What a joke of an establishment especially for a Chik fil a store. The good - the coke was ice cold and tasted great. Thats it for this part. The bad - absolutely inept order taker. I have no idea where she learned how to talk but she definitely needs to work on communicating with customers. The tator tots were cold and full of oil and tasted just bad. They definitely gave me old tots as a way to save money. The ugly - the chicken sandwich was absolutely a RIP OFF. I think their business model revolves around "how badly can we rip off people today?" Because it literally wasnt big enough to cover the biscuit or even touch both sides in addition to being slightly thicker than my straw. I'm here in Clarksville TN visiting and I've been to many Chick FIL A thru out the country. I must say I've had many positive experiences with your franchise. But I visited this location today for a early dinner. I was blown away by the customer service and how helpful this young man was. Not only was he super sharp with his appearance but he took the time to ensure that I got what I wanted even though I was unsure what to order. The young man, Solomon Meohler, was patient, and even suggested the chicken salad which I've never had. But I didn't want a sandwich which is why he suggested the chicken salad and I must say it didn't disappoint. Hats off to your establishment because clearly not only did he have proper training but he was efficient and friendly. Not only that what he suggested was on point. Never go here. Maybe 1x a year we go. I ordered on the app & drove through the drive thru. At first, you see 2 signs on both sides of a line. You think that there's 2 @ 1st but there's 1 that goes to 2. There are signs posted to not block the intersection. People are still clueless & block people exiting out. There's not 1 staff to make sure the exit is "okay." I ended up parking on the side of the drive thru. Weird! No signs there. We ended up going inside to pick up. There's too many employees inside the building that have no idea what their job is. Need more employees educated on getting the flow going inside. The food was great!!! I suffered excruciating pain from food poisoning from a contaminated salad that I consumed from this location. After reporting to Chic-fil-a and its affiliates they acknowledged their faults and I was offered a coupon for a free meal. With $6000 in medical bills from their negligence a free meal is not acceptable. I eat here or get drive-thru monthly on average. Today, I did curbside pickup for the first time. I used their mobile app to order and just parked in one of the spots. I really liked that better than the drive-thru. Although, I must mention that they have an awesome drive-thru service to make the line(s) move faster and ordering smoother. This location gets pretty busy often, especially on Saturdays since everyone knows they are closed on Sundays! Ha. It only took me a few Sundays to figure that out. Hee-hee. We have been to this Chick-fil-A multiple times since we moved here in July. Every time they either get something on our order wrong, take forever to get your order to you, or both. Last time we were there, they gave us our nuggets but no drinks. We had to ask them to get our drinks several times before they gave them to us. When we complained to the manager, she was happy to reimburse us and tell us that she was going to work on getting her staff trained better, but there is never any improvement. I have been to Chick-fil-A locations in several different states over the years, but this one is by far the worse location I have been to. My wife went through the drive thru on 1/26/23 at 11:06am and was up next to place her order with the female Chick-fil-A employee standing outside. My wife sat there for 2 minutes right next to them while they complained about how it's unfair that they had to be stuck outside placing orders, etc etc and never acknowledged my wife. It got to the point where my wife took out her phone and placed her entire order on the app. Then they finally just asked rudely what her name was and said to pull forward after my wife then told her she placed it online instead. Then my wife gets to the window and was rudely greeted by another female attending the window and told her to pull forward which my wife did. She then comes out side and tells her to move again. If I could rate this a 0 I would. There are so many young kids that work here and are a bit rude. They are very lazy. I asked for something simple, I'm severely allergic to pickles, like very very severely allergic. I wouldn't be able to breathe if I were to touch it or eat it. I would ask, if they can put a red flag and put allergic to pickles so that way the cooks could change their gloves. They instantly roll their eyes and say okay but when I look at the ticket it just says no pickles. When I would receive my food, my husband would have to check my food to check if there is no pickles on my sandwich. The box would state no pickles but my husband always has to check just it just in case because I don't like to take any chances. Well there would be pickles on the sandwich. I would go to the front and would ask for a manager. The manager would say, "Oh I'm sorry I'll remake it and I'll make them change their gloves. Did you want a brownie for an inconvenience." I look at her and say are you serious? A brownie? Do you not realize? That I told your employee that I am severely allergic to pickles and to put a red flag and you want to give me a brownie for an inconvenience for employees messed up on? If I did not check my food and bit my sandwich, because the box said no pickles. I would have instantly been in the hospital and wouldn't have been able to breathe.
