A well run 5 guys burger. My little fries were not so little. Huge portions here. Burger was juicy and the veggies on my burger was fresh too. Restaurant was well lit and very clean too. Hard to find restaurants that are open during the off peak season around here. Glad they were open. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again. read more

Every single employee in there was extremely nice as if they had just started their shift. It's not often that this is the case in the world today, and I hope they get recognized for this. I do like how you can add as many toppings as you want to the burger, and they give you a ton of fries, but $14 for a takeout burger and fries is a bit much in my opinion. read more

I hadn't been to Five Guys in awhile and sadly, it's not what I remember. The french fries were always our favorite, especially since they are all natural with the skin on. Well, these fries were a huge DISAPPOINTMENT!!! These have a strange coating that made most of the fries inedible--very hard with some even too difficult to bite. They did not put any sauce on my cheeseburger and then I told them and they were not trying to put the sauces on my burger and they indeed did not put the sauce on my burger, they just disrespectfully placed the sauces in front of me for me to do myself. Probably one of the best Burger places out there. I've never regretted eating here. Always good. The friendliness of the staff happens as soon as you walk through the door. They greet you right away. Everyone is very upbeat and friendly. A very inviting atmosphere. The food is really good, burgers are very tasty and about a thousand French fries in my bag also warm and tasty. So many fries that I couldn't finish them all. That was my fault, don't order a double Burger and then get a large fries. Go with the small because they always throw extra in the bag. I got a double Burger, large fries and a large fountain drink. My bill came to $17.03. A little more than I'm used to paying for lunch, but I don't eat here all the time so it was definitely worth the treat. read more

I ordered online thru the mobile order website which is very easy - I entered the store and was greeted by multiple members of the crew - I was asked for some clarification on my mobile order. I also requested one small change to include lettuce on one of the orders which was no problem at all. Fries were made fresh and were still hot when I returned home 12 mins later. Last time I reviewed a 5 guys it was the Valley Forge store a few years ago and it was overrated to say the least. I was far from impressed then but it seems 5 Guys have stepped up their game. Or maybe it's the different location, we'll see. My wife and I stopped in while running errands and each ordered a burger. The burgers were juicy, done right and extremely tasty this time. I'm a mushroom fan and she loves her pickles, both burgers had the right amount of toppings. And I do love the shelled peanuts, nice little nosh while you're waiting for your burger. Still not a fan of the fries though. Still gritty and funky tasting. I'll take the Shake Shack Crinkle Cuts any day over them. read more

I must admit that I've been skeptical of this burger chain. My hubby has eaten here several times and has raved about his experience. I finally decided to try it since we live in a small beach town with limited options. This location is in a strip mall with Walmart, Lowes, Michael's and etc. The parking lot is large so no issues with space. Service was friendly. Clean restaurant and restrooms. We ordered 2 little burgers and a small fries to share. They also offer a long list of free toppings to add to your burger. He got a little burger loaded with japalenos, grilled onions, and mushrooms. I had a little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. They cook your burgers on the spot and it served hot right off the flat top. If you like your fries crispy like us then make sure you order it well done. Overall, if you're craving a cheeseburger and Burger King or McDonald's is not your cup of tea (definitely not ours!) then drop by for a Five Guys burger. It's definitely worth a try. One of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant. I was with 2 friends. I only ordered a regular fries and a beverage. They market their fries as EXTRA WELL DONE fries would imply cooked well and crispy or crunchy. My fries were brown but they were barely warm and SOFT. Best described as flacid. This was my first time eating here and everything was amazing! It was one of the best burgers I've ever had, primarily for its great seared crust on the burger patties. A little burger is one patty and a regular burger is two hamburger patties. Also, there are a bunch of toppings you can add on which are all free! It was our first time getting food at Five Guys, not very impressed. The burgers were average, nothing spectacular or special. I asked for no ketchup or mustard and got quite a bit of mustard on my burger. The Cajun fries tasted like they were seasoned with season salt and were under cooked.
