I purchased breakfast for take out or through the drive through two mornings I was in the area. I was there at 5 or 5:15 AM both mornings. I appreciated that the drive through was open that early in the morning and the service was prompt and efficient. The morning I decided to go in rather than use the drive through, I passed one of the two staff members apparently working, who was a younger man wiping a table down. He said of his own accord and with a smile that he would be with me momentarily and would meet me at the counter. I was impressed because rarely had I received such a proactive and friendly greeting from someone working at a McDonald's. When I got to the counter seconds later, a middle-aged female employee complained because the man who had said he would meet me at the counter was not there yet. Her response to this was to call for him around the corner of the restaurant and reprimand him in front of me for not following me to the counter instead of doing what he did (spend literally 15 seconds finishing cleaning a table before taking my order). When I responded to the woman that he did tell me he would be with me momentarily and it was okay with me, she told me "Well, he just should have dropped what he was doing and followed you here" (paraphrasing). I have two problems with this: 1. There were only two people working in the building that I could see and it took the guy wiping the table literally 15 seconds to finish and meet me at the counter to take my order. This is not unreasonable customer service and I would have done what he did if I were him. (This sentiment comes from someone with very high standards for customer service.) 2. Even if the customer service provided by the man had been unreasonable, it is inappropriate of the supervisor/other employee to audibly reprimand the first employee in front of a customer. I felt bad for the first employee, who looked like he felt somewhat shamed. Just as you work to keep good customers, you work to keep good employees. Loss of one star here for an unprofessional and exaggerated reaction to an employee obviously trying his best to be efficient, friendly, and proactive. You think you have a tough boss until you have to personally witness what other people experience and my heart goes out to him. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean and the food was good, with fast and efficient service. read more

Ate here two times while vacationing in Navarre since our condo was just over the bridge. Both times were for breakfast. It's fairly typical as far as McDonald's food go. Ate the blueberry oatmeal for the first time ever and liked it. But I love the way this one was designed, especially compared to the ones in my area in Mississippi. The walls were decorated with seashells (some with lights inside) and various ocean related items and part of the walls were painted a sea/ocean blue. Felt a lot more welcoming than the ones where I live. read more

"Our scanner is down for the last 3 days"... and they don't honor the $1 drinks... sad

Perhaps I'm off base here but ordered a McMuffin and coffee and was told my coffee would be brought out with my food order... NO, I want my coffee now (stated politely). Server gave me a rude look and went off to the back. Fortunately another server understood my problem and gave me a coffee. Several minutes later the food arrived with an another coffee. Thanks to the helpful server but I'll not be eating here again if I can't get my drink when I order. read more

I ordered 2 hit spicy chicken sandwoches, a dbl quater pounder meal, and I have to say that it's better quality than the ones in california for sure. Chicken sandwiches actually were crunchy and I didn't have to ask for extra mayo, which is a plus. I give a 4 star based on the fact that when I walked in I had to walk all the way to the front of the resturant to order. Bit confused of how to get to the counter. But other than that, everything was awesome. read more

Horrible drive thru experience! First time I went through here I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and only received 14? I called and complained after reaching home and realizing they shorted me. Manager said he would comp me the rest but didn't wanna drive back. Another time going through drive thru I ordered 3 strawberry shakes and had to pull over and wait 15 minutes for it! The lady walked the shakes to my car and didn't give any straws.. how did she think I was gonna drink my shake.. with my hand!!!? horrible customer service! read more

I loved it! My grandkids had fun and we played in the room with a lot of kids! The quiet room is very reasonable! The tables in the kids room light up! I suggest to go there! read more
