I feel like she went over and beyond with courtesy. We didn't have to wait for our food everything was ready when we got to the window and she gave it to us with a smile. This Wendy's has a decent cordial staff now a lot more professional does a pretty strong volume of business also. I came in and ordered a classic chicken combo sandwich no pickle. light mayo substituted baked potato for fries and of course they have the freestyle machine so I had a couple of Seagram's diet ginger ales. quality of food is very good baked potato was nice and fresh steaming hot very good. you're doing a very good job on adhering to the cleaning and sanitizing also. read more

I went through the drive thru at about 11:20pm say there til 11:37 just to be told the drive thru was closed, they helped 6 ppl in the building and never said a word to me for 17 minutes their map says they are open til 1:00 inside and drive thru don't waste your time and go there very very disappointed read more

Driving home November 6 from Far Eastern Tennessee, I was traveling with Big Sis and her husband. We stopped for lunch around 11 a.m., and there were no lines. The friendly Amilya took our orders, and we decided to dine in. I got two junior cheeseburgers without buns ($1.98) and a senior beverage (69 cents). I was so excited about getting a senior beverage, I was set on refilling as much as I could before we left. And I did. The burgers were really good and meaty. The restrooms were clean. read more

The main topic and focus is DOM. When going through the drive through we were waiting at the window (not the line) for 15mins, so much calling it fast food. DOM was just stairing us down, with his uncomfortable, unnecessary beading eyes. Customer service went down the tube if DOM is involved. I have four words to say about this place. Okay so here's what happened- I was starving and craving a full size Chicken Apple Pecan Salad on Monday 3/7/16 so I made the error of stopping at this location at 5pm. I pulled up to the drive thur and placed my order and then I sat and waited and waited and had a birthday and waited and ... what the heck- there was no one there- I could see the front counter through the window and there wasn't a line- nothing. The girl at the window took my cash which btw, they are more expensive than the other locations in Hopkinsville, and she disappeared- never said I'm sorry for your wait- your SALAD will be ready soon- it's a flippin salad. FINALLY it arrived and the chicken was hot which IF it wouldn't have been, I would have lost my mind. SO, IF you are hungry go to another location b/c you could pass away waiting for your food at this location. 'Fast food' isn't a priority at this Wendy's. read more

Ok I have 30 min break and they managed to kill 23 min preparing my food. So if u hungry and had schedule to keep to go there. But food was good and somewhat fresh. Overall they have slow service and no apologies. Place was somewhat clean. Soda fountain was little bit dirty. I wouldn't do there again. This is a 5 Star review because of Jodie who we've encountered now on two visits. Each time we've traveled through she goes the extra distance to make sure our order is accurate and all with a genuine sweet and friendly demeanor. If we say no cheese on our burger she checks to make sure there's no cheese. If we say no salt on our fries, she doesn't dump the fries in the salty fry tray, she used tongs directly out of the fry basket. Reward her work ethic, it's deserved. Also, we've experienced other good employees at this Wendy's. We're guessing their relatives of armed forced personnel from Fort Campbell. Very conscientious! read more

The service here is never that great. The people aren't too friendly. We stop here sometimes on the way up to the lake from Nashville. The food is hit or miss. A couple times it's been your standard Wendy's fare and other times the buns on the burgers taste like they've sat out all night, hard as buns of steel. read more

This place is anything but "fast" food. Took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. Once I did get it the fries were cold, and the hamburger was nothing like any other Wendy's hamburger I have ever had. Just truly terrible service and quality, even for a fast food establishment. read more

The Wendy's over here is way better than the Wendy's down fort Campbell blvd in Clarksville, these people are friendly and cater to your needs. The place is a well kept diner and just have a nice attitude to the place. read more
