The WORST McDonalds in New Orleans. Ordered a pickup order and they never brought it, they are just consistently bad don't go here.

Firstly I placed an order thru the McDonald's app on Monday, December 1st at 4:54PM. I ordered a Happy Meal for my son, Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal and Chicken Tender Meal for myself. My son's meal did not include his barbecue sauce, my chicken tenders came with no sauce the fries for all the meals were cold and did not taste all it was fresh at all. So they were not hot and salty. Then to top it off my husband's Quarter Pounder was undercooked. He couldn't eat his meal at all the burger was all pink inside. He could have gotten sick or got food poisoning from this and we could be suing McDonald's for this craziness. Why would anyone serve a burger and not check the temperature. Seriously this is going to be my last time going to this location. I think I will report you all to the board of health for this crap and get this location closed down. If my husband would have gotten sick I would have taken you all to court and freaking won. All this money people spend on food from these restaurants only yo get shitty service. Like get the he'll out of here and tell the CEO of this company to come check out these restaurants you all make too much money to be sitting on your ass and trying to kill people with this food and these prices. I want my money back and an apology for this service. That is the least you can do. Also I have pictures of the burger to have for proof. read more

Worst service ever!!!! They don't check the bag to make sure all your food is in there

Incredibly rude staff who refuse to serve you at 1:00 am even though they are open 24/7. Literally saw them hiding and locking the doors so no one could get in. Absolutely pathetic. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. read more

Today I stopped in for lunch at 12:01pm. All of the Kiosks were out. I stood at the corner for over 10 minutes not being addressed.when I was able to get the attention of one of the employees, who was laughing and joking around, I asked the clerk behind the counter if they were taking orders. She was rude and told be the electricity was out, which was weird because they were still filling orders for UberEats! Plus the registers were lite up saying 24 hours. I don't know who owns and manages this McDonald's but they need to train their employees how to address customers! I will NOT be patronizing this location again! It's the worst! read more

This McDonald's is not 24/7. It says it is, but it is not unfortunately. So confusing because there are signs everywhere that says it is. They open at 6am and are not 24/7 drive thru. read more

I used my mobile app to order the food. I pull up and get my receipt. I proceed to the next window. The young lady at the window asked me if I had a happy meal. I said no. She then asked me what I had. I named the meals. She handed me a bag and said have a nice day. I told her I hadn't received my drinks and when I opened the bag, there wasn't any fries. She told me the fries were coming. She was asking me the drinks and when I was telling her what they were, another lady in the back was like, "It's coming". I asked for some sauce. It was $.30 each. My order was messed up from start to finish. It's really sad because I have come to this McDonald's before and it was severely understaffed but the service was much better.... read more

This restaurant continually has the worst service of any McDonald's I have ever visited in the country. They very rarely get your order right, and are incredibly slow. Tonight I went through the drive-thru, waited in line, placed my order at the window, and waited some more. Finally, I was told that the system was down and they were only accepting orders through DoorDash. This is completely unacceptable. read more

Food was horrible. The lady at the 2nd window gave us the wrong order. After telling her that one of my drinks was a small and i paid for a medium, she gonna tell me that was the only cup she had and the cup she gave me was a medium but really was a small. Which was a lie because i had a fruit punch that was a medium which was already given to me. Didn't even get the food I paid for because the store closed way earlier than the set time it's supposed to close. I understand they might have been short staffed but I've been trying to get my money back for the past week. The lunch time crew is RUDEEEE!! They charged us for the wrong order, then got mad at us. When we tried to tell them what we ordered they were yelling bAck and forth gettin frustrated so I wrote it all down on a paper trying to make it easier for them and they still got an attitude, still yelling still being rude and then the supposed manager got upset and started yelling at US because we told her that we were missing something. On Friday July 02,2021,times 1:10 pm. We went to this location for a quick lunch break and started ordering our foods through Drive-Thru lane. And we had checked our orders before leaving, They got our order wrong and we were missing food. I went to this McDonald's earlier today and it was a great experience. One thing I didn't like was that you had to order everything separate, but I can't blame them for something that isn't their fault. When I got there, there was a small wait due to an elderly man that was indecisive and kept talking to someone across the restaurant, but the staff was very patient and once his order was taken, they sped through orders extremely fast. When I received my food, the order was actually hot, AND THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS NOT BROKEN!!!! You do not know how much I value a working ice cream machine at a McDonald's!!!! Overall, my food was hot, the ice cream machine wasn't broken so my shake was good, the staff was friendly, the restaurant is clean and the service was quick. Don't go in here for a relaxing meal, you won't get it. Try not to pay any attention to the sanitation or lack thereof. It is not a good thing. Generally, the restroom is pretty clean. Every once in a while, I'll pop in for some fries, they are usually fresh, and I am greeted by a counter jockey with the same bored expression that we have come to expect from fast food workers. I'm not saying they are rude, they are just a regular McDonald's crew. I have never ordered anything special so I haven't had the chance to rate their skill with assembling ingredients out of order, but something tells me this crew could handle it. Place smells a bit and could use a good wipe down. Ordering was quick. Fries were very yummy; more crisper than other McDs. It's close to where I had to work so it was very convenient to stroll here for lunch. read more

Ordered one plain biscuit & one cup of coffee it took over 5 minutes to get a plain biscuit got the coffee right away. Then they filled 2 big orders of people that were behind me. Tried to give this place one more try. It is still a joke. Had a line of people at the drive through, there was no one taking orders. I drove up to the window and could not see anyone. Honked my horn and they all came from the front of the restaurant to behind the counter. The manager came and said they were changing drawers that is why no one was available to take orders. Now I am for procedures but EVERY place I go they DO NOT shut the place down to change drawers, I hate being lied too. Then the person at the window said she cant take my order I needed to drive around and get back into the line that is now nearly out to the road. Don't come during rush hour. They move you through the line so quick they miss half your order and then shout at you since you can't hear them due to poor mic connection, every other word was cut off when she spoke to us. When we didn't respond to her question (since we couldn't hear but every other word) she got impatient and shouted. Rude. I came to this location at about 11 at night. I had just gotten off work and I was craving a cheeseburger and some nuggets. I sat in line at least 15 minutes before placing my order but I didn't care because I really wanted it. I placed my order, the young lady who took the order wasn't bad besides sounding un enthused. I sat for about another 7 minutes waiting for the order. I opted against my better judgement to check the order, seeing that I felt a little pressure to move along quickly because the manager who handed me my bag seemed as if he was in a rush. I get home and Im ready to smash this food. The nuggets are a 4 pc instead of 6. Instantly blew me. I call and let them know my order was for a 6 pc and I got a 4. He asks if I wanna come back tomorrow or tonight. I let him know Im coming back tonight because i was hungry. I asked if he could make my cheeseburger over because I wanted to eat the burger and nuggets together and I wanted them both hot. He tells me that he doesn't think they can remake the burger because it wasn't made wrong. I can't make this stuff up!! I get back...of course another 15 min wait and I ask for a refund. I used to visit this McDonald's back in 2013 when I worked in the area and the manager that worked the morning shift was AWESOME, FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL. I can't remember her name but I loved the service, and the food was always fresh and hot . Now let's fast forward to 2018, and it is an absolute mess. Lines out the door, bad attitudes, Only 2 terminal working, and only 1 can take cash. What kind of business is this? I only go there because my job is right around the corner.
