Terrible customer service. We stopped here on our road trip, and the bathrooms were locked. There were big signs that read in all caps "bathrooms are locked, must ask for key." So I asked the lady at the cashier for the key (and I bought a hash brown), and she told me to wait and she would open the doors for us. We waited and waited. We waited about 10-15 minutes. Finally we asked if she could please open the bathroom for us, and she said "oh it's open." We waited for nothing, and she couldn't even tell us what the wait was for. Young female working up front was exceptional. Opened door. Took my trash when I was done. I was actually like wow what a nice McDonald's.

The ladies at the drive thru was very pleasant and help but the manager is rude!! PERIOD Will not be returning to this location ever.

They did not give me the toy with my special addition box. Isn't it extra??! That's literally all we came for

Management's verbal abuse towards staff, not to mention the disrespect towards them. The verbiage and attitudes, outrageous! Also I can't deal with one of the managers she yells at us the staff and the cooks I'm lucky I know English but they people who cook barely know English and that manager really yells at them. I wish could do something and help these poor Hispanic ladies work so hard to get screamed at bye oh lord may God have mercy for these two managers who are so disrespectful. Visited McDonalds on New Castle Ave, in Delaware this morning. I have experienced rude service before but I just brushed it under the rug. But today was horrible, I waited at the drive thru for 24 minutes before ordering and receiving my small order. Once I got to the window the manager shouted out to another drive thru customer, "if you can't F***'IN wait, then eat somewhere else!" This was not the first time I have heard this kind of language from your staff at this location. This is my absolute last time ever going to THIS McDonalds. And will share will all my family, friends and co-workers that this is not the place to support, until the staff has a training in customer services. I understand this job can be demanding and people don't show for their work shifts, but I feel management needs to handle themselves as the professional manner in which they have been hired. read more

I will NEVER come back here. I have to wait around 10 minutes to even get acknowledged then when I do I get an attitude. Then I ask for my drink 5 TIMES while waiting with my food. 8 minutes I waited for my drink, then get called impatient because your employees can't get right!? It happens ALL THE TIME. I can't understand why it takes THREE tries to get a lunch order right. I order a 10 piece nugget classic meals, and a Big Mac extra value meals. Both with cokes. The lady hands me the bag, right away I see an apple pie is missing. I tell her about it. She fixed it. We pull away, and my daughter tells me her French fries are cold. Turn around and get fresh French fries. Get back into my car, grab my soda, and they gave me Diet Coke instead of regular Coke. Not worth the head ack! read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever. This is my third time there and I still haven't got waited on had to leave the line from waiting so long when I do get waited on no one is friendly they make you wish you went somewhere else I probably will try not to go back there again read more

This place is getting renovated and it's just putting lipstick on a pig (which is insulting the pig). They take forever to get your order. Right now only the drive thru is open and you still wait nearly 10 minutes. They can't seem to get their system to work with mobile ordering... either they get my order but say I didn't pay (which I have to show them the email and the app each time to prove I did), they ignore you if you are doing curbside, or they just give you attitude. Tonight the dude was like the rest of them and had no manners. Took a car beeping behind me for him to finally ask for my order. Then he kept yelling the total at me when I got to the window so I had to push my phone up to him and show him the mobile order indicating I paid. Then the manager came over and asked if I was sure I checked out (which I again had to show them how it said "thanks for your order, select your pickup option" and had to go through all three options. So frustrating! The staff is always rude expect one lady who usually works mornings. I'll just go to the one a few miles down the road for now on. They don't have the same issues. read more
