The customer service is beneath anything I've ever experienced at any other McDonalds. In fact I have never ever bothered leaving a review for McDonalds. However I came here 2x this week and I've had the pleasure of experiencing a very rude Haitian woman whom seems to be the manager by the color of her shirt. Race does not matter as I am an African American woman. However I knew to record any and every future encounter I have here cause it's unbelievable and needs to be documented. Nevertheless I am in the passenger seat and this video I am attaching is simply a glimpse of the customer service I experienced. NEXT TIME ILL JUST EAT FRUIT, Publix is in the same parking lot just go there. The Burger King is a pleasure, hell at least their workers are happy to be there, just go there!!!!! Ordered 20 chicken nuggets with hot mustard sauce and forgot to order my fish sandwich. When I got up to the window they would not add the fish. They said I had to "go around" the whole drive through again. Which I did. Then when I got home there was no hot mustard sauce and the fish was barely warm. Very bad customer service. read more

We're a family of four from Boston visiting Naples. Ofcourse we have been enjoying the areas best eateries and cravings, but the good old Golden Arches have naturally called our comfort zone in. THIS McDonald's location has been completely mind blowing as far as perfect customer service, perfectly tasting meals (we got 4 large meals, complete with hot fries and ZERO mistakes!) PLUS 4 desserts... We simply were filling our cups and turned around to our entire order bagged and presented, not missing as much as one sauce and ketchup packet. Got back to the grown kiddos and did not once forget to tell each other how good this McDonald's experience was. Legit. All four of us. Super impressed at your location, Kelly! Not only were we presented with hot, picture perfect value meals and a very loyal smile, the entire premises was clean and welcoming. Including the bathroom! Am very surprised this location has such a low rating on here. We are here on vacation from Ohio and have been to many McDonald's locations (ofcourse, having young kids). This is by far the cleanest McDonald's location we have been to in recent memory. True for the eating area and also for the bathrooms. Service was also pleasant, professional and timely. Our coffee and food was lukewarm. They were so loud we could clearly understand the entire conversation on whether or not the assistant manager was a good mother or not!!! This McDonalds is one of those fast food restaurants that your experience will change based on what shift is working. So since I frequent this Mac and Don's steak house, I'll break it into the four eating periods. Breakfast: For the most part, they're on top of their stuff with the exception of one person who doesnt know her hands from the french fries she serves. Lunch: Meh, much to be desired. Dinner: Meh, much to be desired. That glorious time between 10pm and 3am: No, you'll wait 15 minutes for a burger while the girls giggle and have straw fights... I've seen this happen. for the last 4 days I have purchased coffee at this McDonalds. The chain has a new flavor that is simply awesome, and I love the pepermint mocha. for three days in a row the top wouldn't stay on my coffee. my the third day I leaned my lesson after spilling coffee on myself. the first two days. on the 4th day ( this morning ) the lady handed me my coffee... and told me to check and make sure the top was secure. I tried to hand it back to her to ask her to fix it as maybe something was wrong. she put her hand up to jester she wouldn't take the cup back and said.. "I just need you to secure the top " once I did, she said " is the top on" I said yes. she said ok, have a good day. now, the more I thought about it... and as Obvious as it was the tops were not fitting the hot coffee cups... I relised that she was most likely speaking on the suggestion on management... who was clearly using faulty cups in a way to make sure they can still sell the holiday flavor in the special cups even if they were at risk of not working to a point of burning guests. pretty crappy if you ask me. read more

This is the last time I go to this location, I went through the drive through and i don't know if the girl was training or just didn't know what she was talking about but it look me about 3 minutes to actually move from the Togo window. The last time I went they forgot my second biscuit... I only had 2 biscuits. This time I just had to sit and wait for the girl to say anything really. When I got to the window there was a guy there, he didn't say good morning or anything. Just took my card and ran it. Good thing he charged the right food. Wow! Absolutely terrible. I placed my order at 10:58pm at the kiosk after waiting in line for 5 minutes and all the staff too busy socializing. I told someone at the counter that my receipt didn't print and they said "it'll be a minute" I said "not a problem" because I understood they were busy. Then at 11:20 pm, the lady behind the counter says "who ordered ice cream? We don't serve ice cream after 11" I told her I ordered ice cream and that no one mentioned that to me when I asked for my receipt and told them what I ordered. She gave me attitude and said it's like that everyday. She then proceeds to tell the next customer that the machine is "broken". Does it brake everyday at 11? Been long time so decided to see if the McD filet o fish sand was still good. AND IT IS. . In fact it beats Culvers hands down. Something new: they deliver your order to the table at this McD. Might have been the mgr delivering. She noticed I had no ketchup for my fries and offered to get me some. I said I'd get it but she insisted and brought some over to us. Nice touch. So I went in for a late night dinner around 2:50am. Was greeted with a short lady with the biggest frown on her face that said cash only. No explanation of why cash only. Just said it and waited for a response. So im really hungry and went across the st to the bank. Came back with cash in hand and waited at the resgister. Someone in the back yelled to a woman employee with a tatoo on her neck to take my order. She proceeded to cuss and say.. F***, s**t, "im trying to count my drawer".
