Twice out of last four times there they took drive through orders out of sequence. I pulled up was asked to hold , then someone pulled in other lane , they were serviced ahead of me as I was on hold . Terrible incompetence even keeping track of drive through which has clock timers . Inside is even much worse in service . read more

Check everything! Fast food unfortunately means inaccurate orders , service personnel is disrespectful, when they are told of mistakes. I will take a break from McDonald's for awhile, I'm sure the current employees will be gone. Plenty of fast food out there. My money can go to them. read more

This location used to be my go to for lunch during the work week. It has really fallen off as of late. I ordered a McDouble plain, small fry and a coke. They made me pull into a parking spot and wait, brought me my food and no coke, so now I'm waiting even longer. Pull away and go to start eating my food and the burger is not plain like how I had ordered it, now I'm pissed there goes my lunch and I'm starving. Not about to go back don't have time for that and they should get my order correct to begin with especially when they make me wait for it. This place is a JOKE. Service is slow as hell,they closed the register window and are using that space for storage, their burritos are TINY (more tortilla than stuffing), and any time you ask for ketchup, you might get 1 packet. I would normally come to this McDonald's and they would usually get my order right. But today I had to buy a lot of food from here to feed some friends. When I ordered my food, everything came up correctly on the big screen I pull up to the pay window and the person that was behind the register I could barely understand, took my card, swiped it and told me to move forward and then, after looking at the receipt, I found out that the order was wrong Wasn't even close to what I ordered. So I told the delivery window that this happened and I told him my correct order. They see my order on the screen and tell me to pull forward and will have your food out momentarily. I waited for 30 minutes and one person came out to give me food and it wasn't even the correct order so I was forced to go inside and pay again to get my food. The fat cow in front of me was going 5 mph through the parking lot before mcdonalds making me arrive to the speaker at 10:30 on the dot. The mcdonalds employees would not honor my mobile order (even though I checked in before 10:30 while pulling up to the speaker). I was able to place a special order outside of the serving time and the team at this McDonalds went above and beyond to accommodate my order. They were professional and the service was top notch. The place was clean, the staff was friendly(ish), but Katie knocked it out of the park with her attention to customer needs. I was in the dining area, semi-struggling to wrangle my son into a high chair, when Katie noticed help would be great. She brought my order to the table with a smile, asked if I needed anything else, then helped me put the high chair away at the end of the meal. She's on point with taking care of customers, and is likely a rising star for McD's. read more

Slowest drive through of any McDonald's I've ever been to before and it's like that each and every day. They never have food ready you always have to pull up and wait an additional 10 minutes in a parking spot. Probably one of the worst managed locations I've ever seen and everybody in the community talks about it!! read more

This Mc Donalds is near my home and easy to grab something in the mornings. The employees there are there for a paycheck. Several times they have no coke for the pop machines. Today i ordered a Big Breakfast and asked for strawberry jelly with it. I received sever packages of hot sauce. I brought it back and got my money back. When i was given my food i asked to verify i had the strawberry jelly. A man i a black shirt said yes its correct. Well after i pulled away from the driver up, it was wrong and it had no strawberry jelly. I went back and got my money back. It was just strawberry jelly but its always something. The employees spend more time talking than getting orders correct. read more

We were in our way home from and stopped in to get something to eat at 8:45pm last night. He drink station was filthy. There was little ice, no straws, no medium size kids and straw wrappers everywhere!! I had a grilled chicken sandwich that was like eating shoe leather and my husband had a Big Mac and there was only a half a piece of meat on the top. Fries were under cooked as well!! I'm sorry to say that the food quality at this location just is not up to McDonald's standards. The burgers are typically cold and wrapped so tight that they are smashed. I went through the drive through yesterday around 5-6 pm and paid for my order in change ($20.75 / my order came out to $20.35), and gave the lady a $5 bill on top of $20.75 in change (unknowing the amount handed over at the time) which left around $5.40 in change that was due to me. I guess she was annoyed that she had to count change so she got the manager to help (a male) who basically told me to get lost and didnt give me my change back because it was taking a while to count the change. I literally almost called the police because you cant just not give people their change back because its taking too long, but i didn't want to waste the police's time over $5. But thats what you get, because its a fast food restaurant ran by complete morons. I will be looking into how to get my money back. This entire interaction is on their cameras as proof. When i come here, there's usually only 1-2 people in line in front of me at most. But i always have at least an hour wait. Then the other day i received my food and got home to find a bite taken out of each burger. Definitely going to report this place. My friends have had same and similar issues especially with finding plastic inside their food. Whatever you do avoid this location. During the day if you ask them what their hours are they tell you they're 24 hour through the drive thru but came back after 9pm and you'll be lucky if they are open. read more
