This location deserves its low rating. We did the drive through and I understand it's difficult to hear over the bustle at the restaurant but they messed up our order. Wanted a filet o fish meal and they rang up a mcchicken meal. Then wanted a four piece happy meal with nuggets and they rang up a 40 piece nuggets, no meal. Ended up with a filet o fish meal but no happy meal, just plain nuggets. Thanks a lot for no toy. That was the whole point of the stop. And the cashier was surly. I placed a mobile order for a happy meal. When we arrived, there was a line at the drive thru so I went inside to pick up the order. I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for my order. They were busy but 40 MINUTES! The whole time I waited, I got to watch the staff complain, argue, and yell at each other. We made a quick stop here after being stuck in detour traffic when a long stretch of the interstate highway was closed. We had another restaurant in mind for dinner so we just used the restrooms and then ordered a McChicken, a cheeseburger, and a drink. For some reason there were quite a few flies all around the counter. I had read this comment by another reviewer but thought it must be taken care of by now. It wasn't! I didn't notice flies in the dining area, but maybe I wasn't there long enough. They seemed to mostly be around the order counter. For any restaurant an occasional fly can get in; but this was not acceptable. As for the rest of our experience at this location, the staff was friendly and the restrooms were even clean. But I would not return because of the situation with the flies; that is too bad because the rest of our experience was OK. read more

I'd give this place a chance. It was really clean and the service was friendly. They're super busy, being right off the highway, which explains the wait. We didn't wait to long, about 5-10 minutes and they were fairly busy. I think the reviews on here might be old before this place was remodeled. Maybe the bad reviews are why this place is so nice now. Not really sure. I'd say this is a pretty average mcdonalds. Pretty clean, decently quick, decent service. Driving through on the way back from vacation we decided to get some Micky D's to go. Wow, big mistake to stop here. Here is the list of observations. -The service was slow. I only saw two people. -The place looked dirty as I peered through the drive through window. -The food tasted like it was cooked a little too far in advance as the fries were dry reminded me of chalk. -The bun on the quarter pounder was also stale. -They had to tip the sweet tea pot for the last few drops to try and fill up the cup. It was watered down anyways. - They had old signage up and I was told that burger was no longer available. This experience is unlike any other I have had at this chain. Today we stopped by this establishment on our way to Colorado. The place was absolutely trashed! The bathrooms were totally disgusting. Ever single table had trash and/or crumbs on it or under it. There was a pop spilled all over the floor and instead of cleaning up they out a wet floor sign over it. I ordered my food at 5:06 and didn't get served until 5:28. When they called my number I commented to the employee that we had waited over 20 minutes for our food. Her response was "I know." I replied back that a more appropriate answer would have been an apology to which I got a smart aleck "I'm sorry." I also called once we got on the road and the "manager's" response was they couldn't help it because they were short staffed on a holiday weekend. I guess that excuses poor customer service?
