I went there today in the drive-through. I was ordering 2 10 piece chicken nugget meals. while I was ordering, I couldn't help but laugh at something that my friend sitting passenger had said. it had nothing to do with the lady taking my order nor did it have anything to do with us getting food. However, the lady taking my food order, had a nasty attitude and repeatedly kept telling me to stop laughing and when I corrected her about me ordering two meals because she only put down one meal she said to me in a very nasty tone " that's not what you said. I couldn't hear you cause you wouldnt stop laughing." so I told her and apologized and said that I meant to get two orders and she yet again very rudely said "I couldn't hear you wouldn't stop laughing, but we're not gonna argue about that." every other time I've been here it's been great customer service however anytime that girl in particular is here She always has a nasty attitude and looks like she's high on something. I don't know her name, but I know she's a blonde with ratchet hair. Will not be coming back for a long time. ps, i wouldn't have minded if her tone was different and she wasn't so disrespectful about it. however she came at us very nasty and rude. read more

Service took forever and once the food came out everything was lukewarm and the Big Mac looked like it had been thrown together and was falling apart and was missing a bunch of ingredients. Everything was on there but just in very small quantities. They practically threw the food out of the window at us and we were left feeling completely robbed since McDonald's is not cheap food anymore. We were starving and barely ate any of it. Was not very happy I had to repeat what I wanted 4 times !!!and it was simple and I got nothing what I ordered. I always forget to check before I leave the window. It really pisses me off when I get home and my order is incorrect if you can't understand the language, please, verify the order when you go to the window and pay. I understand nobody wants to work so you have to take what you get but please try to understand. It's very frustrating and it makes people not want to come back. Two days in a row my order was totally wrong I did not receive items that I did order and received some that I didn't order. My child is allergic to mayonnaise and I said absolutely no mayonnaise please I when the sandwich came it had extra mayonnaise. Thank God I was the one to look through the bag when we got home. It's probably one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. It's always crowded and they seem to move pretty slow. I will say it's not keeping me from picking up chicken nuggets and french fries for my son. read more

Had a nice morning experience today, before boarding the ferry. The young woman at the counter was professional and friendly. She greeted us and the other customers warmly and even came to our table to check to see that everything was OK. Can't seem to get orders right in the morning. Last week ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel, and got a McGridle. Today ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel, and got it on a biscuit. Also, the fries are always way too salty. Have to order with out salt to avoid your tongue shriveling up. read more

Typical McDonald's with decent food and rather long lines but I suppose that is to be expected. The inside of the restaurant has been beautifully remodeled and they have been taking steps in the right direction when it comes to cleanliness in recent years. This may not be the best McDonald's I have been to but it is certainly not the worst either. read more
