This McDonald's location isn't bad but it's not really that good either. My hashbrown was barely warm and tasted unsalted. The sausage McMuffin was warm, not hot, had unmelted cheese and had burnt bits stuck to it. I get it's busy and they might not have time to clean equipment but take 30 seconds to give it a brush or wipe down so there isn't burnt residue in the food. I waited a few minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me which normally would be fine, but for receiving not hot food I don't know why it took a few minutes. The mens bathroom is clean and has a koala kare station in the stall. The sink is on a sensor and timed so you get to wash your hands in very cold water with almost no way of letting it heat up because of the timer making the water constantly stop for a duration of time before it kicks back on again. Would I come back to this location? Only if I was driving by and starving. As of December 2025 there are far better locations such as North Smithfield, RI, Woonsocket, RI and Bellingham, MA. read more

If it's not busy it's a good wait time and reasonable I would say. Inside depends on the location you are at. Some of them are nice and clean some are also okay. Stopped here today and decided to order 2 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches, small fry and a large chocolate shake. The sandwiches were disgusting, too spicy hot however cold and tasteless. The fries we cold and the shake tasted like a bottle of chocolate syrup. We're still trying to recover. I try using this drive thru at least 2-3 times a week and it's got to be the slowest in all of Massachusetts. I am currently sitting in the line at the drive thru, there are 5-6 cars in front of me and I haven't move in almost 5 mins.... I guess They don't make people pull forward for large orders so everybody else has to wait. Update: Tonight I waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes for my 1 large coke.. that is all I ordered... when I finally got to the window the girl tried to hand me a medium drink before someone else corrected her. She then handed me what I thought was my large coke. I started to drive off but thought I'd better try it. Sure enough it was diet. Unfortunately the wench behind me was in such a hurry she was practically pushing me out of her way.. So back in line I go, waited another 5 minutes, told them the mistake, not even a sorry but told to pull up. Wouldn't you know they gave me ANOTHER DIET.!!! Love McDonald's breakfast but the last couple times I got breakfast from here they screwed up. First time they I get home and missing a sandwich which was ordered and paid for. Second time just the other day. They didn't put the egg in the sandwiches. But they sure charged me both times. When you let them know they just don't really care and pass the issue on to someone else. They should just handle it when the concern arrives other than emailing someone else then have to call them. Wow, not a very good experience. The cashier was training. OK, no problem, I'm not in a hurry. The trainer tells the trainee how to enter the order, who tells me the total, gives me change, on to the next person. Wait, where is my cup? Surely the trainer told the new kid to give me a cup. Nope. I wait until the customer is taken care of then ask. OK, I have my cup, I pour my drink, I'm waiting. There is a bag on the counter. No one seems to be claiming it so I move over to look inside. It's mine. No number called, no 'hey your orders up', nothing. The trainer looked at me twice. Not a peep. Someone needs to train the trainer. Use your words people. It's 3:00 on a Tuesday. Not that busy. Make an effort at some customer service. Please. To top it off, I open the sandwich container and there is sauce all over the inside. McD's crew must be having a rough day. read more

A fail, the staff was inside, but they had turned off the Golden Arches and closed more than 40 minutes early. I had checked the hours on the web and Yelp before leaving. This McDonald's was supposed to be open. A drive down the road to Foxborough's McDonald's found them open and cheerful to do business. The manager at the Foxborough McDonald's even apologized for my poor experience in North Attleboro. Staff can make all the difference! read more

There's a blonde lady, probably late 30s or mid 40s, that works as a drive thru cashier during mid day shift. She will just throw your change into your hand and be rude about it. She will do it repeatedly. Terrible customer service and i have to make sure to go there at a different time of the day so I don't come in contact with that type of attitude. I've worked at a McDonald's before and that's the easiest seat in the house is that drive thru-window. Rest of the crew is cool though. read more

Good food if you go inside and have extra time to watch the staff screw up the orders. The Drive-thru is the worst I have ever experienced. Just to be sure, I did it a second time a week later and still horrible. If you only have a 1/2 hour for a lunch break DON'T GO TO THIS Location ! They should be better prepared for the lunch rush, but whoever own's this location has to be crazy to think their staff is running it well.
