This location can be very busy surprisingly the line moves very smooth most often. I'm pretty simple but usually breakfast is on point sometimes I forget I hash brown but no big deal. I did however call me after work and I ordered 2/4 pounder's one with no cheese plain and just one with no cheese made fresh, This is my burger I could not believe they actually serve this especially when I asked for it to be fresh. I don't have eaten there afterwards I'm hesitant to order any of the premium products as they don't seem to put on the correct toppings! The service was fast and exactly what I ordered. However the restaurant was a mess. The tables were visibly dirty: mustard, wrappers, etc. The floor had been mopped with dirty water. It was like walking on an oil slick and not necessarily safe. I'd worked in fast food before and realize this from kitchen frying grease. But they need to train their staff to use several changes of hot soapy water to remedy the situation. read more

We love to use the mobile order option but this McDonald's definitely does not embrace it, in fact there are issues with it about every other time of going there. As usual there was an issue on their end so I had to call the restaurant for help the guy that answered the phone was not helpful and was very rude, in the 2 minute conversation he said twice they were busy and what I needed to do to make things easier for them. read more

We tried to eat in the dining room but the doors were locked, there was however one person eating inside. We went back a half hour later and there were two new people eating there but the doors were still locked. We went thru the drive thru and I asked when the dining room closes and I was told when they are short staff by the manager or whoever she was that was in charge. I mentioned we were there a half hour ago and the doors were locked now there's two people eating inside. She lied and said they were there before. This McDonald's seems to practice favoritism. It's a mcD's if only there was a place that served the same burger I got at every other location.... I base my two stars on the only fact of they no longer offer dip cones and the fact that they don't have a play place for kids. This mcD's is a tourists survival box for when they pass through Oregon. It will supply you the same nasty microwaved grease that you get at home. This is the worst McD's around. I don't eat at McD's often, maybe once or twice a year. Every time I've eaten at this one though it's been terrible. The first time I ate here, I went through the drive through and the people were rude. The woman taking payment, didn't even look at me and just held her out. I ask how much and she acted like I wanted her to jump through hoops. She grudgingly gave me the amount and when she gave me my change, all she did was stick her hand out the window again and dropped the change in my hand, never looked to see if I actually caught it. Then, to get the food, I drove to the next window and all this woman did was practically throw the bag at me. I filed a complaint with their Corp office and a couple of days later got a call from the owner apologizing all over herself and sent me coupons for 2 free meals. I gave them away. About 2 years later, tried them again. Order a double Filet O Fish and fries. Got home and it was a single. Called the store to complain, spoke to a girl who said she was the manager and would make this up to me by sending me a coupon for a double. Never sent it. Today, wanted to buy 2 Quarter Pounders on the 2 for $5 menu and was told McD's took them off that menu. I called Corp office and asked about it That's a lie. But they did tell me that any franchise can have any or all of what's available. I have never had courteous service at this location and I know the Owner's son is the manager. read more

My boyfriend left his wallet there on accident so I called the manager and they said there was no wallet found so he would call me back. So my boyfriend went to the McDonald's to ask if they found his wallet and again the manager said no. One of the employees that knows him and I personally said they found it and someone had it SO I'm wondering why I we were told no twice by the managers? read more

This place was disgusting. There were flies everywhere including about 30 of them just sitting on menu behind the counter. The staff was complaining about customers in the drive thru in front of other customers inside. The service was slow so people were honking at them in the drive thru to hurry up and we waited 15 minutes to get our food. There were no clean tables even though only 3 of them were occupied when we were there and had to switch tables twice because of dried soda. Definitely sticking to the Byron location next time.
