Culver's is a place to stop when you're hungry and need something on the go. This restaurant is fairly easy to access off of busy Immokalee and they have good food and prices. Hubs got the grilled chicken sandwich which is one of his favorites, while I went with the Strawberry Fields Salad, it came with a generous amount of strawberries and pecans. In addition to their salads, there is a variety of sandwiches like the ButterBurger and chicken, along with Butterfly Jumbo Shrimp and North Atlantic Cod. The frozen custard is a treat, especially for summer in South Florida. After placing the order we had to park, but the order came out quickly and we were on the way. Culver's is a little different from the usual fast food places, they offer fresh ingredients and the meals are cooked to order. The Culver's sign is a little retro, it reminds me of a diner. I tried Culver's once before, didn't think much of it at the time. A new location opened up and thought I would try it again. I also found out you can customize the burger a fair bit if you use the app. I ordered the bacon deluxe, made it a triple, removed the pickles and raw onions, added mayo, ketchup, mustard and grilled onions. I am a big Culver's fan, and have visited dozens of locations around the country. Most items at Culver's, including the burgers, are consistent from location to location. The quality of the Pot Road sandwhich varies widely between stores, and when I used to live in Estero I would drive past one Culver's to get to one father away were the sandwich was consistently better. I have been to this location many times, and find the pot roast sandwich average. It's not the best, but also not the worst. That is, until today. I should never have been served what I received today. I can't believe this dry and burnt sandwich even made it's way outside the kitchen. It was a terrible. I am hoping this was a one time oversight. That said, the food is usually good here, and the staff always friendly and helpful. And I won a free scoop of ice cream so that's a plus. read more

I love Culver's. It'll always be my number 1 fast food burger and fries. Always, this location was good, but it wasn't as good as other locations I've been to previously. I'm not from the area so I don't know if this location was new or not, but the drive thru was BUSY which made me think that maybe it was a recently added restaurant. Because of this, I decided to go inside. The great thing about Culver's is the staff. Everyone I've ever encountered at one treats you with respect and is beyond friendly and that was no exception. I placed my order- bacon cheeseburger, side of fries, and of course cheese curds. Because of COVID they give you a disposal number to use instead of a number card. I walked over to get ketchup for the fries- two of the containers were empty. My feet were sticking to the floor from what I hope was spilled soda. And the counter was just sort of a mess. The dining area was clean so I found my table and waited for my meal. The food took only a few minutes and I devoured it. If you've never had a burger from here you must. Those butter buns are to die for, and with all the butter on them, you just might but it's worth it. The fries are the perfect crinkle cut with a great crispiness to them. The burger is to delicious. Still giving 4 stars because this place is always great. This one was a little dirtier than normal but still a good experience. read more

I politely told the girl they gave me the wrong order, and she didn't even say anything, walked away, then finally came back and shoved my new order in my face basically without even saying a word with a mean look on her face even after I said thank you. Wish I got her name but oh my gosh she was rude. Worst Culver's ever! And they messed up my order 3 times now out of the past 3 times and it takes more than twice as long as any other Culver's I've been to get my food!! Do better!!! read more

