This McDonald's is literally a joke. They are going so far downhill they need to just close that place and put a new restaurant there something that we don't already have in Panama City like an In-N-Out and you know what I don't even think it's the actual restaurant that sucks it's the people that work in the restaurant that suck they jacked the price is up so high you might as well go to Chick-fil-A but my kids like McDonald's sometimes I don't feed them McDonald's very often because it's all disgusting. I go there spend $11 of course because I used my points and got them a 10 piece nugget meal with a large fry and then I ordered an extra value fry with a large Sprite the Sprite taste like they ain't clean the machine out and I can't tell you how long the french fries were old cold and stale so I turned around went back told them that the french fries were old cold and stale so what did they do? They dropped some old french fries back in the fryer and re-rocked the shit out of them. That's what they did so we didn't get no fresh fries. If I could give zero stars, I would. One of the most unpleasant fast food experience we've ever had. We mobile ordered our food at 7:50 and at 9:15 are just leaving McDonald's. I think we waited an initial forty minutes until we got our food, which was highlighted by the employees telling us that their receipts were too backed up so they couldn't see where our order was. Granted, they were busy but the employees were very dismissive and almost flustered by us asking. We decided to go through the drive through instead of continuing to wait inside and we waited an additional fifteen minutes. Once we finally got our food, we checked it and one of our burgers was missing an entire patty, despite it having been noted on the receipt sticker. We notified an employee who was bringing an order outside and she told us she would take care of it and brought the entire burger inside. We waited another 20 minutes before deciding to go inside and see if we could get our order. The shift leader, who seemed very overwhelmed, came and took a picture of our order and got it remade. We made sure to say no cheese or vegetables, just bread meat and ketchup. However, once we finally got it, there was cheese on it, so yet again another wasted burger. I don't know what crew was working last night but they were extremely disrespectful. We ordered a frozen coke and when we got to the pickup window we were told they didn't have any. Okay cool. She then offered the 2 other flavors and we said no and ask if we could get a regular coke instead. She then slammed the window closed. We sat there because we thought she was going to bring us a regular coke since we ALREADY PAID. She then came back and threw the window open and asked what we were doing and we said well we haven't been given our drink we ordered and PAID for. And then proceeds to bring us a small coke. Nasty nasty nasty. Came here and ordered my family food- including 2 cheeseburgers for my father on hospice. He didn't have an appetite in his final days so when he asked for mcdonald's, I jumped on it. I got home to two black buns, dry burnt burgers, with absolutely nothing on them. He obviously didn't eat them, and our food was also burnt and plain. Went back in and the manager told me I had to get a refund through the app. Corporate told me the refund had to be done in store. I paid and pulled to the 2nd window where they gave me my drink and told me to pull around to the front of the building with about 6 other cars. Food was horrible, the tea was sour and the manager was screaming across the restaurant to get two employees to het back to work because they were at the height of the rush ( I was the only one in there). If I place a mobile order sitting at under the oaks park, and drive alllll the way to their location on Tyndall parkway, I should not have to wait an additional 20 minutes for old food! The lady forgot to put my other meal in my bag before I left with my curbside pickup, I noticed when I got home and called up there. The manager was very polite and said to come up there and she'll have it ready for me. I ran up and got the nuggets, the ladies were very apologetic and they were so nice...my food the first go round was hot and fresh as well as my second time running up there. The cashier at the drive through always had such an AWFUL ATTITUDE and speaks rudely while taking an order. "What else" while sounding annoyed and bothered to be doing her job. I have been a manager when I was in college and I knew how to talk to people in customer service and I knew how to train my people to talk to people. I don't know what happened. 4 years ago when I moved here the service was awesome and the food was as expected, now it's just a bunch of rude loud "workers" who will literally scream at u in the drive thru.
