I'm not usually a breakfast eater but since it was my birthday, I wanted to celebrate with some hot cakes. When we walked at 7:28 this morning, there was only one other couple in the dining room who had placed their order. When we walked up to the counter it took over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence-and it was me that initiated the conversation that I wanted to place an order. We placed our order and went to sit down. There was not a clean table or chair in the entire restaurant. I asked for a wet rag or napkin so I could wipe down a table. The lady who took my order did come out and wipe off 2 tables and 2 chairs. As we waited for our food, 4 people came in from the drive through with wrong orders. One man had been asked to.pull up to wait on his order waited for so long that he finally came in to get his food. Finally our food arrived. My order was wrong but I decided not to reorder. My pancakes were cold and the butter wouldn't melt at all. There was no salt & pepper on the tray or anywhere in the restaurant. Since there was no one at the counter again, I didn't want to waste my time waiting again so my food could get any colder. I am not one to write bad reviews. In fact this is my first ever because this was the worst experience ever. I hope the management sees these reviews and will make some changes. Great service at 9:30PM on a Sunday night. White Gentleman with tattoos on both arms, and beard was working his butt off! They had a sign they were closing early tonight and yet he was on point to get us our full order. He gave us our orders while speaking clearly, quick and kindly. He made sure we checked we had everything after waiting a minute for fresh, perfectly salted fries! He made sure we got anything extra like sauces, straws and napkins. The line was moving quickly, too! I'm traveling on a cross-country road trip with my wife and we're exhausted. We're hungry for something quick as we don't want to stop so settle for McDonald's. We rather not this junk because we're use to it being SO horrible and mediocre service. I have felt so compelled to write a review for a f'n fast food place like McDonalds but that's how great he was! Give this man some kudos and a raise. Tonight my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru around 8pm. We ordered 4 McDoubles Plain and an ice cream cone. Once we made it back home we realized they had given us the wrong order. So we called and they never once apologized for giving us the wrong food and were asked to bring the wrong order back to replace what was given to us. The employee seemed so causal about the entire thing and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Once we got back to return the food the employee was on her cellphone. I was craving a Quarter Pounder and I had it on my mind and when I went through the drive-through and ordered I was eager to bite into my sandwich, only to receive it, partially cooked. At first in the dim light it we only saw a bit of pink but when we went inside to get another sandwich, the light exposed more pink the color of Peter Rabbit's lil pink nose. Immediately i got nauseous and light-headed and almost wanted to give up on the Quarter Pounder forever or ever eating another burger. They cooked me another burger but the memory has left its stain. Drive thrus are supposed to be convenient. One of the order speakers never works and if it does you can't understand what they're saying. Last time I went it took 15 minutes just to get past the speaker box. Stopped for a quick bite to eat while traveling, and our meal left something to be desired. Took a long time to get our food. Fries and fish sandwich were left sitting on the counter while the rest of the food was being made, so they were cold. Ended up with two Maple Dijon chicken sandwiches when one of them was supposed to be a Pico De Gallo/Guacamole chicken sandwich. One of the chicken sandwiches was supposed to have no onions, but of course they still put them on. We also ordered two side salads. They didn't have any made, but said they could make some. All the salads had on them were lettuce; no carrots and tomatoes as advertised. A lot of the lettuce was soggy and had to be picked out.
