It's calm, a little unexpected, and instantly welcoming. I stopped in for a latte and a cardamom roll, and both were excellent. The latte was smooth and creamy, and they served it with a tiny rosebud on the side which felt like such a thoughtful, simple touch. The cardamom roll was the real standout for me: light, airy, and not overly sweet, with just the right amount of warm spice. What really makes this place special is the atmosphere. Sitting among the plants, with the soft scent of flowers in the air, it feels like a quiet escape from everything else. It's the kind of place where you want to slow down and stay a little longer. We have since learned that when a group such as a community organization meets there regularly they bring in a cook, not a chef but at least someone that can at least make oatmeal. We will never return until a trained cook is there all of the time. Taking advantage of elderly people is a crime.
