The service at this establishment is consistently outstanding. I visit several times a week, and each experience has been excellent. Kelly, in particular, stands out as one of the best servers in Lake Havasu. She is exceptionally attentive, has excellent social skills, and provides a level of customer service that is truly second to none. Many other restaurants, in town, could benefit from her expertise. She would make an excellent consultant to help train staff on delivering top tier service. The food is consistently excellent. My go to selections include the cheese sticks, chocolate shake, nachos, ultimate omelette, cookie dough pie, and steak all of which are always prepared to perfection. Trinity, Dawn & Kelly are always thoughtful and ensure that my check reflects my veteran's discount, which I truly appreciate. Decent food and the service is good and quick. We had a 15 min wait but got in to our table in only 5. The bathrooms though are horrendous. The smell is of pure sewage. I have never walked out of a bathroom because of the smell but this smell was beyond acceptable. My wife, son, and I decided to hold our bladder and would not go in there. read more

The service for Dennys was below a average. The hot coffee we ordered tasted old and dark from sitting there for a while, but when I brought it to the server attention she said that was not possible. When our food arrived we were very disappointed, again I brought to the services attention that our hash brown were burn and the bacon to which she said they are suppose to be crunchy and the bacon is black label. Usually this Denny's goes above and beyond but I would not recommend calling or ordering online it seems as though this is a good way for restaurants to fall short of what is expected. Also they skimmed me on my two pieces of turkey bacon in both orders!! Not happy! Update: spoke with the manager who was extremely kind and fixed the issue with accountability. Had breakfast with my wife here. Long time from the last visit because that wasn't that good either. Thought we'd give them a second chance. Sat in a booth by the window even though I hate sitting in them. Looking out the window the shade and window ledge was full of stains. Looks like someone had a food fight in the booth. Looking around several looked like a food fight happened. The Grand Slam was good but the cleanliness of the diner was disgusting. So much for sitting by the window with a view! read more

What an amazing experience! I had a large Togo order last minute for 15, I called and was told I'd have to place this large order online. I was concerned about timing, but they took a chance on me and started prepping my order before I finished placing it online and it was ready within 15 minutes of our phone conversation. I eat at Denny's several times a week mostly breakfast sometimes lunch. I always leave a large tip. I like to sit in a booth further back because it's colder in the front. When I get there I point to the back and they nod their ok and I proceed. For the last two years since my husband died, I've sat back there as early as 7 am. Yesterday Feb. 20. I was there at 8:30 am, I pointed to the back and the woman at the front said in a unfriendly tone "that section isn't open yet", I then answered "then I'll go somewhere else" I heard her say something as I left, don't know what it was. I went to Ihop where I had a delicious waffle. I like the staff at Denny's they are always efficient and nice, however it will be a while before I go there again. read more

First off let me start off by saying I have been to Denny's many times in my life both in California and the one here in Havasu.. but today was a very different experience and I was very impressed to say the least. I came in with my two babies around 8am, The place was clean & looked nice inside, The service by Cory was nothing but short of a standout waiter.. friendly, fast, attentive, professional and listened to mu special requests and helped me even figure out how to save some money..the cooks did an awesome job on the food.. it was fresh, hot, delicious and you can tell made with love.. and guess what everything came out correct that I ordered. The service here isn't bad at all compared to the other Denny's I've been to. Actually, it far exceeds our expectations. Our waitress was wonderful. The only issue we had was the light above the table was a bit too bright, so my husband unscrewed the lightbulb, it was a lot better. The lady who was cleaning up a mess a few tables over said "screw that back in. It needs to stay on." No "please" no "thank you." Instead we were seated at two different tables. First thing the waiter says to us. Another group of 10 came in so we will get to you in a bit. Then took off!!! Polite and attentive staff; food tasted fresh. Large restaurant with lots of available seating. One suggestion though: bring a sweater with you. So as locals, we are very disappointed with the way we were treated. We had a party of 10. There weren't a lot of customers inside so I don't understand what happened. We were told they are not taking more than 8. So I asked if they could split tables. We were fine with that. They tried sitting us across the room from each other. They gave us so many excuses of why they couldn't seat our tables next to each other. They kept telling us that 1 waitress couldn't wait on all of us. It didn't make sense. Are they incapable? So they were happy to tell us about Black Bear Diner down the street. It was obvious we were not welcome, So we left and went there. It was the best decision ever! First of I'm a 34 year old ,and my group was all adults exhausted from being out in the river we didn't even have any energy to be loud but whether this waitress had a bad day or if she's always like this stay clear of a skinny Hispanic lady named Rachelle .. she's probably the rudest server I've ever encountered . On a normal day if i had energy I would have called her out on the spot and correct her actions instead I just told the Manager on duty how she was acting and informed her I'm going to Pay the full bill but not leave any tip . First off, wish there was a way to publish a review with 0 stars. Don , the manager was very rude. She didn't seem to care enough about our concerns and Alex was trying to help us but Don was also giving her a hard time. Worst experience i've had at any restaurant. I hope she has an attitude change because her energy towards customers and her staff is not welcoming. Won't be coming back. On top of it all we had a hair in our cheeseburger. We left a phone here as well and they didn't help us with any names or anything when the location is still present there. Very disappointed. read more
