The hot honey is wonderful with the cold cuts, and I like the flavor of the pepper relish, but it overpowers the sandwich. My main complaint overall though was that for the cold sub, they didn't add enough veggies... just a sprinkle of lettuce and three strings of onion... :( read more

Just went in and ordered 4 large subs... turkey and provolone, Club sub, Italian, and roast beef. WOW!! Piled high with meat and cheese with plentiful toppings. Both meat and cheese sliced to order! The food is great! The store is small, but very clean. Prices are a bit high, but everything is fresh..we have loved everything we have tried. I want to give TEN stars to Davenson, a young man who was working at the East Naples store today. My husband left his wallet at Jersey Mike's...(we had no idea). A couple hours after we came home, our doorbell rang, and it was Davenson bringing the wallet! He doesn't know us, and had to google our address. I had never been to Jersey mikes but there was a free sub with t mobile so I ordered it and it was ready before pick up time, staff was friendly, parking right out front and the sub was actually really delicious especially the Parmesan bread was good and there was plenty of Turkey on the sandwich read more

The Jersey Mike's Location is new to the area. The Subs are all excellent. We love the Chicken Bacon Ranch. You can dine in to takeout . The location is clean and well kept. The food and the service is excellent. read more

The food was great and the cook was the friendliest guy I've seen in ages. He was happy to make the sub whichever way I wanted. One employee reprimanded me about ordering. The reason I had to order that way was because my order was not there on the previous trip. She only wanted to warn me about ordering in the future and kept saying she's not explaining herself right, when no explanation was needed. This was following her assumptions and we all know what making assumptions does. I wonder how she treats the police and first responders. I would love to return to this shop, but only if I am treated with respect. Idk if it's a Naples thing, the excessive heat over the last 2 years, hey, it is probably my aura. I'll take it. I'm a Jersey Mike's fan but this location had one critical flaw during my lunch visit. The person making the sandwiches was d-r-e-a-d-f-u-l-l-y slow. It was almost comical as if this were a Candid Camera skit. The lunch line formed quickly, with many customers waiting patiently, but this employee slowly and perfectly added each tomato slice and each onion slice. Otherwise, the dining area was clean and my regular sized turkey with swiss on wheat tasted great. I also noticed a small patio area. Overall, meh! read more

Came in at 8:35pm Monday night and placed an order for two subs with no mushrooms (due to allergies) and the guy said it would take 20-25 min due to the long wait. We let him know we would be back hit the market next door and be back in time. This spot closes at 9 so we made sure to be back right at 8:55. When we got there the door was locked and the guy said that he thought we weren't coming back so they quickly starting making the chicken philly.. we let the guy know again to please not put mushrooms as my husband is allergic. We get home and as he is eating the sub he notices huge pieces of mushroom in his sub. Enough said, he was pissed. Atmosphere (5 stars) they do a really great job of making sure this place is clean and neat! Everyone was doing their job and making sure this place was clean, I really enjoyed how clean it was here. Service (5 stars) we were greeted when we walked in and they paid attention to what we were ordering and no mistakes were made. Food (5 Stars) yes that's bread and all the ingredients were fresh. I ordered the Turkey and Provolone with Mayo, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, salt and pepper and oils and vinegar. I'm absolutely appalled. The only reason I gave it a star is because I'm forced to in order to leave a review. I sat there as the lazy workers started at me and sat around for a solid 2 minutes before taking my order. Finally they came to me and I ordered my usual "The Big Kauhuna." This is always a great sandwich (at any other location.) They made it decently quick and I sat down and started to enjoy it. A little cold but that's beside the point. On my 4th bite I chomped down, and experienced a texture I've never had before. A hard, cold, and sharp piece of metal was in my mouth. I spit the piece of metal out which was a whole bolt,followed by a chunk of my tooth. I started to spit blood. I was shocked. Tears ran down my face as my pristine front right tooth was ruined. Honestly, people made this place sound like a gold lol. The place was packed and absolutely no coordination between ordering, getting it either cooked or assembled and paying. I got the ticket and was told to go to the register and pay. I did and about 10 people that were still getting their sandwiches assembled, got their sandwiches and paid. I waited almost 20 mins to just pay. I was able to get my subs first and sat down and was still waiting to pay lol. When I got my food, I thought it was going to be so good and juicy. Unfortunately, there was more bread then anything else. Barely any filling of steak and vegetables. Yeah the cheese was a good amount, but I pretty much paid for cheese and bread lol. Might not come to this location. Maybe try the other locations, hopefully have a better experience. read more

This place might be the worst Jersey mikes I have ever been to...maybe even the worst sub shop. The young man may be the slowest moving person that I have ever seen with my eyes. It's like this kid was just given the gift of walking an hour prior and was still learning how to move. I ended up walking out after I waited for the man to put toppings on my sandwich for about 10 mins. So slow. If Jimmy Johns motto is "freaky fast" then this Jersey Mike's took the motto of "extremely slow". Waiting for this sandwich gave me flashbacks of waiting hours for my mom to pick me up from soccer practice. By the time this guy finishes making one sandwich the minimum wage will be $15 an hour. Very disappointed with the service as well as the food. Had plenty of help however the employees were more interested in relaying personal experiences to customers than on actually taking orders and making subs. When I finally got the ham and cheese sub and took it home to eat I found the bread stale and virtually uneatable. I took the meat and cheese out and put them into two pieces of bread. The meat and cheese were fresh and tasty. One last item. The regular sub is about 2/3 the size of a regular sub shop sandwich and costs more money. read more
