We usually go to the Logan location, but decided to switch it up since we were craving burgers. Got there about 45 minutes before closing and the place was still busy.Cool decor and solid menu. We were seated right away. I had the Smash Burger with chips, and the chips were very good. Crispy and fresh, a great match with the burger. My wife got the grilled chicken with salad and fries, and my son had the tenders. Everything came out fast, and correct. Service was friendly, prompt and welcoming, which we appreciated. Prices are pretty standard for Naples. The place is bigger than expected, and I noticed the self-service beer wall, which looks like a fun option. Pretty good burger! Huge menu. All different types (glazed donut burger included!) or you can customize your own. We both had smash burgers. One with mushrooms. One with lettuce and onions. Good sized portion. Onion rings were very good. Server was very friendly and attentive. They have a self service draft beer area which we thought was a cool concept even though we didn't partake. Sorta strange ambiance but the food is good we started with a milkshake which had real peanut butter in it. Nice touch. We order a Todd's burger a fig and goat burger and the parm Cajun fries and sweet potato waffle fries. I also had an ace pineapple cider. The burger was a bit u see cooked but flavor was on point. I would give zero stars if I could. I came to this restaurant and made it very clear that I do not eat pork due to my religious beliefs. I specifically told the waitress no bacon on my burger. She still brought it out with bacon. I told her again that I can't eat it and asked for a new burger -- not one with bacon just taken off. She brought out what looked like a new burger, but after eating half of it, I started smelling bacon. That's when I realized they likely just removed the bacon and re-served the same burger. That is unacceptable, disrespectful, and disgusting. I told the manager, who apologized, but frankly -- this shouldn't have happened at all. When someone tells you it's a religious dietary restriction, you don't ignore it. This isn't just a mistake -- it's a violation of trust, and it made me feel sick and disrespected. If you have any dietary restrictions, religious or otherwise, I strongly urge you to think twice before eating here. This was my first visit to Brooks Burgers, although some friends have been here and rave about their burgers. I was in the mode for an Italian Beef (French Dip), and was going to the cinema next door which made this the perfect place for a quick meal. The server was friendly and helpful. The French Dip was, okay. It wasn't terrible but was not amazing either. I was surprised they did not have any mozzarella, but provolone will do (for an extra fee, reasonable at .75). I did not like the fries much, but don't take this as a big negative as I am not a big French Fry eater, and when I do they tend to be more natural cut (like Five Guys). I can't speak to the attentiveness of the waitress as I ordered a water and my French Dip, ate and was on my way in 20 minutes without needing anything else. I would have rated this place a solid four-star review, until the checkout process. They don't offer the QR code checkout which is my preference, but instead use the Toast system where they hand you a device and you pay at your table. My issue, is the default tip settings. The first choice is a 25% tip, or they offer 22% and 18%. You can opt out of this by choosing a custom tip (which I did), or even say no tip. I am all for tipping hard working staff, but I also sick of restaurants defaulting to 20-25%. There is nothing wrong with 15% Tip for average service, or even 18% which is typically what I offer. For this reason my review goes down to three stars. read more

Server didn't introduce herself, not even a good afternoon, no how are you, no nothing. Good old fashioned diner with our favorite Impossible Burgers. Fries had that coating and were crispy but strangely no taste. Waitress claimed it was Gluten free except for the oil fried and surprisingly I did not get sick, she was right. Not cheap but many selections and close location for us. They support teachers by giving us a free burger, thank you. I would return, even if burgers are around $15 Btw they do have gluten free buns as well, at extra cost. Great place to grab a burger before a movie at the Paragon Pavillon. It can get busy. The service is quick but you do not feel rushed. I'll start off by saying we went on a Saturday night around 6:30pm and it was packed! We were able to go in and sit down with little wait but it was very crammed pack so you needed to keep your elbows in or you'd get bumped into. Our waiter, I'm sure was busy BUT was not as attentive as he could've been. We had to continue asking for refills and when we were done, we had to remind him a few times to get us a to go box. The cheese curds with crunchy pepperoni slices, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! They serve that with their homemade ketchup, which is very yummy! The grilled cheese sandwiches were alright, it's a grilled cheese so not much you can mess up! I was supposed to get sweet potato fries with my grilled cheese and ended up with french fries. I told the waiter to just take the added charge (+$2 extra for sweet potato fries) he said okay and 2 mins later, brought sweet potato fries to the table. We ended up still being charged after I told him I no longer want them. I've been here many times and will continue to come back but maybe on a better day/time. read more

During our stay in Naples we indulged at the Ritz Carlton. After the third day there, we were craving a really good burger and did a quick Yelp search and found Brooks Burgers. I mean one can only eat so much fine dining before comfort food cravings set in. You know I'm right. It was a really quick drive from our hotel and was located in a strip plaza just up the road. I read the reviews before we went and thought "How'd we get so lucky to find a real top rated diner right in the middle of all of the upscale beach hotels?" Even our valet confirmed that Brooks was a good choice. The restaurant had a fun automotive theme and was packed! We were lucky to grab the last booth and Marie, the manager, was prompt with her service. We started with the stuffed onion rings. The jalapeño added a serious kick and they were perfectly crunchy! I ordered the Korean Burger with Duck bacon and Asian slaw, hubby ordered the Cheeseburger Todd's Way (topped with a fried egg). We rolled ourselves out to our car feeling stuffed to the gills. A pit crew to shuttle us back to our hotel would have been nice. Had we saved room for a shake it would have been the cherry on top of an outstanding visit. The food was inexpensive but worth so much more! The WIDE variety of burger options will always yield a new dish to try. They had me at Duck Bacon!!! Service was fast, especially given the crowd. Cute little burger and dog joint in Naples. The inside was awesome and there were a lot of different car parts and memorabilia type items. I really loved the stop light they had inside on the wall! The menu is extensive and it seems that they have a lot of options to please many different people. They also have a guide to help you order the cooking style of your burger which is convenient! On today's visit I ordered a western burger and my husband had the twice baked. We decided to try the Fries and the onion rings and both were good. As we were waiting for our food, someone ordered a huge hot dog so we wanted to try that as well along with the baked beans! Our burgers were both delicious! They are a bit small but certainly satisfying. The hot dog was specifically ordered plain but it was underwhelming. There was too much roll/bun for the size of it. We were in Naples on vacation, and decided we wanted burgers for dinner. The reviews for this location looked great, so we decided to give it a try. It's located in a strip center, but pretty easy to find. The inside dining room is filled with car memorabilia, license plates, photos, trophies, etc. Lots of great options for burgers, and all were delicious. We tried the stuffed onion ring appetizer, and you buy it one onion ring at a time. The onion ring is fried on a grill with like a cheese base with a large scoop of herbed cream cheese with jalapeños and green onions scooped into the center. As a whole I liked it, it was nice and spicy, but for me it was way too much cream cheese. But once I scooped some of it off it was awesome. Staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean.
