family. September 4, 2020 I went in 3 young kids working all wearing masking. The young black kid made my order. He wears one of those reusable handkerchief masks you can pull up and down from the neck. He has his back to me. I watch him pull his mask down and make my food. Then discretely pulls his mask back up then turns around and hands me my food. I take care of to elderly people with serious health issues that is they get Covid they die! I thought about just getting a refund but I paid with card and their was no manager on site and did not want to wait there another 15 minutes till they could figure it out. I just took my ice cream walked outside and threw it in the garbage can. We all know young kids outside of work are not wearing masks and or worry about COVID-19. As I left I felt like a fool. Here I am wearing a mask and sanitizing my hands 5 times a day and I have a teenager breathing on my food then putting a mask on and handing it to me. I just will not go back and will save a lot of money. The two young girls did keep their masks on the whole time. It was just the boy. I do not blame the teenager. He is young. I blame the manager of DQ. There was no one watching the kids during a pandemic . There needs to be signs if you see your food served without a mask on it's free! We got a DQ coupon book locally in Naples. So we went to this location to use the $1 off coupon on a Moo-latte. The manager rudely gave the coupon back to me and said "I do not take this coupon." I said, "are you sure?" Because it's a local coupon. She simply repeated that she didn't take it. No explanation. So, they would rather lose a customer than honor a $1 coupon.
