Went in for the first time in many years to try the new Big Arch. It is a good tasty burger although the veggies included are a somewhat smaller portion. Interior is clean, kitchen is fully staffed, friendly people work there and order was delivered quickly (I dined inside) even though I ordered the Big Arch without cheese. Alas, the Big Arch is a limited time item. At $9 it is a premium burger and it is worth the price. McD's should keep it around. read more

Ridiculous! They've removed the self-serve fountain. I wanted a large drink -- mostly Diet Coke with 25% Dr. Pepper. It required the intervention/assistance of a manager and took three cups and almost five minutes to make my drink. One small Dr. Pepper and one medium Diet Coke. Which she then poured into the third large drink cup. And this is better how? read more

I'm not sure what or whom needs to be blamed, Twice this month, can't take my order the first time no employee could even take a min. to let me know, I sat at the order window then drove around to the window completely ignored. Why turn on the lights etc. if you can't serve the customer, I plan my breakfast and the convenience of the drive thru 4 days a week as sad is it is to admit. If it weren't for the convenience I would make other arrangements.... I would stop going if I thought my $60.00 +/- a month would make an impact. My wife and I have eaten at quite a few different McDonald's during our travels. This one I have to say is our favorite location. The food and service is always top notch. Service is very quick and the food is always fresh and hot. The wife especially likes it that the Filet-O-Fish sandwiches are still served on a steamed bun and not toasted, like in southern states we drive through on a regular basis. Mcdonals are kind of the same all over, and this one is no exception. I was surprised when I had to show my ID to pay with my debit card, that is a first for any Mc's I have been to. I won't count that in the bad column, they are making sure there is nothing fishy going on so no one gets screwed. It makes me wonder what clientelle they are dealing with every day that makes them suspicious. I am giving 2 stars because I had to wait a very long time in the drive threw, and then my order was wrong. They were very nice about it though. As a side not about all Mc's, I really really hate that drive through taped announcement that says something like "try our new cookies" or "can I interest you in some coffee" I never know if I should respond or not. Absolute worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. The drive-thru employee has a terrible personality and you can tell she hates her job and they consistently forget items on your order. ALWAYS check for complete order before pulling away. This happens 9/10 times I've gone there. The only reason I go to that location is because it's near my home . Hard to recommended an establishment that provides a horrible customer service and lies to your face about what you ordered and forgets items over all. The manager needs to make sure their employees facilitate movement in the drive thru lane. Have waited many times at 20 plus minutes while they will fill an order. A smile could help from the employees after they had you wait in a line you can't get out of. And forget about going inside to order, the line is even longer. My mother and I went through the drive thru in the morning and ordered a couple of sausage mcmuffins with two free coffees. I was nice and excited to get some free coffee and the guy at the window made no contact with me. All he said was the total and gave me back my change right away. I was still pretty happy going up to the next window to receive our order. The lady at the window looked like a manager and she was not friendly at all. She said nothing but "2 medium coffees.... have a good day." I was like "Our mcmuffins too?" And she handed them to me without even looking at me. She then peeked her head out the window and started to stare down the drive thru. I didnt feel welcome at all. I felt like a burden for just ordering 2 food items and 2 coffees. I completely understand how stressful and mentally abusive working at McDonalds is. All I have to say is, when you are dealing with butt-hole customers on the daily please dont take it out on the customers that treat you with respect and kindness. It was pretty sad that I was the one being super nice and eccentric towards the employees. Yet I did not get that in return. They just shooed me away pretty much. Didnt want to deal with customers. I will still come to this location whenever I'm on this side of town, but I hope the other managers or higher ups change something about employees communication towards customers. read more

I love Mc Donalds as my "go to" for a quick and satisfying meal, however, what WAS an awesome sandwich, the North Bend store screwed up the "New" Quarter Pounder! For the first few weeks it was very juicy and tasty, now for the last four times I've gotten one they were DRY! I was told by the manager they had complaints they weren't cooked well enough so they went and did the complete opposite by over-cooking them now. Now it's just like the old one, maybe even worse. read more

If I could I would give this place a -5 stars they were rude and we stood there for 30 minutes in line and everyone else got there food before us and the our server gave us sass and my mom said this is ridiculous and they only gave us 1 cup and it was the wrong cup and my mom said where are the kid cups because we were supposed to only have 4 cups and she said I only have to hands and she took 30 minutes and our order should be perfect and we still had a messed up order and we had stuff to do like go to our flight and my mother told her off and she was still rude I would recommend never going here again read more

We have traveled over 10,000 miles in the last five months and it's getting to a point where I'm just going to stop going to ALL McDonald's across the land. This place has terrible employees and terrible management. When I questioned why I was being charged for shredded lettuce, the employee behind the counter started laughing and couldn't believe I was serious. I started telling her I've never been charged for lettuce and I was going to inform her that she may have made a mistake and put "leaf" lettuce instead of shredded lettuce on my order or something? and then she did the unthinkable, she stepped away from the register and acted like a FREAK. Some people can't handle reality, this woman is definitely one of them. Almost everytime I go thru the drive thru at McDonalds NB my order is wrong. Again, this morning I ordered the Sausage MCMuffin with egg meal and I got a sausage mcmuffin with no egg. The last three times my order has been wrong. I literally have to rip my order apart to check everything out to make sure I am getting what I had ordered. This morning I did not open the muffin package until I got to work. I am so frustrated. I have been a loyal customer through good and not so good times but I feel that this is very poor service. I am so tired of not getting what I order and that the employees just don't care about what they are doing. I have received approx. 40.00 in wrong orders in the past month. My coworker was sent to get us Mcmuffins last week and he got someone else order. When will they get it right? I would like an answer. read more

We were at this McDonald's on Friday after thanksgiving... store is clean and service is good. However, while waiting for my order I could observe the food line in the kitchen. all the help had their hair contained under their hats or pinned up except one person working the food line had very long hair in a loose pony tail and was swinging said hair all over the food. Very unappetizing for sure. In violation of all food safety rules dealing with hair. Come on guys, don't let one person ruin your good marks. read more

I would say this McDonalds is pretty good. The manager here is pretty good at managing his crew and likewise there is a good crew working here. I generally support the golden arch for all they do for charity and the sort. The place is generally clean and the crew is always clean and friendly. I also happen to know the crew keeps exceptional sanitary practices. read more
