For awhile now this has been my first choice. The current crew is very small but surprisingly effective. I go inside, if that makes any dif. They always outperform the 5 (or 6) fat slobs at Hardees so I changed my path home. The young lady at the counter is pleasant and recognizes people. She appears to work hard w/o complaining. Service is horrible. Doesn't matter if there's 1 car or no cars they are going to tell you to pull around and leave you waiting for 10 minutes parked for your drive thru order! It wouldn't be that bad if they gave you fresh food but it won't be fresh even after you wait 10 minutes. People in the drive thru are rude and seem to hate their lives. Horrible location. Couldn't get in the lobby to place an order or use the bathroom, looked like the drive thru was open but what's the point when you've driving for a while and need to use the bathroom also but the lobby was locked. The chicken sandwiches are great! The popcorn chicken is great! The fries are amazing. I love halfsie fries. Who doesn't? The service is good and fast. It's just the fact that "Jack" needs to go back in his box and stop thinking outside of it. The tacos suck. This restaurant keeps going out of its lane and it should stop or try to perfect one thing first. The tacos are soggy. That's all. The chicken nuggets. If I could give negative stars I would, I pulled up to place my order and the guy told me just a moment after 2mins cara pulled behind and with cars waiting for food I was stuck, 10mins passed and I was still sitting there having not placed my order. I have tried to eat here...three times and only once successfully. They are just not equipped to handle any kind of busyness. It's not the cleanest place anyway, but the cashier is also the one expediting orders and putting food into bags and back and forth, it seems unsanitary for the same person handling all the money to handle all the food. Even if it is in a package. In this case, I waited in line for 15 minutes, two guys in front of me, four guys waiting for food. There were two guys on one order that waited for their food the entire time I was waiting to order. By the time it was my turn, even the cashier was complaining about how slow the drive through was and how slow the kitchen was, so I mentioned maybe I should go somewhere else due to time, and she agreed, so I left. One thing that always upsets me is if the drive thru gets quicker service and more attention than the guests inside. Just because I come inside does not mean that I am in any less of a hurry. It is akin to standing at the counter in any kind of store and the phone rings and that potential customer gets immediate attention and priority over the one who is right there ready to make a purchase. If you do go to this location, I suggest the drive through. Plus, it's a lot less greasy than the interior of this store. Simple things that can be corrected easily! read more

Stopped in to get a bite to eat as I remembered going to the Jack in the Box in Vegas. This place was a mess. Staff hurrying to get orders done and the wait was outrageous. As I am waiting, one of the girls behind the counter was tending to the cash register, packing food touching everything, then she proceeds to take hash browns out of a box barehanded, and inserted them in the fryer. Then it hits me NO ONE HAD GLOVES ON!!! The fry cook was walking around with a spatula, no hair net or gloves on anyone in the place. I will never ever go into that place again. I'm a regular customer and this location is rapidly declining. The restaurant needs a good cleaning inside and out. The food temperature has been inconsistent. Sometimes hot and fresh and others cold and greasy. Once I ordered the 3 egg roles and they were all three cold in the middle. The place needs a make over. This place is disgusting. They sent my daughter food with bugs in it via DoorDash, and then when she called the establishment JUST TO TELL THEM they proceeded to call her a liar and call her stupid. BIGGEST MISTAKE! Though I may not enjoy your food she WAS one of your most loyal diners. NOT ANYMORE! I was craving a burger but didn't feel like driving out far so I tried this place... not too bad. Burger was above average for a fast food burger and certainly satisfied my craving. The hamburger pattys have flavor, are not too greasy or spongy, and will do if you need a burger but are short on time. I also suggest the curly fries, they are very good.
