This is officially the worst McDonald's in the world. I've never been able to place an order in the app and pick it up b/c it's not ready . I've always been told to pull over because the food is never ready at the drive-through. The Dairy Queen across the street is better. Just avoid this at all costs , they won't get your order right or they will shorten you or you'll end up waiting 45 minutes at 10 AM for a breakfast sandwich. read more

ZERO STARS!!! Horrible Management here! I really despise going to this location no matter if it's Morning, Noon, or Night!! I work in the area and live close by. They have had terrible customer service for YEARS! They never have any food ready and they make you wait for 15+ mins while you get to hear them laughing and playing. You also get the opportunity to spend your day watching others get their food and drinks while you wait for them to acknowledge you. Very unprofessional! I went there just this morning because my daughter wanted a latte. I was told to pull out of the line and waited for 10+ mins while No-One was in the drive through. So, I went in, NO-ONE was working the latte machine. They were just standing there, looking. One employee told me that they were working hot foods or something along those lines when I inquired about my latte. Zero stars. This McDonalds is horrible. I order a McCrispy deluxe in the app. There were two cars ahead of me in line. I waited in line over 10 minutes. when I got come, I open my box to have a super small chicken patty, covered about half the bun, Mayo and pickles, no lettuce, no tomatoes, etc. The fries were hard.. must have been left over from yesterday. I went here for breakfast at 10am there was no one in front of me or behind me in line, there was no line at all. I ordered a breakfast burrito meal and I was told they were out of burritos, I ordered a McMuffin instead with a frappe, they told me there frappe machine was down, I ordered an OJ instead. Upon completing my order I was told that I must pay with exact change or use my card. I payed for my meal moved to the second window for pickup and I was instructed to pull forward and they would bring my McMuffin meal out to me,mind you there was NO one in line. I want to compliment the drive thru staff for improving its service in the last couple of weeks. I had begun to believe that the standard wait from placing my order until getting my food would always be between five and ten minutes; however, the last few weeks have seen an immense improvement. I noticed that every car had someone in them waiting. We waited for about 20 min. and a little skinny white girl came to our car three times and said did you order blah blah blah, and we would say no, and she would go to another car. On her forth trip to our car, she just said here is your order, have a great day. She through the bag at us and we left, only to get home and find out that we had someone else's order.
