My family and I were roadtripping from LA and decided to stop at this McDonalds for lunch, what a mistake that was. We pulled through the drive through and ordered our food, we paid, they gave us our drinks and told us to pull to the front. So we're waiting for maybe 15 minutes and finally we say whats taking so long, there is no other cars coming through our customers in the drive through. We go inside and say we are still waiting outside and they ask us for the receipt like they never even took the order! All of your typical McDonald's favorites can be found at this centrally located, new and remodeled site. It has a huge parking lot for big rigs and people towing boats and so forth in the back--super handy if you need it. The inside has always been clean and I respect how nice the employees are. All around positive vibes. Ordered chicken tenders at the drive thru today and will note that I had to wait a considerable amount of time for them (I was asked to pull into a parking spot). I don't mind food being fresh, but the wait was a bit unexpected and parking was annoying. Then I got back to the hotel and felt that they skimped on sauce. read more

I don't know what's going on in Parker I've been gone for 8 months and I came back and I'm so disappointed I used to brag about the service you would get from all your fast food here in Parker Jack in the box McDonald's Taco Bell you were always greeted at the window with a smiling face and asked how was your day and the food was phenomenal well I come back 8 months after being gone and so disappointed nobody at any of the fast food places even bother to answer you at the speaker to take your order I was there this evening at McDonald's set at that speaker for 10 minutes nobody took any orders so I go inside and I'm told by management well we have kids working for us and they're new they don't know what to do yet well then you don't put them to work until they're fully trained and I don't care if their kids or not if you're big enough to go in and ask for a job they need to be able to take on the duties that come with the job just highly highly disappointed My food had so much ketchup it was disgusting I don't know what's going on it's it's saddens me read more

All sinks and toilets except a single urinal were out of order in the mens room. The bench my kid sat on in the booth collapsed while sitting on it. I must say this McDonald's was very clean and the employees were just so kind and helpful. It was nice to see older employees working there. I just felt really good when I left there. This is the 2nd time here and we were not happy either times. First time we had to get out of line to park and wait for our food for 20 mins. Second time (today) that cash register wasn't working and we had to wait 5 mins then we get our food they don't ask if you want any sauce so we asked for hot sauce and the girl closes the window before we could say we want ketchup as well. This was literally the highest price McDonalds I've ever been too. We ordered 2 kids meals, 3 burgers, large Frie and some waters. It was $40. I couldn't not believe it. If I could of pulled out of the drive thru I would. We then pulled up to pay and the worker sat there with our change while she continued to work the drive thru. It was not worth the stop at all! I have been to MANY McDonald's in our RV travels, but this is almost the worst (worst was in Gallup, NM).. It is the highest priced, with the WORST food! The only decent item they have is a fountain drink which is watered down. The place is dirty, the employees appear to be lazy, old (even older than I am, and I'm in my early seventies), and just non-caring. Absolutely the worst crap I've ever tried to eat. Wow! So discusting, we ordered two Dbl Cheeseburgers and two fries at 11:30 am. On 6/7/18. Cheeseburgers ( cheese not melted) so cold and discusting we both took one bite and put them in the trash along with the old and cold (little tiny pieces) fries. Gave us no kersup no napkins no straws. Because of this place we will NEVER eat Mc Donald's discusting unhealthy pre- cooked (no grill) food. Even the fries are made from frozen. Not like it use to be, like IN&OUT made their own fries. McDonalds I predict a soon to be failure of the entire company. The food really sucks. We've never had a bad experience here! We usually go to the drive-thru and order breakfast items no matter the time of day. The items we order are always fresh and tasty. Staff is usually quite friendly and service is quick. We have eaten inside the restaurant so our 2 year old could do the play place, and it is usually pretty clean.
