First of all the service is super slow and really unfriendly. Now for the worse part. Some super shady individual hanging outside near my car along with one if the workers. Pretty sure that individual siphoned gas from my car. When turned on my car to leave it had less gas than when arriving and quickly registered less gas as I drove down the highway. Had to stop to refuel and then my car worked normally. I can't stand a theif. And the McDonald's worker there probably knew what happened and if he did he's just as guilty. Just visited this location on the way home to get kids dinner. I placed a mobile order and selected "curb side" pick up. After waiting around 20 minutes, I went inside to find out what was going on. My food was sitting there cold and I was informed that they didn't do curb side anymore. I had them remake everything only to get home to find that they left the fries out of my son's order. Service was fine at first and then after I asked for some sauce the person working acted annoyed and gave me 2 packets. I had gotten 3 meals with large fries and asked for some extra afterwards and she said I would have to pay extra. This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I drive through here several times a week and have stopped because it is convenient. No more... In the past the food is been undercooked, overcoat, I've been given someone else's orders or I ordered a meal and got only a sandwich and had to go back for them to complete my order. I actually had an employee argue about what food I ordered. The manager stepped in and gave me my correct food and show the employee my receipt to prove I was right they were wrong. Are you kidding me? I put the McDonald's mobile app on my phone. Make sure I got my food I ordered my meal before entering the establishment. Waited 15 minutes no food. When I inquired employee they didn't have a mobile order on their screen. I pulled out my phone and showed them my order on their mobile app. They suddenly started scrambling for my meal. I overheard one employee tell another one they must have accidentally canceled my order. Never again will I stop here. I am now going to call the regional or district office to inform them. So my husband and I went for a nugget run. Waste of my life, let me tell you. They were out of hot mustard and chili sauce so she said the closest she could do was honey mustard. I said ok. Never got any sauce. No napkins. Gave me spicy nuggets instead of regular. My sprite had no syrup so it just tasted like tonic water. My fries were cold and so were my husbands cheeseburgers.
