twice now I have gotten a Large number 9 meal with a coke for lunch. and both times, I got a medium fry, and no straw. I barely have enough to even eat out, hence why I order the cheapest meal. please give me everything I order for, that's called stealing. why am I paying an extra 15% for my meal when I get less food. that's crazy. also the fries were soggy and cold, at least make them good if you're gonna scam customers. read more

The service here is ridiculously terrible. I walked in had five separate employees look at me and walk past me multiple times without ever saying hello, asking me what I was there for, or acknowledging me in anyway whatsoever. I happened to be here to pick up a DoorDash. One of those employees finally walked out five minutes later and literally threw the bag of food across the counter to me. Still didn't say anything to me, didn't even ask me if this was the order that I was there to pick up. I could've just been some Rando who walked in and stole some food. I don't eat at McDonald's. What happened to this place? Back then it used to be vibrant and colorful and me and my sister would play in the play area while my mom worked here. She left in 2015 and that's when things went downhill. First the play area was turned into an office, then the entire place was remolded and the play area was removed. I've been in the area for 2 years and have watched this McDonalds location deteriorate. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks that took 45mins to receive. There were 6 other cars in the drive thru at the time and I can say with confidence that it took at least 45mins, if not longer, for them to receive their meals. Most of the employees have zero care for their job or the customer. They need to either shut down their drive through or their dining room, because they clearly can't manage both. It makes absolutely no sense how this place is still in business. I'm all about giving folks the benefit of doubt, but this poor service has gone on too long. "Manager" has no customer service skills whatsoever and after reading other reviews seems her excuse is being understaffed for all the issues (exactly what she told us too) Plenty of cars went through drive thru and other inside customers came and went while WE were waiting . Another customer that waited 45mins asked for a refund and she was completely rude with him and did not refund him his full amount! Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins waiting on someone to take my order cars backed up out into the road waiting to order lady finally starts to take my order but while I'm ordering she's talking over me I guess talking to her manager asking to go home!? The last couple of curbside orders at this McDonald's have been terrible. Both times, the order took over 15 minutes to receive. I understand orders take time to prepare but 15 minutes is ridiculous in our current world (especially bc they weren't busy). I haven't had a burger from McDonalds since 2002, when an unfortunate incident tainted my McD burger experience. Now that they have the fresh quarter pound burger, I decided to give it another try. I thought it was very tasty. This particular McD is a little messy, but the service was very fast and I have to admit, the burger was delicious. Juicy with a different flavor than I remember. Not flame grilled but something similar. I don't eat much red meat (about 10 times a year) but I will have to keep the McD burger in mind if I am absolutely craving something. read more

Hands down consistently the worst McDonalds I've been to. You can order from the app and almost guarantee they will get it wrong every time (literally 9 out of my last 10 were wrong). And the wait, oh the wait. As I am writing this I literally knew the car in front of me, got sick of waiting so went to the next closest McDonald's a few miles away, went through the drive through and came back to this McDonald's and started eating before the car in front of me got their food. If it's not is waiting in line for 40 mins it's the attitude by the workers, and I get the frustration I use to work in fast food, but when I order my food and ask if the ice cream machine is working and then I get to the window and now it's not , it's just wild to me and then when I get to the window my food goes missing and had to reorder at the window. read more

This McDonald's barely deserves a one star in my opinion. About two years ago I would give them a 4 star easy, but this past year I have been nonstop disappointed with every food order and then disrespected by the workers : at the drive-thru and inside. I just want that friendly and delicious McDonald's back, so I can grab a quick bagel and coffee on my morning route. But then again, who doesn't? I'm not asking for special treatment, I've worked customer service and I know more than most how brutal and degrading it is to be on the receiving end of all the hangry customers. But when I was finally greeted by someone with a warm smile and words of kindness, I treated them with twice the respect that they showed me. So it does irritate me when I pull up at the drive-thru and suddenly feel like I'm the employee instead of the paying customer I actually am, because of how rude and inconsiderate the cashier decides to act towards me, when all I was hoping for was a smile in return. Also, this has nothing to do with this specific MD's, but that new "sauce" they created for their sandwiches not too long ago, is probably the absolute worst thing I have ever introduced to my taste buds. This review is in regards to the treatment of the staff. On Friday, May 11, at 9:15 am, my husband and I were driving through Moonville, SC and stopped to pick up a breakfast sandwich. And, I guess I should not have been surprised, but, we as well as several customers in line witnessed what I would consider severe harassment (treatment) of the team member who was taking the order from the gentleman in front of the line. The "trainer" asked if she counted change, and then stated in a ugly tone "are you sure"? I am assuming that the team member was "in training", and I am not sure if she made a mistake, just think there might have been a better way to handle it? I had a conversation with another customer and her husband who also witnessed the fiasco and we decided that this needed to be reported, somehow. McDonald's Managers: Please monitor the treatment of your team members, provide adequate training if possible. I would give the food as well as service a high rating, just wish we had not witnessed the mistreatment of one of our young people out there trying to make a living? Thanks for listening read more

Just went to this McDonald's to get a coffee. Drank some then saw something floating in it... upon further inspection I was disgusted to discover there was a cockroach egg inside of my coffee!!! This McDonald's has more issues than Vogue! If I'm not mistaken, it's franchised which causes for unnecessary "extra charges" for things like additional mayo or whatever. Anyway, Most of the time I order breakfast food and sometimes I have to wait which isn't a problem. My issue is having to wait and not being thanked or any type of apology.
