If I could give them a zero star I would. I placed an order with door dash, and after about an hour I get a message from my dasher saying that they don't have my order at McDonald's because someone else took it. You'd think they'd make another one to give to my dasher to replace the meal that was taken but nope. They basically told my dasher to leave and told me to cancel my order on door dash which would've led to me losing half of the order cost due to the dasher already being there to pick up the order. I decided to take it into my own hands and go get my food myself which they still charged me full price for even after explaining the situation. Clearly some people in the service industry don't have common sense when it comes to making their customers happy, but then again they're setting for a minimum wage job at McDonald's what can I expect. read more

Typically go to this mcdonald's everyday before work. I placed an order on the mobile app for a breakfast sandwich and purchased the sandwich on the app at 10:24. Mcdonald's accepted the order and when I went through the drive through at 10:33, they had me wait for 15 minutes at another window only to tell me they stop making breakfast at 10:30. I informed them that I already paid but they refused to give me food or anything for my wait. So now I wasted $5 and a drive to McDonald's... will not be revisiting this location. read more

On a Sunday, it wasn't busy at noon and I figured out why. You ain't gettin' no service and the food is mediocre, that's why. There were no workers in sight for the most part. You're forced to use the e-menu to order since nobody staffs the counter. You pick up the corresponding number for your table, and it says they'll bring it to you. Right? Wrong. We waited for a long time, never heard anybody call our number, nada. Finally my husband went up to the counter and found the bag sitting there with our cooling order. No cups despite paying for drinks. He called out several times before somebody came from the back; the worker had no idea why he was being asked for cups, and I think he was a non-English speaker. There was no way to get a receipt (and none on the bag) showing the total, but finally he was given the cups. Nobody was ever observed cleaning tables while we were there. What's up with the fries these days? Short little stubs of warm fries looked like what might be in the bottom of the fry basket after an order was served. Not going back. read more

Getting a bit frustrated with their negligent hours. They like to close early by around 30 minutes to an hour. Just tried to go tonight (Saturday) at 12:30, but they were dark. Had to settle for the hellish experience of Green Hills Wendy's instead. Packer hates that Wendy's. When they are open though, they tend to be great for overall McDonald's service. Good efficiency, with the occasional longer wait, kind employees, and the new building rocks! Just please stick to your posted hours! 2 months later - time for Packer review no. 2. Experiences have deteriorated. Service (when open) has got worse. Long as hell drive through lines (when only 4 people there) and super disappointing Don's quality food. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. And my worst enemy are Bengals fans, and the worker here is literally a bengals fan, but I still don't recommend even if I were a bengals fan. The most disturbing thing happened today. WARNING this is horrific. I witnessed the manager drop food on the floor pick it up and put it in a bag. This place should be shut down. Someone please call the health department. I also witnessed that same manager her hands into cups that she was preparing for people in the drive-through. She had another cup of ice right next to the soda machine, Random ice uncovered that did not look like the McDonald's ice. She poured that ice into the customers drinks. My cup had Dr Pepper running all down the side of it. At the drive-through window as she was texting on her phone I asked her to please I have another cup because there was Dr Pepper all over the side of it. She rolled her eyes and refused to get me another cup. The chicken nuggets we're pink inside. That would lead to salmonella if I ate it. You could not give me enough money in the world to ever go back to that McDonald's. This is literally disgusting as well as none of the employees were wearing masks, gloves as they prepare our food. July 8, 2020 - lunchtime: In times when restaurants are struggling to stay in business, while others have made the hard decision to permanently close, it is hard to believe there are others that take your business for granted. This McDonald's is the one of the leaders who apparently does not care due to the volume of business they appear to have. We waited patiently in a long double drive thru line to place our order. After receiving my gift card and receipt from Melissa in management, I said thank you. There was absolutely no response whatsoever! No "you're welcome" no "thank you for your business" NOTHING! I called Melissa on her lack of a response or appreciation and her response was "I could not hear you because of the mask." I did not realize that the CDC or Metro Nashville was requiring/suggesting that our mask cover our EARS! Not that Melissa had a mask that covered her ears! Not d sad ire it covered her mouth! This was a lie as we had other verbal exchange about money at the beginning of the transaction - she heard me very well then. However even if she could/did not hear me, every customer should receive a "thank you" especially since she "Melissa" was not among the millions that are filing for unemployment. With a city going back to Phase 2 it is incumbent upon businesses to do all they can to stay open and provide meals for customers. Perhaps this restaurant is so use to having long lines, they are not worried about losing any business! The worker that handed me my order was very friendly and served with a smile and a thank you! I told her management could take a lesson from her! In the weekly Covid updates from Metro, we are told not to visit restaurants where workers do not, for example, wear a mask. I had landed in Nashville very hungry and decided we would just run to mcdonald's in green hills. the drive through was long so we went inside. we saw they had the self service kiosks open but I am picky so i wanted to talk to a person and we waited in line and we got to the front and the girl goes "Kiosk" and we say what? and she said "Can you try the kiosk" and I was responded "I am going to be subbing out things can we use you?" and she rolled her eyes and said "I guess" and couldn't even work her own computer and my Dad asked "Is taking our order too much to ask of you?" and she was said "Nah I can do it" and that was all we could take. Honestly, Mcdonald's and I are practically engaged. It's one of my favorite place to go to whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I can never say no to nuggets and fries. The reason I gave it a three is because of the service. Ive been here MULTIPLE times wanting an oreo mcflurry, but their machine is always down... I am one of those rare senior citizens who actually like McDonald's food! My granddaughter and I stopped in on a hot day. Wow, the air conditioner was not working and as it was Sunday afternoon there didn't seem to be much chance of relief. We ate in the kiddy playroom - normally a place I carefully avoid, but there were only two other adults having a quiet meal in the only part of the restaurant that was a bit cool. Our counter dude had such an accent that he was extremely hard to understand. I appreciate folks who come here and work like he was and I know my German and Spanish accents have made many people struggle to understand me. But, a business needs to be able to communicate with its customers. Men's bathroom status: not good and I shall say no more except to note that the lack of air conditioning made it even worse. There were very few customers and I can see why as the place was not at all comfortable unless you went to the play area. The food was typical McDonald's - adequate for the occasion. The fries were hot and fresh which is sadly increasingly unusual at many McD's where I stop while on the road. read more

Since walking to the bus stop, taking the bus, and then walking a few miles to and from work takes me an hour and a half, I can get quite hungry at the end of a workday. And if I miss either bus 7 or bus 2, then it's another half hour to my commute. McD's is within walking distance to both bus stops. And cheap eats. Some people get offended if workers speak Spanish; I didn't give it a second thought. They do take your order in English. The Spanish-speaking staff actually reminds me of California. And in California, I've heard McD's staff in many locations speak in many different languages. I'm in and out of here in minutes, so I never really get a chance to comment on the decor. I think there is a fish tank (with plastic fish?) to amuse the little ones. I believe (but I"m not sure) that there is also a kid's play area at this location. read more
