The 2 Large Pies we purchased were undoubtedly the Worst Pizza's we have EVER Had and that includes a comparison with Chucky Cheese or Little Ceasars. IF the Double Pepperoni had any Cheese it was not noticeable. The only taste that came through was the overwhelming Ketchup paste on top of a soggy Limp Crust. My wife's large Canadian Bacon?? with Pineapple was even worse. Two and on a couple of slices Three Quarter size wafer thin slices with another total of Three small pieces of Pineapple. If there was any White Sauce or Cheese we couldn't tase, much less see either of them. The Staff were very friendly and busy which is the ONLY positive thing we have to say. I have been a loyal customer for years and have always had outstanding service. My orders have always been correct and delivery drivers have always been great. In fact I've never had a poor experience with the staff. However, there is one reason I cannot go for a full 5 stars. On 11/19/2020 I went in to pay for my pizza and saw the manager pull his mask, which had been sitting below his nose, off so that was it was dangling by one ear strap. I returned to my car to wait for the pizza and as I sat there I could see him perfectly from where I was parked. He kept his mask off even though he was less than 6 ft away from his employees. He stood there handling all the pizza boxes and I watched him turn his head and cough. I have both pictures and video of the incident. I will not post the pictures online. Okay, I MUST admit that I NEVER imagined myself leaving a review for DOMINOS PIZZA, heheh...but I MUST admit, that they've improved their products & variety tremendously in recent years & I find that I prefer their pizza/sides over most of the typical offerings, these days! In particular, THIS SPECIFIC location, in Coos Bay, OR is really great because... 1) they've never messed up my order. 2) my order has never been later than 5 min beyond the projected delivery/pick up time stated when I placed order. 3) the staff are courteous, clean and competent & the restaurant itself has been VERY CLEAN every time I've come to order/pickup. .....and finally, HERE'S the BIG ONE FOR ME: 4) their pizza, sides & desserts have ALWAYS been tasty, hot....AND ACTUALLY looked just like the products displayed on Dominos posters/online!...I MEAN, how OFTEN is THAT the case, lol?!...I did a 6 month stint as a delivery driver for a few Domino's in Portland years ago and I tell ya...I was amazed at how skimpy they were w/pizza toppings! The buggers were masters at making it look like there were more toppings/cheese on a pizza than there were! After waiting 45 minutes, they delivered a burnt gluten free pizza with no toppings and a whole other regular crust pizza with all the toppings ordered. Ok. I never thought I would write a review for Dominos, but here we go. We got a gift card so we came to Dominos just to spend the gift card. We got a large sausage and pepperoni pizza, a small Philly cheesesteak pizza, Parmesan bites, and cinnamon twists. Everything was amazingly good. The gal that helped us was friendly and prompt, the sausage had a ton of flavor, the Parmesan bites were delish, and the Philly cheesesteak pizza was surprisingly my favorite of the lot. Oh and the cinnamon twists taste like Cinnabon. Dominos has really upped their game in the pizza department. We WILL be back. read more

Domino's Pizza is so good, my body won't allow it to leave until it has churned inside for at least 48 complete hours. This is not necessarily a good thing, but my willingness to continue eating it on occasion is at least a testament to how delicious instant Domino's pizza can be. The delivery of said pizza/constipation is always timely, and it usually looks like it does in the advertisements online and on television. The drivers are pretty friendly most of the time, and they're often able to accommodate weird delivery instructions. I know they also do a lot of community work in regards to fundraising and sponsorships, so I'll be sure to keep ordering from time to time. read more

The announcement of the $5 lunch special, where you can get a small 2-item pizza, combined with the commercials that show an emphasis on freshness, drew me in to try Domino's after a 20+ year absence due to a poor and expensive (what a contrasting pair of words...LOL!) experience in Seattle that didn't leave me sleepless but it did leave me hungry for 2 hours waiting for three pizza pies that tasted lousy! I have ordered both the thin crust and the handtossed crust. Thin crust could be hard as hardtack or soggy as corn flakes. Domino's got it perfect and their thin crust never barks or bites in terms of it's texture. Going with the hand-tossed crust reveals an airy texture to go with a garlic flavor that makes this crust a taste sensation. For those who like a tangy sauce, Domino's lights it up and when you ask for extra sauce you get extra sauce that is extra tasty! Topping portions can be considered at least adequate and are of good quality. Service speed for pickup is outstanding. A typical dine-in pizza parlor's pizza takes almost half an hour to prepare and cook. Domino's is around 10 minutes and there are no shortcomings in the food despite the quick turnaround time. Since Dave's Pizza was hit by arson and then closed plus having the Bay Area lose it's Pizza Hut some years ago, local pizza alternatives got cut down considerably. Hopefully Domino's keeps going with their approach to making a better pizza and at a reasonable price too! read more

When the delivery driver can he had to inspect the pizza to make sure that we didn't eat too much of the wrong pizza. Kinda weird. DIRTY!!! While waiting to pick up my order I watched as the cooks went from holding the work phone and picking her nose to making pizzas without washing her hands. The other was texting and went directly back to making pizzas without washing her hands. Cellphones are very dirty, they NEED to wash their hands! They did this blatantly in front of customers and coworkers. On another occasion, a different worker tossed shredded cheese upward into her mouth, risking it falling back out of her mouth into the customers' food. VILE!
