Instead we received 5 drinks, including drinks two large ones that we did not order but were charges for them. When we pointed this out, the extra drinks were taken away from us with no refund or compensation. We never asked for 5 drinks. So that was a bit rude 2. Menu discrepancies. We ordered onion rings, which are advertised to come with a free zesty sauce. Staff insisted we would have to pay extra if we wanted a single sauce to go with the rings, which is not according to the menu. 3. Poor service and missing items . The employee did not repeat back our order, did not offer a crown, and was disengaged, laxadasical and generally unwilling to belp. Another employee handed us our order after he gave us (way too many) drinks, ans without fixing the issues. We were not given napkins, silverware, or ketchup. 4. Food quality. The chicken fries were overcooked and extremely hard, inedible, and had to be thrown away (clacked against the counter like a rock). Again, quality and service issues have happened multiple times over the last three weeks.
