I visited this store when there was only one customer inside and two cars in the drive-thru. I placed my order and waited over 15 minutes, watching at least 10 or more drive-thru and DoorDash orders get filled. They clearly prioritized people who hadn't even arrived yet over paying customers inside. I tried to ask the manager about the delay and was completely ignored. I then asked a young employee for the corporate 1-800 number. She asked the manager (a shorter woman with thick glasses), who was standing just four feet away. The manager knew I was upset but refused to even turn around to address me. She simply handed the young girl a bag, pointed to the number on it, and had her give it to me. When I finally got my food, half of it was cold from sitting out. To add insult to injury, the completely empty lobby was absolutely disgusting, with food on the floors and uncleaned tables. Well with the manager watching he makes another one WITH cheese. She finally went back and made it herself for my wife. No matter what she orders and request without cheese she always gets cheese. This morning I witnessed a manager inside McDonald's (I came inside because drive thru had a super long line ) downsize(belittle) a elderly man because he asked for a cup sleeve for his hot coffee that the manager just poured to walk back to his table. I could see the humiliation in the elderly man's face after the manager talked to him like he was a child he was scolding . I was so angered by this interaction between the elderly man and the black manager . The reason I state his color is I don't want the other manager getting in trouble for something they had no part in. This is unacceptable in any circumstance. Recently this McDonalds has been plagued by extremely slow drive thru times (20-25 minute waits) during the evening hours, around 6-7pm. It's about a coin flip if they have their milkshakes available or not. Seems like a convenient excuse because they don't want to hassle with the machine I suspect. The morning drive thru does seem much better by comparison. However there was a total lack of quality control this last week when I got my daughter a bagel sandwich...a sizable portion of the bagel was completely burnt (photo included). It's impossible that the employee missed this, it's just that they must not have cared about the product the customer was paying for. I do believe that McDonalds in general has been getting worse and worse because they are overcomplicating their menu, rather than just focusing on doing a few items very well and quick...Try hard syndrome. It's the opposite of In and Out burger that insists they stay simple and focus on quality, even if that means not expanding out East. Now that's some serious quality control! Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken combo meal, 2 McChicken sandwiches, small fry, and a coke. Food came quickly but the deluxe chicken sandwich was smaller than the McChicken. It had 2 tiny end cut tomato slices. The French fries were warm and old. They had no pop. They were out of Coke, Dr Pepper, Sprite, Rootbeer, and the tea wasn't good either. Within a week went to this McDonald's twice. Both times the service was very very slow. The first visit we have to pull forward to wait on our drink, which is understandable. However, 15 minutes to make two coffees is unacceptable. The second visit, we had to pull forward yet again. We ordered three drinks and three meals. We were given one drink at the window, and then pulled up to wait for our meals and other two drinks. When the woman came out 5 minutes later she only brought our food. After waited ten minutes on her to bring in our drinks, I went inside, and the woman was about to head out with our drinks. I've never had a super long wait in the drive through here. The order has never been wrong so far, and in all the years I've been coming (which has been 10+), there may have been a couple of times that the food was not as fresh as it should have been. That being said, for those with children, no, they no longer have a playland. They used to, but it's been gone for some time now. Also, for those who LOVE couponing, they will let you choose any of the burgers to use for the promo on the top of the receipts... NOT just Quarter Pounder! This restaurant was being remodeled but for some reason was open for customers. Most of wall covering had been removed, most of floor was peeled up, most of dining area blocked off. Exposed parts of wallboard where trim had been removed. Only 6 or 7 tables to eat at; all were filthy (greasy, with food or ketchup stuck to them). We picked the best of the available tables--my table wobbled and had part of a broken chair on the table, all tables looked like they came from the Goodwill. This place was a MESS. Trash bins stuffed full. We asked cashier to make sure we got fresh, hot fries and her initial response was to start to tell us she couldn't promise that, then corrected herself mid-sentence. Drink machine area filthy. Out of lemons. Restroom filthy and running out of supplies. We stopped here on the way from the airport to our hotel, will NEVER go there again A word to McDonald's Corporation: You should not allow your franchisees to project the kind of image this DUMP gave people of McDonald's Restaurants. Better to close down and complete your remodeling than to have this disgusting dining area which the employees weren't keeping clean. This was at 2:45PM, not during a rush period. YUCK!!! read more
