Five Guys is worth a visit. The burger it self is well seasoned and you can it with just about anything you want on it. The fries are exceptionally good. They are cut and cooked on site. When you order them. They put a serving in a cup, then they throw a huge scoop of fries in the bag. The chocolate malts are little above average. I love the food here. Especially the fries. They are as good or better than any you will ever eat! This business could get 5 Stars by fixing a few minor things. TIP - If you dine in order online before you arrive otherwise be prepared to wait. It seems that online orders take precedence when it comes to meal preparation. TIP - If you have the food delivered to you, skip the lettuce. By the time your burger arrives the lettuce will have wilted from the heat of the burger. Delivery is usually right on time. read more

Two soggy burgers, and buns that fell apart immediately and a handful of french fries that ran $6. Taste wise, I'll add an extra star... I went in and asked for a hotdog and was asked what I'd like on it (I said everything) ... and then to be told," oh, we don't have any hotdog buns..."??? That's the kind of information you'd like to get upfront. The wait to get the burgers was about 10 minutes, a bit long by my standards. With burger prices around $10 each and fries around five this falls out of the fast food category and into the higher end date night category. Pretty good burgers, everything is cooked in peanut oil so if you have a peanut allergy stay away from this place. Burgers are very big, and you get all you can eat peanuts. The fries are really good, also cooked in peanut oil but salted perfectly. Staff is very friendly. read more

I ordered my food well ahead of time online purposely so I wouldn't have to wait. Arrived to find employees that really didn't seem to care about much and ended up getting my order 15 minutes late. I tried them a few years ago and they failed me and then I tried them again a few weeks ago and still had problems. Today I tried them since their location was close by to where I was doing business, but never again. Is the food good? It's pretty good, the fries are greasy but the burgers are OK. Burgers are usually good at Five Guys but I wasn't impressed at this location. A lot of employees hanging around gossiping and drinking soda. I had to remind them about my milkshake, then ask for an additional paper bag because my fries soaked through the bottom as I waited. Now I'm asking for a drink tray for my soda and shake and by now I feel like a pest. Floor had drip spots from employee filling soda and walking away while talking. I don't like the fries because they are too greasy, but that's because they are hand cut fries and no matter where you go hand cut fries are always greasy. This is hands down one of the worst five guys I've ever been to. The food is great. Absolutely no issue there. The problem is the speed of the service. Literally six people on the closing crew. One checking the register waiting for customers, one folding a trash bag over and over in the back, only one manning the stove, one seasoning fries for the 6,252nd time, another putting fries in racks ready to fry even though there are plenty already cooked, one sitting in the corner texting obviously on break. It took 18 min to make two hot dogs and fries. That's insane. At 8:57PM. We were literally the only ones there and as soon as we ordered they began cooking all the call ins and once they finished they started on ours. I'm actually shocked no one else hopped on the stove to help. The owner needs to retrain everyone, cross train, and reduce amount of time people are standing with a thumb up their ass because with six people, this food should be out in 3-5 min.
