Horrible, just horrible and sad. We have tried this place about seven times in the last year (mostly because of time/location convenience or kids asking), and every time the food is stale and gross. Last week I ordered burgers from here and they were not busy... I requested the burgers, nuggets, and fries "fresh off the grill & fryers" and told them I'd pull around to wait so I didn't mess with their drive-through time. The service was pretty fast in the drive-through, so I double checked with the cashier and they said the food was fresh and the burgers just came off the grill. Apparently that was not the truth, because the buns were *very* firm and stale, the burger patties luke warm, the onion/tomatoes/lettuce were wilty, and nuggets & fries were cold and very firm *stale*. It's so disappointing that I couldn't get fresh food even when I specifically asked for it and they weren't too busy to provide it. I worked for BK in the past, and I have dined at BKs across the country, and this is one of the two worst Burger Kings I have ever been to as it has consistently provides poor quality food :( read more

I am a door-dash driver who made a mistake and took the wrong order. Per code once it leaves the store they cannot take the order back. Since I did not have the order I was yelled at by another door-dasher and treated poorly by the staff who handed me the incorrect order. They sat by and let this grown man yell at me, a 19 year old girl, in the middle of the store grabbing the attention of all and sending me out crying. When the store was called for a complaint the manager at the time told me to "have a nice day" and would not talk on the incident. Horrible customer service. read more

The manager at this location blamed an innocent teenaged girl, who is just trying to make a living delivering for Door Dash, for a mistake that one of her workers made and was so rude and condescending to her that she made the girl cry. The rudeness at this establishment made me decide to boycott their business and tell everyone I know that they'd be better off getting their food somewhere else. I have left a previous review regarding Burger King for their other location in Coos Bay. There was trash all over the floor, and what I consider unhealthy conditions. That being said I stopped by the other location in North Bend, simply to get a hamburger patty for my dog. Unfortunately, I don't find their food acceptable quality for humans. Cost $10.37. I gave her $21. She shorted me $10. Worst of all she took a shitty attitude with me for her screw up. The food was horrible. I threw it out. Never going back there again. First of all the hours posted here are WRONG!! Placed an online order at 9:58 PM last night through their smart phone app for a Spicy Chicken Deluxe and large fry. Drove straight there and arrived within 10 minutes of making the order to discover that they were CLOSED!! No lights, No workers, No sandwich, No fries. Went back at around noon today and showed them the order on my phone and the fact that they took the money. The person behind the counter gave me that look....you know....the one that says they don't believe you. Then she looked it up and tells me that the order is there but on hold. I just wanted the food so she disappears for a few minutes, comes out and hands me a sack with "my order" still with the "I think your lying" attitude. I got home to find cold fries and a sandwich I wouldn't feed to my dog. The thing was swimming in grease, had one small, thin barely even red slice of tomato and large chunks of iceberg lettuce that were better suited for a salad....half of which were not even on the sandwich but soaking in the grease. NO NO NO!!! We came in at 11:30 on a Friday for lunch. One of the workers was outside smoking and flipping around the drive-thru signs from breakfast to lunch. Hubbie said, if he starts making food we are leaving. The guy looked gross. Not a person you want to see making food. Greasy, smoky, looked like a stoner. There were also 2 other employees smoking right next to the front door. Seriously? I have to look at employees smoking? That REALLY makes me hungry. Please have your employees smoke elsewhere. One thing that got me was that after he had flipped the signs the one greasy employee was going through his truck which was parked right in the first spot at the entrance. In fact I think all these employees were parked up in those spots because no one was in this restaurant and all the spots up front were taken. I was a little pissed because it was raining., and I had the kids with me. So we get in line. One old woman ahead of us who just wanted one thing. Another greasy stoner looking woman was having a fit because she wanted to go on break. As if I really wanted to hear all that. Then she actually started to tell off the old woman ahead of us that sometimes you don't get what you want, and she had the freaking NERVE to smile at the old woman after she said that., and then continued her fit. We finally get up to order and the guy at the cash register mumbled something about being out of slots. WHAT?????!!! And he walked away. And we waited and waited and listened to the stoner woman go on and on about her break. Then the greasy stoner guy comes in and starts making food WITHOUT washing his hands. So we left. NO NO NO!!!! That was like a bad movie. For the record we were there for 10 minutes with no service when there was only one other customer there. Glad, on this particular occasion, it worked! James, you have given this location an actual "image" I'm doubting any other fast food chain in our area can claim. You obviously love your job. The last time I patronized the Burger King on Newmark is definitely going to be the LAST time! I got a Whopper Jr that would shame any fast food owner! It was old, the lettuce was smelly and slimy, it had ketchup on it, which I specifically asked to be left off. The bun was smashed and dry around the edges and the meat actually smelled bad. We pulled into the drive thru at about 7pm. At 7:15 we were still in line. Our order included a shake with whipped topping on it. We then heard the girl serving us request the shake with whipped topping on it. We got the window and were given a shake without whipped topping. The girl took the shake and asked to have the whipped topping added. Who ever she asked yelled at her that she should have ordered it that way. We also ordered a chicken sandwich which had no lettuce to speak of on it, and we ended up with two, because we couldn't make them understand we only wanted one. After writing a poor review for another establishment in town...KFC, I decided I better give props to this place. We showed up here late Tuesday night with 12 teenage kids for dinner. They are alway out of something or their machines are broken. They almost alway forget to put everything in the bag so you have to go back. I don't know how they stay open. I was in from sacramento for xmas went to this Burger King on Tuesday morning and ordered 6 Yumbos and they were cold. Major let down.

The $4.00 special leaves a lot to be desired, the burger has only mustard and ketchup and was only luke warm. The frys were alright but needed salt, the cookie was as hard as a rock it sure was not fresh. I would not recommend this to anyone. None of the employees that were working offered to help me even though they could see I am handicapped and use a cane. read more