Yes I understand they are a fast food restaurant, but this review is written knowing that it is a fast food restaurant. The ladies and gentlemen behind the counter are always eager to help me out when I want to have a high protein and low-carb diet . They have a great way of putting together an actual meal for all side dishes . I go in and I order a grilled chicken breast , and two sides of steamed broccoli and some type of potato for that day. Not only do they make all of the dishes for me, but they put them together and make them together as a meal in one takeout container so I don't have to sit there with all these separate contain . It legit comes out as a meal. Thank you so much for always being there to help me through the order process , and if a younger or newer employee does not know what to do the manager always steps up and makes it right. It's always very clean inside which is a huge for me !!! Still love this place for fast food. Burgers are great and love the cod. Their cod is better than some fish restaurants I tried. I recently went to Culver's to get ice cream and I thought I would share my experience. When I arrived they admittedly asked if I was ready to order. Which is nice but at the same time it is to soon, I didn't have enough time to look at the menus. The ordering system is honestly on of the best I've experience, the number system is smart and easy for everyone. Also the workers are very kind but there was a lot of conversations that shouldn't be a on the clock conversations and there was just a bunch of standing around while listening to the conversation. But moving onto the ice cream it was great! Other than there being more ice cream on the cup than inside of it. Do wish I got a picture of it but I couldn't even pick up my phone due to the amount of ice cream on it. Other than those few thing I would say my experience was great. This location was our first experience with Culver's but we are loyal fans now! It's walking distance to my house, so of course that makes us a little more biased, but we're never disappointed. The place is clean and welcoming and the food is consistently good. The service is always friendly and accommodating to my 4 year old who insists on paying :) They hang up the kids' coloring pages and the manager was super sweet and took the time to compliment my kids' artwork - they were so proud and it meant a lot to them. My son would eat Culver's for every meal if we'd let him, but we've compromised at every Friday. It's our little tradition since he started kindergarten, and we all look forward to it. This location is brand new. There is a lot of parking space and lots of seating in doors. If you've never been here I suggest you look at the menu online before coming because the menu here is extensive. They feature burgers, sandwiches, dinners, chicken tenders, salads and a plethora of dessert items. My food was good. The cod tasted fresh! The green beans didn't taste all that good and were practically raw. The coleslaw was very tasty. My husband loved his burger! As soon as you walk in the bathrooms are to your left. There are 4 cashiers and their HUGE menu upfront. Off to the side you can find the soda machines, napkins, and ketchup with to go containers. They do not have utensils easily accessible, you have to ask them for it as they are behind the counters. They have bibs for smaller children and high chairs galore! They also have attendants walking by asking if you need anything and even pick up your plates. Overall, this is a nice place I will definitely come back with my family. read more

I'm a drive-thru regular here and I always order a single butter burger with cheese, no pickles. Large:fries, coke. Done. I love it, my stomach and body do not. Friendly Service with an extra drive thru step...order, pay, then park with a sticker and wait for a high energy high-schooler to deliver your bag of food to the window. Well now I have to tip. First of all, I absolutely LOVE the coupons Culvers sends out in the mail! Tonight I used a bogo free concrete mixer coupon for my husband and I. We love their ice cream! It is so creamy and delicious, and the fact that you can be a kid again and pick out all the candies you want in your ice cream is the BEST part!!! Their restaurant is always clean when I go in there. Floors are clean, booths are clean, bathrooms are clean. Their staff is patient and kind. They allow you to choose what you want and answer any questions you may have. My favorite part is when they say "have a great night and enjoy your ice cream!!" My first & probably last time here. I love that they decorated for Christmas-- it made it feel very cozy inside! They have a lot to chose from on the menu but I ended up with a single burger and fries. I also got a chocolate mixer with brownie pieces. The burger was better than expected but my fries were cold. What a disappointing chain and visit. I would off er the food as two stars max and service was just as mixed. We will not likely revisit this restaurant or chain in future. The food: The Butter Burger was around four bucks and looked like a McD cheeseburger with a better bun. It was extremely greasy and the fresh pickles and lettuce were perhaps the only benefit. A child got the tender meal (8 bucks) and they looked like fish planks. The batter was ok, but had no flavor nor seasoning. He ordered Buffalo and they were not served as requested. They gave us some hot sauce packets. The ice cream shake and cone were good and best this chain appears to offer. The chese curds were acceptable and not very greasy, but came with no sauce for dipping. Service: Our cashier must have had some hearing issues. My burger was supposed to be a basket yet sold alone. The chicken tenders were requested as Buffalo and delivered plain. While they deliver the food to you directly, it feels out of place for fast food. The young ladies cleaning the lobby and seating areas had it together and were very polite. The meal was over 25 bucks for fast food with only two main entrees. The menu is overwhelming however with things like Ruebens along with typical fast food sandwiches. It just wasn't at all that special, and mistakes were not worth challenging. Cheeseburger was very crispy and dry. Not the usual burger that I'm used to getting. Must have been an off day for the cook.

The custard creations are excellent and worth 5 stars. Get it mixed however you like. They have pints as well in many different flavors. I also had a cheeseburger snack combo which was very economical at less than $6. While the cheeseburger and fries were good I like five guys burgers better.
