Wow.....I keep going here because it's close and I am always in Walmart.keep hoping thing would get better. There is such a huge turnover of people that it is not the most efficient McDonald's. Almost every time I go there is something wrong with my order. Some fast food restaurants are so good at what they they do and some are not. I will keep going. I prefer this mcdo location or place, because my husband is always asking for quater pounder and make it like big mac , but some other mcdo just gave him quarter pounder or big mac, but this place they are really knowledgeable they know what my husband's special request something that we really appreciate and thankful because they are passionate with their work. Staffs are really polite and accommodating I open my son's toy and he didn't like it and they even change it. Ok McDonalds a basic place, right? Yeah it's medium But guess what? I got a "The Spicy McCrispy™" and I got it without spincyness! And Then I got fries they were barely got fried! Then I went back this time it was the first and then I went threw the Drive-Thru and I just got a happy meal, a regular burger, fries, and a Oreo McFlurry and guess what? It took 1+ Hour to get ordered plus I saw barely any employee's! I heard them talking curse words! The service sucked! Sometime they were just standing there taking and not making the food it took around 1:30 (1 hour and 30 minutes) for what? This McDonalds is inside Wal Mart, thats pretty much all I need to say. I just ordered a hot carmel sunday. It was good. The cashier was pretty nice and was entertaining some kids that came in after me. The seating area had quite a few dirty tables and I was the only person in there. Wal Mart and McDonalds go together quite well, they are places I go when convince is the key element. Otherwise I avoid them at all costs. read more

It's 4:30 AM and I haven't slept ALL night because the "decaf" i ordered at 3:00 PM yesterday was clearly not decaf. As I haven't had caffeine since 2008, I don't appreciate the uninformed substitution and I will be exhausted from no sleep today. Every other coffee shop will tell you they are out of decaf and you have to wait or they make a decaf specialized coffee and charge you more. Either way, they don't expose you to large doses of a chemical that makes your brain race and you lose sleep. I am very angry about this and will be coming back to the store during the day tomorrow to request a formal apology, a refund, and to inform them that I will never shop in their store again unless they can explain to me how they will prevent this from happening in the future. I will also post this review on every McDonald's until I get a corporate apology and explanation that this was an individual mistake by a thoughtless, lazy employee and not a poorly written policy by McDonald's HQ. Why? Because in the 13 years I have not had caffeine, this has only ever happened to me AT McDonald's (multiple times in at least 6 different cities/locations). read more

Dropped in whilst picking up some groceries at Walmart this morning. Had to stand around like a mannequin until the cashier was finished having a conversation with his friend about what they did last night, I let an elderly gent step in front of me who just wanted to refill his coffee to which he was given and eye roll & the two then laughed at him after he walked off. The young - difficult for me to call him a man, through his lack of maturity - then mumbled something and nodded at me, I asked him if he could repeat please as I didn't hear him. Again I was met with an eye roll and the response "I just wanna know what you want". Very disappointing from a classic American brand. This place seems a dump from the customer service to the (lack) of uniforms. I won't be back. read more

Having a "A" star rating seems pretty fair, but when I got my Big Mac there was legit metal clippings inside the bun, top and bottom! I took it back up to the lady at the register and she told me the cook said it was "burnt" toast off the bun.... pretty sure we all know the difference between the two. They messed up my order and didn't realize till I was home. I called about 5 times to chew them out and never picked up. This is the worst Mc Donalds EVER! Time to overhaul the store and hire competent people to run this location no matter how big or small they always manage to Fuck it up. This is not complex orders by the time you get home and discover the screw up and call only morons answer the phone. Unfortunately we live in Palm Springs and not a lot of options . The problem is the people who work in kitchen only speak Spanish. Front end help and drive through are at least bi lingual. We ordered 6 cheeseburgers. We came out, opened them up, and noticed that one of them had NO meat, and a third bun (Like a Big Mac). Another just plain had no meat. How could you make a mistake as big as that? I don't reccomend going here. read more

So I decide to stop at Walmart and grab a cuppa coffee at McDonald's. Walmart opens at 6 AM it was 602 and the metal gate is partially open. And I stand around waiting and the lady comes up and locks the gate. I asked her what time do you open. Her reply is not yet. Again I asked her what time do you open. She replied 6 AM.
