The breakfast we had here was really good! The portions were large. We had an omelet, oatmeal, a corn muffin, toast, and bagel. The service was very friendly. Coffees were tasty, and they had plenty of seasonal lattes. It's fast casual as you order at the counter, and they bring it out to you. It seemed like they had a large amount of to-go orders as well. This little coffee shop is full of surprises! Great breakfast for one! We came on a Sunday after another local spot turned us away with a 45 minute wait. Despite the smaller indoor space, Sunburst sat us right away and we were amazed at how fast our food came out. Pancakes, bacon eggs were all very tasty and well made and my wife loved her bacon avocado omelet. Their specialty is house-made muffins and scones - and while I normally prefer some crispy edges on a muffin top, the soft and sticky blueberry muffin was a nice treat. Update on my review from yesterday. The chai latte remained awesome. The chicken salad was AMAZING. I love that they included both grapes and celery. The chicken was super juicy and the mayonnaise was just right. The bread was thick and fresh also. Tried a cinnamon roll, which they heated up for me. Found this gem and everything was so good! You walk in and order up front and then they bring the food to your table. The inside is coffee themed so of course I had to order coffee. My boyfriend got the white cow which is half vanilla half chocolate express I and milk I got the cafe mocha. They are a cute friendly place for a good basic breakfast! The staff is friendly and prompt! It is a bit of a mix of service and do it yourself but not in a bad way! I just get basic waffle and eggs. They have a variety of coffees which is always a plus for me but if any dings the coffee tastes the same and is a little too saccharine and I'm a sweet tooth. But I like the place! read more

This was our last day in Florida before we head back north, and this place had good reviews and was just around the corner from our home we rented for vacation. This place had patio seating and the inside was cozy . When you get in, you grab yourself a seat wherever you would like and grab yourself a menu from the counter in the back. They have a good menu in terms of something for everyone. Order at the counter and the lady will bring it to the table. Make sure to grab your utensils right across from where u ordered before you sit back down. We got short stack pancakes, santa fe omelet, chicken crepe and french toast. Orange juice to drink. The pancakes were good size, and they were fluffy and a bit of crisp which was pleasant. The french toast looked good, not soggy or greasy. The santa fe scramble was huge! Looks like 3 eggs at least with veggies mixed in. The crepe was different, and super filling. The only thing I would suggest to the business is maybe do half portions? Like one crepe for half order instead of 2? We ended up being overly stuffed and could not take it with us as we were leaving andnit would not travel well. read more

We stopped in for breakfast. It looked like a cute diner with a lot of coffee themed decor. We stood in line to place our order at the counter. The counter area was fairly crowded. In addition to the customers in line, there were food servers rushing food out and squeezing by everyone. The cashier was taking in-person orders, filling drinks, and taking phone orders - whew! Kudos to that guy! Very, very busy. We ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs and potatoes. The eggs and potatoes were good (fresh), but we were disappointed with the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits weren't fresh (they tasted like pre-made or pre-frozen ones) and the gravy tasted liked Libby's canned gravy. Getting refills on drinks was another wait in the line, as the only drink station was behind the counter. Might try them again sometime. read more

Ok everyone, I'm so sorry but I have to be honest. Sunburst Cafè is a lovely place. The atmosphere is great and the coffee is magnificent. The omlet was decent. It seemed overcooked and the egg wasn't moist at all. When I cut it with a fork, it slid through BUT it there was no shine to the egg in the inside. The filling, though was great and I loved the mix of bacon an cheese. The avocado toast was good and it felt like the amount of avocado was well portioned. The potato's were dry. They were definitely overcooked. The toast barely was buttered but I really can't complain. It's toast haha. Overall, the busyness was huge, even during this Corona Virus outbreak. I'm sure the cooks were stressed and I don't expect perfection. Will we come here again? Of course. The food was ok over all. I really hate to complain about our experience here. We know some of our friends that really love this place but they agreed, sometimes, the foods not that great. read more
