The workers are extremely nice and kind. They reassure about the time we'd wait and most of the time it's exactly our order. No problems what's so every besides the ice cream machine being down. would give it zero stars if possibl. worst McDonald's location I've ever been too. never get my order right charge me for ranch everytime and I never receive it. they put pickles on a plain Mcchicken. long waits, managers and staff are rude. not willing to fix a problem when they mess up. absolutely terrible. nothing about this place is good whatsoever. something needs to change at this location I've never had a pleasant experience. if you're looking to ruin your day because they can't get a simple order right, then you're in the right place! what a joke of a resturaunt. read more

Also a zero review. The restaurant is filthy. We did not receive our full order. What we did receive was gross. The "manager" was rude about our refund request. I walked away in order not to lose my temper. My husband barely managed to keep his while they refused initially to refund drinks they never delivered. Neither of us raised our voice or were rude. Apparently we are banned, according to "manager"from going back which is fine because it's disgustingly dirty (both inside and outside - sticky tables, ketchup covered buns trodden upon outside entry door) and the food sucked. It's a shame because McDonald's is traditionally reliable for quality and service. The health department needs to check this place out. It is nasty. If you want a Big Mac in this area go to Fremont. They are nice, clean and deliver on the brand. One of my first jobs was at McDonald's and at 15 I cared more about customer experience than anyone did at this restaurant today. read more

Quick food. Not the healthiest but I know that going in. Generally I go around 1:00 to avoid the lines.

WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This McDonald's is so stupid we got here at 4:15 and didn't get to the order place until 4:45 and halfway through the order the lady just got up and left. So we waited there and waited and waited and then finally we got done with the order by another dude then it took another 20 minutes to get to the window. read more

Got to McDonalds at 5:38, ordered a McFlurry, a chicken nugget meal, and a chocolate shake. We stood right up at the counter until 5:55 and was only acknowledged twice. My friends chocolate shake was sitting on the counter behind the register for at least 10 minutes before we asked about it and a lady then told a different worker he couldn't just leave it back there and should've served it to us. After waiting even longer we then asked for a refund. A very nice lady explained to me that she was not able to do it and we would have to wait for a manager which I told her it was no worries. The manager then came to give us a refund and was already very passive aggressive. He stormed to the order screen and claimed we were only waiting for four minutes, we explained to him that we had actually been waiting for a lot longer and he told us we had not been. I then offered to show him my bank statement and when the money was taken out, and he told me that wasn't how it works. Even though, my order should have been on the screen when I paid. He tried to only give me a 3.00 refund, and I informed that I had paid so much more. He then took my receipt and looked it over and then still didn't give me a full refund. He then proceeded to be very aggressive telling us he would get us kicked out of the restaurant and we would never be aloud back. I then told him that I also worked in a restaurant and this was not how to treat costumers and it was extremely inappropriate. And he replied with "oh I bet you do" he then informed me he was manager and I told him he wasn't doing a very good job at it and left. We left with no food, or anything we ordered and not even a full refund for what we payed for. I then called to see if there were any other managers working so that I could explain what had just happened and he had answered and refused to tell me and asked who I was and why I wanted to know. I told him that he didn't need to ask me that and I was a customer calling and I needed to talk to someone else in charge. He then said it was a personal question and just kept trying to drag it out but I eventually got to talk to a lady in the office that said she would talk to him and check the cameras on the time and how long we were waiting. But before we could finish talking the line went out and I was unable to call back because the service went out. I believe the manager that treated us so poorly was named Alec. It was extremely inappropriate and this man does not belong in the service industry. I have never been this disrespected at any service industry in my life and would be embarrassed to treat someone the same at my place of work. I will be calling their headquarters tomorrow, and making sure this is dealt with properly. read more

So disappointed with this McDonalds! Stopped there last night(6/29/19) on our way home, about 9:40. We the going thru the drive through, so we headed towards the lobby. The hours posted on the door said the lobby was open until 11pm. We went to open the doors and they were locked, someone was coming out at that time, so, thinking it must have been a mistake, we went in. We were greeted, very rudely, by the manager behind the counter, who said " our lobby is closed, it closes at 10. There is a reason the doors were locked." I told him the hours on the door said 11pm and he returns with "we don't have the resources to change that". I'm sorry, first of all, it was not 10 yet, and second of all, very rude!! He refused to serve us in the lobby and we refused to take our 4 kids and 2 cars, one pulling a boat, thru the drive through. Especially after being treated so rudely! Having to drive 2 separate vehicles was one of the reasons we wanted to go inside. But it's ok McDonalds! Wendys across the street, whose lobby automatically locks doors at 10 pm, when the posted hours say they close, had our backs!! Thanks Wendy's!! Thank you for actually posting correct hours and for serving your hungry patrons with smiles and gratitude!! Shame on you McDonalds! If the manager had been nicer about the situation, we probably would have sucked it up and gone through the drive through! Very, very poor customer service! read more
