Possibly the worst-run McDonald's in America. My family gets Happy Meals on Fridays and breakfast once a month - all for the kids. On a consistent basis this location either forgets items or takes 15-20 minutes for an order for a family of 4. Two weeks ago, I had to turnaround to get a 10 piece nuggs they forgot. That's $10, and in today's economy, I can't just toss $10 out. Whatever, this is America, and my kids like McDonald's, just like I did. I can suck it up, right? Today was the final straw. Ordered our breakfast on the app. Get to the drive-thru and these dummies already gave my order to someone else. Cool, not my problem - right? Wrong! They want to re-ring me up, have me pay again, and say I'll get a refund (can't tell me when). I ask why they can't just give me the food I ordered without me paying again. I have my children in the car with me, so I am remaining cool and calm. The manager gets on and basically tells me, too bad, so sad. I either have to pay double for breakfast today or I'm out of luck. Thankfully, I have the money. But what if I only had $25 in my account and wanted to use that to buy my kids a special breakfast? Now I have to overdraw my account and take those fees because McD's messed up. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves and drove across the street to Dunkin'. I'm done. The food is garbage and the place is run by the equivalent of a brain-damaged marmot. This issue could have been resolved so simply, but the manager decided to not use the spongy mass between her ears that medical professionals might generously refer to as her brain and do the right thing. read more

This store is in desperate need of adult supervision. Ordered an egg McMuffin and a sausage burrito. There was one car in front of me. The driver is the care in front repeatedly had to show the person in the window a receipt. This went on for a total of 8 minutes. Finally, after 10 minutes the person received their food. I pulled up and was about to be handed a large coke. Told the female this was not what was ordered and clarified the order. I waited and then was told to pull over. After another 8 minutes I went in the store and was given an attitude by a guy working the window because I asked what the problem was. I was advised that after 10:30AM breakfast is made to order, and it takes a while. Twenty minutes for a simple order is too long to wait irrespective if it is made to order. Don't even bother coming here...... It is the worst customer experience. Went inside to order, and was told to use the Kiosk. (I hate those things... That's why I don't go to Wawa or Royal Farms; but RF I can somewhat tolerate). All I wanted was a side of scrambled eggs and an orange juice. It literally would've taken 10 seconds to take my order.... But "no, use the Kiosk". And she was also standing at the register, as I waited for "my turn". At least a few years ago they were kept somewhat honest because there was a Wendy's across the street. Now it's a Dunkin' Doughnut's. This McDonalds is a hit or miss. I only use the drive thru service and either you breeze through (rare) or you are waiting what feels like forever (most often) and then when you approach the window to pick up your food most times it's not ready and you are asked to park and they will bring your food out to you. If that is what you are instructed it's no telling how long the wait will be...nothing about this is fast. Also don't get me started on their poor and angry assembly of Filet o Fish sandwiches. First they don't even give you an entire slice of cheese and most times it's barely on the sandwich. Better management needed. Worst customer service ever. I was picking up a mobile order my mother placed. Everything had gone through and was said to be ready. I go to the drivethru to pick it up and they tell me that there are no mobile orders. I checked to make sure I was at the right McDonald's, and I was. After sitting in the drivethru for 10 mins, they told me to move up as I was "holding up the line" like it was MY fault that they misplaced my order. I went around the window and the women cashiers at both windows didn't know what was going on. At the second window, the cashier mumbled something about me under her breath and called for the manager. The manager came over and yelled at me that she did not have a mobile order come through for her location. I showed her the information that my mom has sent me on my phone that our order number and receipt. The manager looked at me and said and I quote "I don't know what you want me to do about that. Nothing came through." One of the other, lower on the chain staff members was standing there and yelled at me "oh my God, it didn't go the fuck through. You fucking moron." I pulled away. I will never ever eat at a McDonald's again. I used to work at Chick-fil-A and sometimes mobile orders didn't go through on our system. When that happened, we would ask the customer what they ordered and make the order then and there. Most of the time we would give them the order for free too. That is how you treat a customer. I ordered a large Iced coffee using McDonald's Mobile App. Paid using my bank debit card and payment was authorized at 1:00 PM. At the drive thru, it took 15 minutes just to get to the first window because orders were so backed up. Had to wait several minutes more to get to the second window to pick up my order. The employee didn't know what I ordered so I told her a large iced coffee. She asked me what my food was, told her I didn't order food. Normally they know from the drive-thru window where you place your order to the first window where you pick up your receipt and to the last window where you get your order what you ordered. There are already two cars waiting an extra spots to have them bring their food out. Now the lady at the second window tells me they don't have large cups can can she give me a medium iced coffee. I told her I paid for a large iced coffee, but I was willing for her to give me two iced coffees can I go for it. A man comes out and says he can't do that. So I asked for a refund. He wants me to handle my bank debit card, but won't tell me his name. So I suggest a cash refund since my bank already confirmed McDonald's was paid. He agreed. Next to woman comes out and starts yelling at me she can't do it and she I have to give her my bank debit card. Trying to explain that I don't just hand my card to people without seeing where it goes. I've been scammed before with several unauthorized uses by giving my bank card to waiters when I was on vacation. The woman starts screaming at me that she's calling the cops. At least five cops came out. One went into McDonald's, heard their side of the story and was told I was disorderly and a citation was ordered for me to appear in court for disorderly conduct. All because I was waiting for a refund and they didn't have what I ordered. The police ask why didn't I move my car and handle this inside the store. I wasn't asked by any McDonald's employees to move my car, but did so when the police asked me to. The police asked me if I would give him my bank debit card so he can get the refund and I could come with him. But when we got in the store, the employees said the floor was too greasy and dangerous for me to go back and watch my card being swiped for the refund. All this over $1.06. I've called McDonald's to complain and I'm expecting a call from the general manager tomorrow. But an hour after I moved my car, the drive-thru still was an open, even though I was charged with disorderly conduct for holding up the drive-thru line. The McDonald's lobby was crowded with people who pay ordered through the app and got the wrong orders. Too bad the manager or assistant manager wasn't on hand, because when they let an employee thinks they're in charge blow things out of proportion it's just disgraceful and poor customer service. All I wanted is what I paid for and was told they would refund me $1.06, but changed their mind and apparently lied to the police. read more

I hate this McDonald's the only reason I'd come to it is because it's closest to my house. Today I went and I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and the new bacon Smokehouse Quarter Pounder and when I got home we took a bite of each and they were literally red inside like they were hardly cooked at all it was so disgusting I literally almost threw up. I always have trouble at this McDonald's but this this was the by far the worst experience I have ever had at this McDonald's when it comes to the food.
