The fries were seasoned a bit less than the US shops we've been in, but the quantity was about the same. You can order via the machine, so if your French is not awesome (or non-existent like mine), you don't have to worry. They do announce the order numbers in French, but will fall back to English if they get no takers and have confused people grouped around the pick up counter. If you love salmon, you'll certainly love this! Homer has a diner and fast food atmosphere with a concept and branding that is appealing.
