I've been a long time local customer at this McDonalds and have found it to be on par with most McDonalds restaurants in the past. After my experience Monday, I'll be taking my business to Sonic across the street and to other restaurants. When I made my usual order of two sausage biscuits and a Diet Dr Pepper, the drive through attendant blatantly lied to me that they were out of DDP and said Diet Coke or Coke Zero were my only options. Something about her response didn't sound right, so I parked and went in to check. They did have Diet Dr Pepper, but didn't want to walk around the corner to make it. It wasn't busy and I was one of only two cars in the drive through. It hasn't been an issue in the past. When I asked to speak with a manager and asked why they lied about it, she gave no response - just shrugged. I will not be eating here in the future. read more

I live in Navasota. I've been to this Mickey Ds several times. It is terrible about 92% of the time. I've never had ice cream or a shake there - the machines are broken forever it seems. The issues tonight, when my husband went to pick up a quick bite, are as follows: - Cash Only - CC machines are all down. - Out of soda - like ALL soda. - No tea. none, whatsoever. Me and my sister came to this location for a quick bite but was met with a 25 minute wait and a very rude response at the drive through we then drove to the first window and was greeted with cussing and complaining with the girl working at the window and was given attitude because we were paying with a card and not cash at the second window we were given the wrong drink 5 times and attitude from one of the men saying that it was right and we didn't know what we were talking about after still not getting the right iced caramel mocha 4 times at the window we were then given direction to pull to a wait spot and waited another 20 minutes my sister then called the restaurant and no one answered the phone after calling a second time we managed to talk to someone and complained about the wait they said they were going to bring our drink out and was given the wrong drink again for the 5th time and then waited an additional 10 minutes for the drink again I encourage anyone who decides to come here to please not you will wait over an hour for the wrong food and will be reprimanded for requesting the food you originally paid for If I could give 0 stars I would Corporate really needs to pay this location a visit read more

On my way from Houston back to Central Texas, I came across this modern appearing McDonalds. I was expecting the nostalgic red and yellow building. Anyway, I was shocked to see how many flies were in the restaurant. In addition, my fries were too salty. On the bright side, the servers smiled and served me quickly. My McWrap and Milkshake satisfied my appetite and cravings. Overall, I will stop again and look for flies before I order. read more

Do not eat here! My family stopped here on their way home from the Houston area heading back to DFW. The cheeseburger gave my wife a horrible case of food poisoning! This shows a total lack of quality control in this store! McDonald's should be working hard to make a consistent experience and expected level of quality. went last night at one a.m., one lane open. From the time i ordered until I got my order it took over 30 minutes. I saw at least 5 people inside so staffing didn't seem to be an issue. As I sat in front of the first window for aprox 10 minutes, I watched the manager sit in her office the entire time. Many people left during the wait. I was determined. Not sure why. All I ordered was a cheese burger and a latte' . Still had a 45 minute drive ahead of me. As I got my food it got worse. I asked to speak to the manager who just could not believe that it took that long to get my food but certainly didn't care So much so she closed the window in my face and walked away. Her reason for the wait was they were busy and people kept changing their orders. As most can figure out, orders were not changed, people were just leaving getting there computer our of order. Of course I stayed and had them open the window again to get her name. The girl at the window had to ask her permission before I could have her name. She said she was Maria. Once again the window was closed. Now I am tired and mad but I have my food. Wellllllllllllll, so I thought. Keep in mind that I said nothing until after I had my food. I know better than that. After 2 bites, I pulled over and turned on the light. I discovered that the Cheese burger had no meat patty and the coffee was actually hot chocolate. WOW I even took pictures. LOL read more
