This culvers is a Problem. While most Culvers have great food. This store in particular will often short you on your order. I have been shorted many times. I pick up my food and when I get home, there are items missing. When I have reported it to their manager, she tells me i am mistaken and then proceeds to offer me a replacement for the least expensive Item. My lunch is ruined but she wants to protect Her profits. Please beware this location and their unscrupulous conduct. read more

This is the first time I've ever eaten one of their butter burgers. It was very good, everything on it was fresh and extremely tasty. The fries were hot and very good. The restaurant itself is very clean. Well organized with two employees cleaning tables as soon as someone leaves, they wipe them down spray the seats and make sure everything is nice and clean for the next guest. Temperature was very comfortable and one of the things that I like is when a restaurant has ketchup in bulk and you don't have to open up 10 little packets. Over the year, I've enjoyed multiple times there cod fish meal, butter burgers deluxe meal, there custard or shakes. Besides their chicken fingers meals. There Onion rings are my favorite side. The Texas Toast meals are good too. Also have gone through the drive through. When it's really busy. I find it better to just go inside. For take out. Dinner time can be busy on certain nights. So it's hit and miss, Plan wisely. A well run fast food joint and there staff is good. read more

This was our 2nd time visiting a Culver's. The food here is delicious. There are so many food options and a long list of ice cream flavors. The young lady who brought our meal to our table was nice, always smiling. There's plenty of seating. This is another restaurant that I wish we had in the Western New York area. The main thing that always brings me back is their consistency. When they make mistakes, which they have before, they were giving coupons to apologize! The 7$ butter burger cheese kids meal is the definition of a perfect deal. You get a burger, fries, drink, and a ice cream all for 7$? The sit down experience is also great. I went into Culvers a couple days ago and ordered a Culver's deluxe meal. The food was amazing! There was an incident where I went to order food. There was a man called schneider , he told a young lady and I quote " If you don't take out this food out im going to grab your a$$". She did not seem very comfortable in that situation. Seemed as if it was not his first time saying any of these things. They have tried to remove my comment on Google reviews ! This has to be known. Just Ordered there, came for some ice cream after dinner and some pretzel bites. Took 30 minutes to get our food so we went around to the window again to be told they dony have pretzel bites and we'll get a refund because we can't get something different. The service leaves a lot to be desired. They spilled a drink on us, didn't apologize or even offer napkins, we had to ask for them. They messed up the order twice, again, no apologies. The driver for one did not speak any English so communication was NONE. I have heard that this place was very good but not for me. I ordered a single butter burger. When it was delivered to me, I opened it up to put ketchup on and noticed a chunk of meat missing off the patty. I showed it to an employee, but nothing was ever done to fix it. All I got was, "sorry". Didn't even offer to replace it. This should never have been given out that way. read more

As I sit here at 3:00am with painful explosive diarrhea, I am left wondering if you guys put fucking pork in your "beef" hamburgers. Either that or someone that works there is just a nasty bastard. Next time Dad asks if I want Culver's, the answer will most certainly be no. Wash your hands when handle food and/or don't put pork in something you call "beef." Every single time we visit Marco( 2x a year), we make multiple trips to Naples to have Culver's. My wife is from WI and this is a taste of home to her. Employees are nice and the flavors and taste of the custard is always great. This last time I tried a flavor I didnt care for, but that is personal preference. My wife always orders a caramel cashew sundae. She noticed this time there was much less caramel and cashews than before. Also, on a visit, we waited 15 minutes for a dish of custard. We went to the drive thru to get some ice cream. Despite the misspelled signage outside advertising the flavor of the day as Turlte Dove I decided to try it. I got it as a sundae wth hot fudge which was disappointing. The fudge tasted funny to me. You order at the window and then they bring it out. Word of advice... don't get a cone. My friend ordered one and it was a dropping mess when they brought it out. All in all the ice cream did not impress me. I'd rather hit up Carvel or DQ. read more

Some of the best fast food that I have had. The chicken tenders are terrific. French fries are the old fashioned crinkle cut fries. Ice cream is wonderful. The restaurant is clean. we went thru the drive thru on 41 in east Naples tonight and my wife Noticed before we left they didn't give us our French Fries so she went inside and they gave her the French Fries. So we went to the park to eat. When I opened my Fish dinner they left off the Coleslaw and butter and no silverware. I was so frustrated after we ate I went back and asked to speak to the manager. All he said is can I get you some Coleslaw and that he was sorry. I told him that they need to make sure they pack everything in the bag before it leaves. I went on Saturday march 2nd and it was a great experience. I got the kids meal because it was very cheap but it came with a single butter burger and a side of fries but I got onion rings and a free drink. The food was very good and I thought that the burger was great and almost kind of crispy. The onion rings were also great and along with all that food I got a free scoop of ice cream as well and for 9 bucks that is a lot of food and was worth it. The bathrooms were also very clean and nice. But what made it great was the workers asked us every once in a while if we needed anything which made it an even better experience. read more

I went to Culver's on the 29th of February 2024 at around 2:30pm. I really liked the place the food and service was amazing the service was fast and efficient the workers were super friendly and the food was really good. The reason I remove 1 star is because there was no ice and for the time that I went the place wasn't full or anything the other reason was that with them being so fast to take out the order which don't get me wrong I appreciate and like it being fast and efficient but it also affects the presentation of the food when it comes out so I was a little disappointed when the burger was falling apart and had to put it together. But other than that I really liked the place the ambiance was nice it was clean and the food is great I do recommend the place if you are looking for some good burgers at good prices. read more

Great fast food restaurant on 41 in East naples. All the employees are extremely nice and there are a lot of employees which is rare today. Veggie burger with cheese was awesome. Pretzel bites with cheese are the best around even better than most sit down more expensive restaurants. Cheese curds are very good. The custard is fantastic. I love the mint with Andes candies. Two words....CHEESE CURDS! As a girl from Wisconsin living in Florida I was so happy when they started building these here. I seriously waited like 15 minutes after paying in the drive thru for one order of chicken tenders. Right after I got a car wash next door the Culver guy puts a sticker with my order number on my mirror. What a joke of a place. I sat with 6 other cars waiting for 15 minutes. This is NOT fast food on a Sunday at 4pm. I waited five minutes after writing this review, and decided to walk in there and there was my order on the table getting cold. Bringing it down a notch! On todays visit this crew did not seem to have it all together. The young lady who took my order, did not make eye contact, the mustard seemed watered down and to top it off the chicken sandwich was so hot it burned my tongue! Did they cook it in the fire pits of HELL? Food should be served hot but not so hot it burns your mouth. At least warn your patrons that the devil himself cooked it. Poor service. This location has a reputation for slow and inefficient service. Multiple occasions of missing food in an order or extremely slow service. I waited 16 minutes, saw everyone else getting their food so... I literally just left without my food, I was so angry I just drove away. There are better fast food choices here in Naples. read more
