I am writing to express how deeply disappointed I am with the treatment my family and I received today at your restaurant. I frequently place online orders through the McDonald's app, and this is the first time part of my order was missing. While mistakes can happen, what truly upset me was the way I was treated when I returned to the restaurant. After we had already driven away, we realized that our order was missing two Coca-Colas and one hamburger. Since we had only been gone for about five minutes, we drove back. I politely explained to the employee that perhaps my order was still there or that the missing items may have accidentally been given to another customer. Instead of trying to help, she responded very rudely, insisting that she had given me everything. I calmly explained that mistakes happen and that perhaps the items had been handed to someone else by accident. However, she continued insisting in a disrespectful manner that she had given me the complete order, making me feel as though she believed I was lying just to get free food. At that point, the manager came over. I explained that I was more upset about the employee's attitude than about the missing food because I had never been angry about the mistake itself. To my surprise, the manager was even ruder than the employee. She immediately said, "If she told you she gave it to you, then she did." I honestly could not believe what I was hearing. After so many years of being a loyal McDonald's customer, I have never been treated with such disrespect. They made me feel as though I was trying to steal two soft drinks and one hamburger. It was humiliating to be treated like a liar in front of other customers when there was absolutely no reason for me to drive back just to ask for a small portion of an order that I had already paid for. I was there with my children and my nephews, and it was incredibly upsetting to experience something like this in front of them. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially when approaching the situation politely and respectfully. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald's restaurant. The manager's name is Kelly, and I have attached a photo of her as well as the employee who initially treated me so disrespectfully. I hope this complaint is taken seriously. While I understand that order mistakes happen, there is no excuse for treating loyal customers as if they are dishonest. I would appreciate knowing what actions will be taken regarding this incident to ensure that no other customer has to experience such humiliating treatment. Absolutely freaking horrible. Service was the slowest I've ever seen in my life. Mobile order was placed, they "didn't have it" waited on line for more than 1/2 hour!!! Only to be told they don't have some of then items so they couldn't put the order together and we would have to go back through the drive through. Placed the order at 1:20 and didn't get to place order until 2:30. Workers standing there having conversations instead of dealing with customers...insane. Wish I could give negative stars. Was on a 3 hour road trip to the Tampa area. Stopped to get some food and it took 10 minutes to get our food, and when we got it, it was abysmal. The fries had ZERO salt and were either overcooked or undercooked. The restaurant itself was dirty and there was a poop stain on the SIDE of the toilet and there was only 1 urinal, 1 stall, and 1 sink. If I could rate it lower, I would. Non English speaking dude that had no clue what we were saying, made up a number to charge us because he couldn't figure it out and witnessed him sticking his finger in our coffee to see if it was hot since it was apparently his first time making a cup of coffee. It is quite literally pointless to even come to this McDonald's. I work close by, so I've stopped more than once to get some food. It's usually between 7 PM and 8 AM. It doesn't matter at what time I stop by, though. Their frappe machine is never working. The staff is SUPER rude. I was at the drive through sitting there for like 10 minutes and was greeted with a "it's breakfast only" and I said oh okay give me a second so I can look up the menu (because the screen on the drive through still showed regular food) it took me 1 minutes to find what I wanted and they took another 5 minutes to tell me again "it's breakfast only" And of course, when I ordered, THE FRAPPE MACHINE WASNT WORKING. Like I said, I've stopped here a few times, probably 4 or 5, and NEVER bought anything because the frappe machine is NEVER WORKING. Lazy staff in my opinion. Don't waste your time people. read more

This McDonalds has the distinction of serving me the worst fish filet sandwich of my life and at 68 I have had lots of McDonalds food in my life. I was traveling south on I75 when prior to going across Alligator Alley we decided to get some food. As my wife loves the fries we went through the drive through. Let me explain the worst fish filet sandwich in detail. The bun normally soft from steaming was stale. The cheese was not melted, as it stood out straight from the bun. Not melted as one would expect and so the filet itself would not pass an inspection (health) as it was barely warm, hence the reason for the cheese not being melted. Three components and each one was flawed. Well maybe the cheese wasn't flawed it was just not melted. On a 1-10 scale in all fish filet sandwiches I have eaten and this was the worst I give it 1 star. The next time I am in the area I would rather wait till I get to the Ft Lauderdale area than to stop here. read more

I attempted to order a ice tea and small Carmel frappe, due to the fact that no one could understand me it took almost 10 mins to place my order repeating over and over what I wanted. I speak very clear English, the problem that no one that was available to help could speak English. I'm all for equal opportunity, but maybe it would be better to have someone at the counter that can speak the country language. Took my son and daughter in to eat and use the bathroom and the eating area was ok cleaned but these bathrooms was disgusting. I told the manager and he sent a lady in to clean it and she looked so pissed she had to clean it but that's her job and if she would keep up with it every 30 it wouldn't get like that. read more

I've been to numerous McDonalds from one end of the country to the other, and this one is arguably the most pitiful and pathetic that I've ever to. First of all, nobody behind the counter wants to actually talk to anybody anymore. Secondly, if you ever have the unmitigated gaul to ask for more syrup for your pancakes, you just get a scrunchy look returned to you from the nearest employee, something like a cross between PMS and demonic possession. I went to this particular McDonalds soley for purposes of convenience @ the time. I think @ this point I'd rather endure the hunger pains and low blood sugar than ever go back there again. I've only ever seen one McDonalds ever get shut down, and that was because there was a shooting incident in it (Saginaw MI). This would be a great place for shutdown number 2 !! read more

I came late at night hoping on the off chance I could get a couple shakes. Fully aware the shake machine is usually down.. I decided to roll the dice anyway. Long story short, I was denied service- despite this being a 24hr location. I arrived at the drive thru and was greeted with "we closed sir". I mentioned that this is a 24hr location, and that I've come here many times before around the current time and received service. The lady just continued to say "we closed sir, we closed sir" over and over again. Fair enough, although her statement reeked of bull spit. But when I rolled passed the drive thru ordering area, and witnessed two people paying for and receiving their orders- I got pretty understandably peeved. I even went back to the ordering area and asked why I couldn't order, but they could? The only discernible difference between myself and the two other people that were able to order was my ethnicity.(!) "I can see the other two people that you allowed to order are currently receiving their food, why can't I place my simple order, this is a 24hr location, what gives?" I have been to a lot of mc Donald's and this one was by far the worst. Here are some reasons why First they ran out of straws! I mean come on. There were six people in my party so 4 of us had to sip our drinks without a cap! Second they're food didn't taste anything like it does at other McDonald's. I always get the same thing, a plain mc chicken and a medium fry. I don't even know what they did to it. I don't know if they didn't cook it out what!
